Premier Home Developments LTD

While on this occasion we decided not to proceed with doing the works planned and decided to move instead, we were delighted with how professional and understanding Jamie was during the quoting stage for our proposed project. We will definitely go back to him should we decide to do works in our next house.

We are absolutely delighted with the work that Jamie and the team at J B Construction Dorset Ltd have done on our extension. What stands out the most is their trustworthiness. After being let down by a previous contractor, Jamie stepped in and truly saved the day, bringing a level of professionalism and reliability that has made all the difference. The team’s attention to detail and commitment to quality are exceptional. They worked seamlessly with hemp blocks and adapted expertly to the unique requirements of our project. From pouring foundations to bricking up windows and sorting out gutters, every aspect was handled with great care and skill. Jamie’s calm, organised approach, his ability to manage a complex project with precision, while maintaining clear communication and staying true to deadlines, has been invaluable. We highly recommend J B Construction Dorset Ltd for anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and skilled team. We’ll certainly be working with them again in the future.

Jamie and his team have recently completed our extension on our bungalow and we are extremely happy with the result. From the first visit to completion they have been reliable, friendly, conscientious and extremely thorough in their work and everything has been done to the highest standard. Communication was excellent at all times with prompt responses to our calls and messages and they were always attentive to our needs, ensuring we were happy at all times. We can highly recommend Jamie and his team and wouldn’t use anyone else if we ever need work doing in the future. Thank you for all your hard work boys 😊

Jamie and his team have recently completed a renovation of our home. They have been fantastic to work with - communication has been amazing throughout the whole project. Jamie talked us through any unforeseen issues straight away, and always with a resolution to the problem. Fantastic workmanship through out. We cannot recommend J B Construction highly enough, and we are already working on our next renovation phase for them!

We comissioned JB Construction Dorset Limited in 2021 to undertake our kitchen extension for us. Right from our initial meeting with Jamie we could tell that we were going to be able to work really well together. Jamie was pleased to be asked to quote and throughout the entire build was transparent with the cost plan and we openly discussed changes to the budget to account for unforseen aspects as well as our own design changes. Jamie and Martin are diligent in their work and take huge pride in good quality workmanship. They were considerate of us and our neighbours living around the work site and ensured everything was always left safe and tidy. Both Jamie and Martin were always happy to talk through the build process with us to ensure we understood what was happening on site at any point in time, their communication is superb. Quite simply, Jamie and Martin were a pleasure to have around and made our build as stress free as possible. We would highly recommend JB Construction Dorset Limited for your project. Brilliant. We had Jamie do a loft conversion (2bedrooms and a bathroom). Jamie was really professional throughout the build. We were worried about having builders in the house as it can be quite invasive but it was actually a pleasure having Jamie and the team around, we were even sad to see them go when they finished! The site was left clean and tidy at all times and any unforeseen problems were discussed and dealt with in a professional manner. We are looking forward to having Jamie back to do more work next year and would definitely recommend him to anyone else.
