Reviews

4.5

Cardiff Custom Carpentry drew one complaint about a quote of £8,200 for shelves, skirting and six doors, which that reviewer called too high. Others describe Ben as polite, professional and friendly, with one saying he cleaned up throughout the job. One reviewer praised repaired floorboards and a creaky staircase, and another was pleased with re-laid bedroom subfloors and a planed door. A fitted dado rail was described as brilliant, and door handles and latches were fitted with care to get them exact. Customers report booking him again for further work.

Ben has re-laid 3 bedroom subfloors in my house which were poorly installed by the original housebuilder and some general carpentry work including planing down a door which kept sticking. He is extremely polite, professional and really takes his time to make sure the work is done to a really high standard. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work and have already booked him to come back to for another project. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
