From my very first enquiry and quotation through to arranging the deep clean and then booking the ongoing fortnightly service, your communication has been absolutely fantastic. Every message has been replied to so promptly, even though I know how busy you all are, and that has honestly meant such a lot to me. I really appreciate the patience, reassurance and kindness you’ve shown throughout the whole process. Bright and Beautiful are an excellent housekeeping company with very high standards. They are very professional and do a wonderful job. I am always happy to return home after their visit. The two ladies that visit my house are friendly and approachable and work around the constraints of my family life ie-pets and a husband with dementia. I can't recommend them highly enough.
I love having my weekly B&B clean, it’s such a treat not to have to do it all myself at the weekends, and I could never get it to the same standard as regularly. The ladies are very good, it’s nice they work in a team, and they are happy to be flexible, I’ll often ask to miss a room for something else each week.
