I strongly do not recommend this builder based on my experience. Here are the main problems I faced: Roof leaks in several places — not only near the gutters, but also around the skylight and at the front of the roof, where water pools heavily. There is also a large hole in the middle of the flat roof, which several roofers described as unacceptable. I am attaching photos of the water pooling, the leaking areas, and the hole. Very short warranty — the builder only provided a 1-year warranty, whereas the industry standard for this type of work is usually 10 years. This was a major red flag and, in my opinion, reflects poor confidence in the quality of the workmanship. Electrical issues — several light switches did not work from day one Plumbing problems — the pipes used were too thin, according to plumbers who inspected the system. This caused flow issues and showed poor installation. Radiators installed incorrectly — they were fitted the wrong way round, leading to heating problems. Communication was also difficult. When I reported the first roof leak at the end of January, my message was ignored and no help was offered. I now have to hire another company to fix all the issues, which is stressful and expensive. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this builder and advise others to be extremely cautious. Photos attached for reference.

Absolutely happy with the work that BVAS builders provided.went.Bob came for a visit and gave a quote.He actually advised against a more expensive solution, because it would not sufficiently do the job and just waste our time and money..Bob and Piter where on time, fast, great price and super efficient.Their quote was very reasonable and they did stick to the it.I had several issues with my victorian terrace house and he sorted them all.Included repairs to fixing a lamp and ceiling rose and paint the ceiling to checking,clearing out and disinfecting and sealing off our subfloor.They also removed old unused pipes and had a great knowledge about heating, boilers etc.They replaced broken shower doors,installed new shower fittings, dry walled a few bits and bobs, repaired a door and a skirting board.They left the house tidy and took all the rubbish with them.The promised timeframe was upheld and it was a pleasure working with them. Super versatile and did not need much guidance.Completely trustworthy.Very professional and hard working.Easy communication.I will definitely continue using their services for all of my house issues.After years of proper let downs on the builders side, finally we found our "One".Thank you so much Bob and Piter.
I instructed this company to re-wire and re-plumb my house, they made a number of mistakes along the way (installed sockets in the wrong place, and installed most sockets upside down) this was despite me providing them with a detailed floor plan of what we wanted and going over the plans on numerous occasions. They overcharged me and refused to refund me, this resulted in me taking them to court and a judge issuing them with a CCJ forcing them to pay, they’ve installed a defective boiler and refused to return to diagnose the problem and rectify this. I’ve renovated a number of properties and this is by far the worst builder/contractors I’ve ever used, extremely unprofessional.

We used Bob for the first time to rectify a boiler issue and found that he's very polite, professional, tidy and prompt. He kept us informed at all times on the status of the work. He cleared all rubbish after completion. Would defo recommend Bob & his Team. Bob, Thank you!
When our toilet suddenly started leaking late on Saturday night we were bracing ourselves for at least few days of worry and discomfort. BVAS took our call for help and we had everything sorted professionally by Sunday noon. As it seems it's not every day you find a dependable builder that really knows what they are taking about we took the opportunity to ask for few other niggles in the house and it looks like we will be having them back soon.
It was a delight to have met Bob and his team, I have nothing bad to say about the work they did for us. Bob and his team were very professional from start to finish and their work is absolutely fantastic and I will be glad to recommend them to everyone. I have already recommended them to my nephew and a family friend and they all have nothing bad to say about Bob and his team only happiness about the job they did for them. I must mention that throughout the building process there wasn’t a single time did our daily activities came to a standstill at any point in time, Bob and his team were very considerate and very tidy. They were always ready to help even to the point of doing jobs which was not included in the original contracts. They sort out my garage door for us when the company that installed it couldn’t. They are a great team and I will recommend them to anyone. Love xxx.

We are so grateful to Bob and his team for all their hard work to renovate our house. They were very reliable and hardworking throughout. They completed all jobs to a high standard and in a very timely manner. We were expecting our baby soon after renovations started. The team worked incredibly hard to compete everything before her arrival. For some of the renovations we were living in the house. The team were very considerate and made the process very easy. They were clean and tidy with their work. We had quite a lot of work done (three bathrooms, a kitchen and new central heating installed). With that amount of work done it was inevitable that there would be one or two small problems. What was really impressive was how Bob and his team handled these. They were quick and responsive and would usually come within 24 hours to deal with any small issues that developed even after they had completed the job. We would highly recommend them!

BVAS Bob has carried out various works for me and my son over the last approximately 12 years. This company is the best I have ever employed I cannot praise them enough. They are courteous, caring and very efficient. Being a single woman I've had tradesmen who have not cared. When I discovered BVAS I was relieved to finally find an honest company. Bob has always wanted to ensure I was happy with works carried out. Even to the point when installing my boiler I wanted it higher. Causing him extra work he actually raised it for me. I was amazed he cared that much. Bob went that extra mile which I find very rare. Cannot praise or recommend enough. Excellent company.
It is incredibly difficult to find reliable and capable workmen these days - so I was delighted when a good friend introduced me to Bob. Not only is Bob's work of the highest standard, but it is reasonably priced and always in the best possible taste. In 2017, he transformed my dilapidated conservatory into a beautiful state-of-the-art kitchen, that is a joy to use and inhabit, He not only created this wonderful space, but he advised and guided me on the whole project from start to finish. He gave me an accurate estimate of both the cost and the time required for this job, and helped me choose the best materials within my budget. In addition to the kitchen, Bob replaced my broken-down boiler for one that is reliable and easy to use, and changed all of my rusty old radiators for new ones. In fact, after he replaced the boiler, changed the radiators and flushed out my central heating system, I have not looked back in terms of being warm and comfortable during the Winter. He also revamped my living room, in 2016 by getting rid the wood-chip on the walls, painting it throughout and adding things like special light fittings. He built a new area for my washing machine which he also installed, and completed a host of other smaller jobs that have made my life easier eg replacing the back door that never shut properly for one that works perfectly, and fixing and re-plastering my bathroom ceiling. Given the kind of large-scale work that Bob is clearly used to, it is great to know that he is willing to do some of these smaller tasks alongside the larger ones. Even though he is located on the other side of London, he is the only workman I trust and, I will be calling upon him and his team to renovate the rest of my flat when I am ready.
BVAS - fitted my combi boiler in my semi detached house - professionally done and work completed to a very high standard and to my needs. Excellent all round.
