I have used Haus Maids for over 2 years in 2 different properties for regular (fortnightly then monthly) cleans and 2 one-off deep cleans. Danielle and her team have been lovely to deal with, with the cleaners arriving at the scheduled day/time and providing excellent cleans. If I ever needed to alter a scheduled clean they have always been easy to contact and responsive. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Haus Maids again and recommend them to others.
We had a cleaner for 15 years before we retired.. But then, our son and his young family engaged Haus Maids in Chandler's Ford and recommended them. We got in touch, sent basic room photos, specified what we wanted and how often; all contact was excellent, and a cost estimate was sent to us - they charge by the task not by the time. We have just had our 'initial clean' and were very impressed by the cleaning and the professionalism of the young team who came. They were fine with our dogs, understood requirements and got straight to work!.... Very happy to recommend.. we have asked them to come every 4 weeks.
I needed my bathroom cleaned. It was a difficult job as I've been living in my current place for 4 years and when I arrived it was in a state. I made a few attempts at cleaning the difficult parts without much success. It took a couple of hours and they left it practically spotless, cleaned all parts that were possible to clean. Well impressed.
Two very hardworking ladies came to clean my home and I was very pleased with the result. They were very kind and friendly and I really appreciated their professionalism. .I would happily recommend this company if you need help.

I found the service terribly overpriced and the quality of cleaning mediocre. Given plenty of opportunity to improve but it just didn’t work. These videos were taken straight after the cleaning was completed. Very disappointing.

We met with Danielle who was lovely, we paid for a deep clean which we where not overly happy with - our TV is on the wall, and easily accessible behind, they hadn’t dusted this as previously agreed, there where also points around the kitchen that also haven't been touched - we let Danielle know and she advised these would be completely during our next clean but after the first clean the standard actually got worse and then we found out the cleaners where only staying for 40 minutes which wouldn’t be an issue if the cleaning was done correctly. We explained to Danielle why we will no longer be using them and why we are not happy to pay our final bill back in October. What makes this incredibly disappointing is for security purposes I had asked for my key to be returned and we are now In 2025 and this has not happened. I would avoid this cleaning company.

Happy me and happy clients! My clients had exchanged contracts on their house and the plan was to clean the house before completion. Danielle responded to my enquiry, visited and sent a quote. It was not her usual package, as I wanted extra things to be cleaned. The quote was accepted as it was fair and reasonable and her invoice paid. On the day of the clean, the team arrived in sign written cars, wearing branded shirts, being ambassadors of the company. I left them to clean and returned to check their work and was delighted to see the shine and clean in my clients' house. Happy me and happy clients! Danielle came to give us a quote for a deep clean super quickly and then the amazing Hayley and Esme completed the clean. Danielle called to check if it was ok if they could arrive a bit earlier due to a job change and they then worked incredibly hard for 4.5 hours. The house looks completely different. They were so respectful and professional and it was a fantastic first time experience for us. When I tell you the taps were gleaming…I don’t think they looked that good brand new! I loved the small touches like placing things in a stylish layout after they’d cleaned, organising the caddies in our bathroom and the toilet roll folding that made it feel like we were in a hotel. We are so happy with the results that we are now looking to move to frequent cleans with them. Good to know: - Danielle visits after your first enquiry and she quotes by job not by hours which means you pay for the job you want no matter how long it takes (you get a physical copy of the quote there and then and no obligation) - Payment is made via bank transfer and you receive an invoice in advance (for a deep clean, you pay 48 hours in advance) - For deep cleans, ovens aren’t included and windows are an extra (but not unreasonable) charge - The whole team were amazing with our dog and cat which was really nice

The manager, Danielle, came round very promptly to give me a quote and was very helpful and friendly. *BEWARE OF PRICING STRUCTURE* After employing the team to do a one off deep clean I then entered into a regular fortnightly agreement. The 1st regular clean took 2 people 3.5 hrs, to a good standard and we paid the invoice. The next fortnighly clean the same team left after 2hrs. I did not critique the 2nd clean but when I received an invoice from Danielle for the exact same amount as the 3.5hr clean I queried the time taken - 3 hrs less cleaning (2 persons x 1.5hrs). The unwaivering response was that they do not charge by the hour but by job. Giving the benefit of the doubt I suggested we return to a minimum 3 hrs each fortnight and again was advised pricing was per job. Technically that business model then allows Haus Maids to charge me the same for a 1hr clean as a 3.5hr clean. Interpret that as you will!

Honestly recommended to family & friends as it’s been a complete game changer!
