We recently had Premier Home Developments complete a single-storey extension for us, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. A special mention has to go to Jamie, who was incredibly professional, approachable, and clearly takes great pride in his work. His attention to detail and commitment to delivering exactly what we wanted made the whole process so much smoother. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding – everything has been finished to an exceptionally high standard. Despite working to quite a tight schedule, the team never cut corners and kept us updated at every stage. What really stood out was how respectful they were of our home. They treated it as exactly that – a home, not a building site – keeping everything clean and tidy throughout the project. It made such a difference to us, living in the property while the work was going on. Overall, Premier Home Developments delivered beyond our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. While on this occasion we decided not to proceed with doing the works planned and decided to move instead, we were delighted with how professional and understanding Jamie was during the quoting stage for our proposed project. Jamie and his team have recently completed a renovation of our home. They have been fantastic to work with - communication has been amazing throughout the whole project. We comissioned JB Construction Dorset Limited in 2021 to undertake our kitchen extension for us. Right from our initial meeting with Jamie we could tell that we were going to be able to work really well together. Jamie was pleased to be asked to quote and throughout the entire build was transparent with the cost plan and we openly discussed changes to the budget to account for unforseen aspects as well as our own design changes. Jamie and Martin are diligent in their work and take huge pride in good quality workmanship. They were considerate of us and our neighbours living around the work site and ensured everything was always left safe and tidy. Both Jamie and Martin were always happy to talk through the build process with us to ensure we understood what was happening on site at any point in time, their communication is superb. Quite simply, Jamie and Martin were a pleasure to have around and made our build as stress free as possible. We would highly recommend JB Construction Dorset Limited for your project. Brilliant. We had Jamie do a loft conversion (2bedrooms and a bathroom). Jamie was really professional throughout the build. We were worried about having builders in the house as it can be quite invasive but it was actually a pleasure having Jamie and the team around, we were even sad to see them go when they finished! The site was left clean and tidy at all times and any unforeseen problems were discussed and dealt with in a professional manner. We are looking forward to having Jamie back to do more work next year and would definitely recommend him to anyone else.
