The service provided by Simon and his team has been exemplary from start to finish. He provided a quotation promptly, started work on the agreed date and consulted with us on any issues (and in a 1930’s built house there will be) as they arose. At the end of each day the areas in which the team were working were cleaned, tidied and swept through by them. Without exception everybody on site was polite, worked diligently and provided a professional service. Simon himself was always communicative, friendly and helpful in suggesting ways in which the build might be improved along the way to better fit what he had learned of our style. We now have a new garage, a new, remodelled kitchen, new floor tiles through our kitchen, hallway, and wc, and a fully re-rendered house. I have no hesitation in recommending his work.
I thoroughly recommend Stag Builders, I have just had a full refurbishment on my apartment in Poole and the job Si and the Stag team did was excellent. Right from the beginning Si explained everything fully and advised me well. All the team were courteous and polite and dealt with my refurb in a sensitive manner. Stag carries out the property maintenance for our 19 home estate. The service provided is exemplary with work carried out efficiently, effectively and sensitively to the highest standards by Simon and his team. Simon is possibly one of the most well connected professionals in Poole and no challenge is too difficult. We'd be lost without him.
Stag Builders have very successfully carried out a project to convert two very large ground floor reception rooms and the two bedrooms above, into two one bedroom self contained flats. SED my architect received Planning Permission in November 2023 and Simon Colmer submitted an excellent competitive quote for the work which started soon after in August 2024. Prior to that, considerable work was needed in my part of the house and I was very happy with all their work. Simon and his team worked solidly throughout and made every effort to mitigate the impact on me as I was still living in the house. They always left everything clean and tidied up and even carried out work over and above 'the call of duty'. At any opportunity I would be delighted to highly recommend Stag Builders and have already done so.
An excellent, speedy and professional job from Stag Builders Ltd. Simon exceeded all our expectations and we can’t recommend him highly enough.
Simon and his team came to our home and removed our old Bathroom and shower. We have now returned the layout to a shower room with wash basin , cabinet and toilet as well as a completely separate toilet and washbasin and cabinet, new window and door. No complaints whatsoever.
