We approached DPB Construction Ltd for the demolition and re-build of a flat roof extension and internal renovation of our 1930 home. Jason leads a team of highly talented and courteous individuals who did an absolutely amazing job on my large renovation project in Lilliput. Communication with Jason was always easy, he was flexible, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The standard of finish and attention to detail were exceptional, and I was kept fully up to date at every stage during what was a several-month build. When anything unexpected arose (which it always does on a build!) Jason went above and beyond to ensure it was resolved really quickly and with as minimal impact to the timings as possible with a solution that everybody was happy with. Building work is always a stressful experience, but Jason and his team made it as smooth and manageable as it could be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jason and his team to anyone looking for high-quality work and a friendly, reliable, professional service.
Late review but ( one year in!) reminded to so as Jason has demonstrated exemplary after completion service! Jason runs a reliable, good quality, good value, honest team, they always arrived on time, cleared up after themselves and completed the job to the highest standard. The team was accommodating despite our efforts to dip in and out with our own tradespeople, which must have been infuriating ….! The job was a refurb , approx 4 months in total, with amendments and changes thrown into the mix as a further challenge ….highly recommended, a polite and engaging team and moreover, patient!
Jason and his team converted a former shop into a private GP surgery for us in Ferndown. Not only did DPB quote a reasonable price but the work was completed to our satisfaction to a really good standard. Throughout the process Jason was extremely approachable, easy to communicate with and was happy to accommodate any changes and extras we requested. The work was carried out cheerfully with an excellent sense of humour. Thank you for a great job. A pleasure to work with.

First rate! We used Jason and DPB Construction to renovate our cottage and they were superb from start to finish. More than just builders, they helped us to plan the renovations and manage the project as it progressed. We chose to proceed on a time and materials basis and this worked really well. It meant that DPB didn't have to cut corners to meet a quote and we could deviate from the original plan as we went along. In any case, DPB were very transparent about the whole process including weekly updates about costs and time spent and overall I'd say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had with builders. On a personal level, Jason is great to deal with - friendly and trustworthy - and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his firm to anyone. One very happy customer!

Jason and his team completed external rendering, internal plaster-boarding and plastering at our new build. The rendering has been finished to a really great standard to the point where walkers by have requested a referral. The internal plastering has received positive feedback from follow on trades regarding the quality of the job which is always a good sign. Jason has been very flexible in his approach and working with us during the course of the project. Would definitely recommend.
Extremely disappointing. I would be lucky to see them 3 days a week at most and if they chose to turn up, they would generally be gone by 2pm. I have had a problem where they did not put cavity trays into my extension and Jason refused to fix it. Any builder with some decent knowledge would know it would need to be added if the cavity does not extend 225mm below DPC. I am very disappointed at his unapproachable attitude towards me when I tried to discuss this issue with him and denied all responsibility. I did not find this builder helpful or accommodating and eventually had to ask his team to leave. I am now trying to get someone else to finish the work. I advice you to look elsewhere before contracting them to do any work for you, otherwise you will be left with an incomplete product like mine.

We were introduced to Jason and 'the team' quite recently. After speaking with Jason we felt confident that he would do a good job. He did not disappoint us. Plastering is a messy job but they were all very good at keeping the site clean and tidy. The work was done promptly, efficiently and to a very high standard. Jason has a team of young professional plasterers who take pride in their work. They are also polite and courteous and great to have on site. Thanks - see you next year for phase three!!

I have used this company several times to do a variety of jobs around my home including plastering, fitting a new bathroom and most recently they have carried out extensive renovations of my back garden. The team have always done an excellent job and everything is always completed to a very high standard. I have found them to be competitively priced, they always leave the house tidy and complete the jobs when they say. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
We called DPB short notice in desperate need, they turned up pretty much straight away. The standard of work is fantastic, they where polite and just generally really good. Would def recommend and use again!
