Steins Cleaning Services is praised for prompt, professional cleaning and impressive deep cleans, particularly for move-in and after-tenancy work. Reviews often mention carpets, ovens and whole homes being left looking fresh and renewed, with helpful service and good value also appreciated. One older review reported missed areas during an end-of-tenancy clean and poor follow-up, so experiences have not been entirely consistent.
Excellent service.
Did a very good deep clean at short notice,I was very happy with them and will definitely use them again.
Did a brilliant job in the flat I had just moved into, all the dirt and crud left behind from previous tenants completely gone…made my flat look brand new again Definitely worth contacting for any cleaning jobs
recently moved into my first flat which had been left empty & disgusting for 2 years. Was left looking brand new! Excellent work
I had an after tenancy house clean which included carpets and oven. Excellent service. I got my deposit back! Definitely recommend
Steins made a huge difference to the house - after 40 years of my late father's occupation it needed a deep clean before I would let new owners move in. It looks lovely now, thanks.
Prompt and efficient service. A super job done. I was horrified at the amount of dirt that came out of my carpets but they look great now!
Mark was very handy and professional i would highly recommend his cleaning services
Sadly we did not have a good experience with Steins Cleaning. We booked an end of tenancy clean but the standard of cleaning was very poor. The inside of windows were not cleaned, neither was the woodwork. The skirting boards and floor in the kitchen were left dirty. Sockets in kitchen had grease and food splashes which were not cleaned. Contacted Marc who said he would compensate and asked me to email photos, which I did. Have heard nothing further from him despite a further email. Poor customer service. Not recommended!
Mark had given a fantastic service. I would highly recommend to go for him and the company. Appreciate stains quick response, he was here within 30 mins!!! Relle appreciate!
Mark was a very friendly, helpful person and managed to move my furniture around for the cleaning of the carpets. I had the lounge, bedroom and landing done which turned out fabulous - like new carpets. He is coming back to do the rest of the house shortly. There was a special deal on and I was very pleased with the price.
