They honoured an old quote for a front door, and under these economic , that's surprising. Good work, on time, tidy. I have used them before. They do not disappoint.

We haven’t actually used Total Glaze Windows for any work yet, so this review is based purely on our experience with their sales staff. We originally spoke to a lovely sales gentleman at the Canterbury branch who was extremely friendly, approachable and helpful. We had arranged for someone to come out and quote for us, but unfortunately, due to having a young baby and both of us being unwell and having a lot of appointments at the moment, we decided it just wasn’t the right time to go ahead. This was explained politely and there was absolutely no issue. However, yesterday we visited the Westwood Cross branch and had a completely different experience with the sales person who was an older lady. I have to say, I was genuinely taken aback by how rude and unapproachable she was. We were holding our 7-month-old baby, who was clearly unsettled, and we politely said no thank you. As we were leaving, she made a remark under her breath saying “charming”. We then briefly had to go back into the shop, where she tried to speak to us again and said, “Oh no, you couldn’t be bothered.” I honestly couldn’t believe the way we were spoken to, especially as we had been perfectly polite and had simply explained that now wasn’t the right time for us. The first gentleman we dealt with was a fantastic representation of the company, so it was disappointing to have such a completely different experience at Westwood Cross. I would hope that this women receives some further customer service training, or perhaps that a non-customer-facing role would be more suitable, as her manner was extremely off-putting. We may still consider Total Glaze in the future, but unfortunately this experience has left a very poor impression of the company.

Totalglaze did an amazing job with my windows, two of which are bays. They did a thorough job - great insulation, excellent finish and were very fast with the installation. The price was very reasonable too so no wonder they had already done so many houses in my street. Totalglaze do not advertise, they rely on recommendations, and I am very happy to give two thumbs up!

We would like to let other people know that TotalGlaze have just completed our new conservatory roof, which was fitted on time & with in the timelines given. The 2 fitters (Liam & Charlie) were great arrived promptly on time explained what they were going to do, so we understood from the get go what to expect, they were efficient & created little mess. This company from the day we contacted them about our conservatory roof ( Colin Sales came & did a preliminary survey & explained the cost & the different types & colours of roofing best suited our needs. Colin then explained to us the breakdown of costs which we considered a good price. (We agreed) Couple of days later Steve arrived by appointment to do a complete survey to exact measurements. We were given a date to commence & here we are today sitting in our new conservatory awaiting for the electrician to wire in new sockets etc. The fitters clean / polite / friendly / they never rushed the work, On completion the fitters gave us our invoice & to our surprise a 12yrs Guarantee (WOW). We can & do Recommend this company 100% & are looking to use them again in 2026 for new windows. I would expect, in the next year (Hopefully) we will be looking to have new windows. We had two doors (front and back) and a window installed by Totalglaze about 5 years ago and I have been very impressed with their after sales service. Their work is guaranteed for 12 years and we have had a couple of minor issues resolved very quickly and efficiently by a combination of Harry who organised the work and Nick who has carried out the work to our complete satisfaction. They also recently carried our a repair to our patio doors which they had not installed and this has been greatly appreciated. Based upon our experience I would happily recommend them.

Totalglaze have done an amazing job by removing our old bifold doors and replacing back to a patio door with UV slight tinted glass. This will now stop our furniture and carpet from fading! We have previously used Totalglaze to install replacement or new Windows, Doors and Roofline to full satisfaction. This occasion we needed to have a service visit for Windows and Doors, (non-Totalglaze provider) requiring rectification works. Fitters Nick and Carl, arrived, undertook a quick task survey with myself, then professionally, efficiently and courteously completed the works. Again, many thank to all at Totalglaze for another job completed to high standards.

Recently had some windows fitted by Totalglaze windows and I can't thank them enough for the service that I received from start to finish. They arrived at the agreed time."measured up" and explained what the next steps would be. We recently have had a very positive experience with Totalglaze Windows. They installed new pvc windows in the whole house and replaced 2 back doors and French doors with pvc equivalents. We were treated with respect from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with were very professional. The window fitters worked very hard. Even when there were a couple of hiccups during the process they were dealt with again in a professional way. We would highly recommend their work and glad they are a local company.

Windows and doors are of good quality but fitting spoiled by not repairing render round one window properly, they used small stones/gravel from garden instead of correct material. Fitters did not show me this so only found out after they'd left. Despite reporting this to company on the day and via feedback form with photos I have had no response from Totalglaze. Small part of job but spoils the look as window is at front of the house. So, check everything before the fitters leave!

I had Totalglaze replace the bay window in our spare bedroom due to ingress of rain. The two installers, Mo & Cliff did a fantastic job. They were quick, made no mess and are, in my opinion, very professional. I have no issues recommending Totalglaze for any glazing work you may have. PS, they also fixed my front door which was not closing properly and no one had been able to fix prior to the visit by Totalglaze.

I have used Totalglaze for around 30 years, at my previous and current home, as and when doors or windows need replacing and have just had my second conservatory ckonstructed by two brilliant young men. Mac came following an enquiry from ourselves about new windows for our home. Mac was friendly, had a good rapport with us, and knew the product to facilitate our needs. There was no pressure sale. We reached out shortly after to discuss upstairs windows as this emerged as a priority, and our quote was amended accordingly which we were satisfied with. A date was arranged and a follow up appointment was made to ensure measurements correct, fitters came and completed in one day following arrangement. The windows look good and there is an immediate difference upstairs (no light noises from wind etc). We would recommend Totalglaze and will be in touch again when we are in a position to do the downstairs windows.

Have used Totalglaze many times, in my previous property and in my current home. Always arrive promptly, very professional fitters who leave zero mess! Any issues have been dealt with quickly, my previous house had a front door issue which lead to the replacement of the door. I would recommend Totalglaze for any replacement doors, windows conservatory’s etc.

Totalglaze kept us informed of when the job would be done. Managed to fit us in slightly early. Arrived on time, clean, tidy and polite. We had a new back door fitted, whole new frame and really pleased with the result. So much easier to unlock and open than our old one and I love the colour.

New front door - Overall good service. Some delays in getting the survey done, then as we both work fulltime it was quite difficult to settle on a date for installation. Totalglaze were very keen that both myself and my husband were present for the initial meeting to choose design and colour, it did feel a little put out by this. They say that it is important that both parties agree the design/colour. Issues with delivery meant that the installation was delayed twice. Very happy with final product however ! Communication throughout good

No pressure quotation with Malcolm was great, there was no (if you sign now I might be able to get it cheaper tactic) " the price I give you is the price. Window Technicians, Michael and Michael, arrived at my house promptly and completed work today which was of excellent quality, better than I could have hoped for. I’ve had a very upsetting experience with Total Glaze. After work that should have been completed properly at the outset, I’ve been repeatedly contacted and spoken to in an accusatory, unprofessional manner. One caller mocked my voice and insisted a “big guy” would come to get “his money,” despite me explaining that I needed time to check my records. The tone of these calls made me feel intimidated in my own home. The business feels extremely outdated and disorganised — more like a family operation without any clear customer service process. Being left anxious after a hospital visit because of how they communicate is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend choosing a more professional company, such as Active Door & Window Co, or any other reputable firm that offers clear, respectful communication.

I have used Totalglaze for replacement windows and doors. Also a new flat roof. I have always had good friendly service. Quality of the work has been great. I would recommend.

Recently I have had a few issues from some doors installed around 6 years ago and total glazes response was incredible. I was nervous about getting a quote for some windows but total glaze were amazing. A man called Mac came out to give me a quote and was friendly, helpful and understanding. He wasn’t pushy at ALL! The men that installed the window left my house clean and tidy, worked really hard and were very friendly. There is a phone number where you talk to a person not a machine! Great company, lovely people. I would strongly recommend Total Glaze! I wish I hadn’t waited so long to get these windows.

Had new windows installed by Totalglaze recently and we have been very impressed with the company. The whole process starting with the initial telephone conversations and then visits from Mac, the salesman and Phil, the surveyor through to installation was exceptional and stress free. The fitters, Dan & Brad were excellent, professional, clean & tidy and respectful. Forty years on from our previous dealing with Totalglaze and I'm happy to say not much has changed, yet again excellent service! Would certainly highly recommend Totalglaze and staff!

This will be the second time we have used Totalglaze Windows Ltd. The first time was to have a large porch installed. The second time was for a new window and surround in the back bedroom. I'm only stating this because it's great to find a company that doesn't distinguish between a large job and a small job. On both occasions, we found that the installers were very clean and tidy, but more importantly, were very pleasant to have around within the working environment. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. With that said, we have no hesitation but to give Totalglaze a 5***** rating, and would be more than happy to recommend them.

If only zero stars was an option… We have had a horrendous experience dealing with Totalglaze for our conservatory installation. The workmanship is appalling, and everyone is in such a rush to get the job done that there are no standards. The final finish is shocking and so far away from being an acceptable standard. We are now in dispute with Totalglaze. Issues were raised on numerous occasions with the management team as the finished product was terrible and installers initially left a window that wouldn’t close or lock… It turned out that the new frame was badly installed and so uneven that the frame had bent which is why the window wouldn't close. When this part of the complaint was addressed the fitters 'forgot' to re-seal the external window frame, allowing water ingress. In total we had 5 visits from Totalglaze to ‘fix’ the problems which included two visits from the owner Steve. He gave me his personal assurances that he would oversee the remedial works and oversee the team that would be booked in to come and resolve the issues. This never happened so I was effectively fobbed off and he sent another team of cowboys to apply a load of silicone everywhere. After my most recent complaint the owner Steve turned up to my house unannounced to check the issues again for himself. No courtesy was given to arrange a meeting and he came across as if we were making up the issues, so we had to show him again (for the 3rd time). The pictures included are the final product after 5 visits from Totalglaze and the assurances given by the owner. I’ve declined anymore visits from them, despite this being requested too many times to mention. You can only give so many chances to provide an adequate service, especially when they treat you and your property so poorly. My advice to you is avoid them completely and save yourself the stress and hassle I have had to deal with

I will never do business again with Total Glaze, very unprofessional and I feel remorse for going for the popular company - it all feels like a façade. The workers they send have no idea what they're doing beyond the standard fitting, which they got wrong anyways. They have installed our new doors crooked, so the doors would not stay open at all, and the step had no support now and collapsed. We have complained multiple times and our problem has not been fixed. We're essentially being ignored. They've marketed it nicely, sent a polite gentleman to sell it to us and now just did a quick job and left. I didn't even have them throw away the old door, to lessen their effort. They did everything in a rush, arrived out of schedule and all-in-all were unprofessional. On the first revisit to fix they just took a picture and left. On the second visit, they fixed the step problem but installed restrictors (which we didn't want!!! they promised a refit to fix it). What they also forgot to do was screw them in properly so we had to call them back, because they've forgotten a screw which made the restrictor wobbly. We now have 1 door that stays open at 50% of the range, when we were promised 100% and 1 that stays open at 25% but slams at the slightest wind. 3 months later and the restrictors are failing now completely, I will have to call in a different contractor to get it fixed, probably will have to be refitted and will cost a couple hundred. At this point, I don't even know why they advertise 12 years of warranty, when they'd rather scotch tape it together than do it properly... I'm a bit confused as all of their reviews are good, why did they do this to us specifically? Door quality is fine, but the fitting and service is atrocious...

A big thank you to the team at Total Glaze, especially Michael and Mike who installed front and back doors and French Doors. They were very efficient and extremely hard working. Michael was excellent especially with the work that was required to install the French Doors. They both made a great team, keeping me updated, always keeping everything clean. I was so impressed with the quality of the doors as well I would highly recommend Total Glaze.

We had all our windows replaced, plus soffits fascias & guttering by Totalglaze - from start to finish very professional company - from Colin who was not your usual window salesman (in a good way)! No hard sell but polite and knowledgeable - to the fitters Danny & Brad (or Brad & Danny) who worked tidily & efficiently in the extreme heat - friendly & polite - finally Mat & Chris who were also hardworking and efficient working in the 30+degrees of our south facing garden to fit fascias, soffits & guttering to our 2nd floor dormer as well. As far as I am concerned, you could not go to a finer company for any work you needed. I found them to be totally professional in every aspect. Theres no hard sell, every option was given, both myself and my wife are extremely pleased with the whole process and we would recommend Total Glaze to anyone. We would like to give special thanks to the fitter, Ricky, who (we feel) went out of his way to make sure he did not leave his work space a mess and tidied up every opportunity. If we have anymore work done, we would request him to complete the work. Thanks again.

The management are absolutely awful. The windows were supposed to take 2 days and the whole process took 2 weeks. Nobody contacted us to say they were not turning up so wasted time and annual leave for nothing. All we got in response was a half meant "sorry" not good enough by any standards. Do not recommend!

Don't get conned by this bunch of cowboys! They cannot get any element of the process correct. Errors are made at every stage. The fitters think they are entitled and if you don't "bow down before them" or if you politely ask them about something that has been done "wrong" or differently to the agreement (such as putting in the wrong type of glass) they complain about you and refuse to come back and finish the job. Seriously the worst Customer Service ever and the work is not of an appropriate standard. The communication within the company also needs a lot of improvement. Every time we speak to someone different we have to explain everything over again. Left hand does not know what right hand is doing.

We have just had our guttering, soffits, facia's and downpipe and hopper replaced by Totalglaze. The two guys worked hard all day in the cold weather. They were efficient and very polite. Following the completion of their work they cleared up and left everything tidy. We are really pleased with the finished work. A couple of years ago Totalglaze replaced our front door and 8 windows and they were equally as efficient and we are still pleased with the results. It was a no brainer to choose Totalglaze again when we decided to upgrade the guttering etc. From the visit from the rep and the guy who came to measure up and the workers for both jobs it has been a pleasant experience.

I had Totalglaze come and fit a composite door and 2 windows either side of the door. Absolutely delighted with how it turned out, it really transforms the house no end. I arranged a date with Steve for 10am and the fitter Callam came on the dot of 10. Callam and his mate were very professional, advised me that with my house being rendered there may be some rendered that will come off, which it did. Once the door and windows were installed he re-applied new rendered and made it look great. They tidied up along the way so there was no mess and I appreciate all the hard work they did. I would definitely recommend Totalglaze for all your windows and doors.

Have had all our windows and doors replaced by Totalglaze last week. The whole process was exceptional. No pressure sales coupled with a competitive price. Mac the salesman was in and out in a flash yet provided all the information we needed. The two installers Danny and Brad were exceptional. Nice fellas who were clean, tidy, conscientious and worked to a high standard taking pride in their work. There was a slight snag with one of the doors but this was dealt with exceptionally quickly and with us being kept fully informed of the situation by Steve. If there's a problem in my opinion its not why or that it occurred but how you deal with it and it was dealt with excellently and professionally. T otalglaze review We needed to have both our windows replaced and the facias and guttering. My daughter had used Totalglaze to do that job on her house. She was extremely pleased with the service she received. They had an issue with the front door they fitted and Totalglaze solved it by replacing deciding I would use the company. My daughters next door neighbours having seen the windows they put in also used Totalglaze for their windows. He sister-in-law also used Totalglaze as a result of seeing the work done at my daughters. From the first contact with Totalglaze the service communication has been excellent. We went to the showroom to look at the style of window we needed. To preserve the look of the house at the front we decided on white UPVC Sash windows. The fact you can tilt them to clean the glass and no painting was required was a big deciding factor. The salesman who came to measure up for the quote was on time and happy to address my concerns. It is an old Victorian house with a high roof and porch at the rear in poor condition. With the guttering and facias they were ready to start the job much quicker than I had expected. Scaffold was put up at the back to cope with an extension. The first date set was delayed as ironically it rained that day. When they looked at the front they realised the gutter was higher than the towers they had. It needed scaffold put up, but that was done without delaying the job. They made a nice job on both the facias and guttering. The scaffold at the front stayed up a few days allowing me to paint the upstairs stone window sills. The windows we had the surveyor come around to measure up. He was very thorough and explained what they would do with the bay windows at the front. It is a big old house needing 2 doors and 16 windows. The front was to be sash windows and the rear were standard ones made to look like sash. The two upstairs rear windows though had to be sash windows to meet building regulations. It meant a small increase in cost, but on a big job it is to be expected. The windows were ready much quicker than expected. A date was set to fit them, but that was delayed a week as one of the fitters was ill. The pair of fitters that did fit the windows were excellent. They told us what jobs they were going to do each day and worked away causing little inconvenience. One problem occurred when doing the porch. The one window glass had been made the wrong size. They had a new one made and it did not delay the completion of the job. After the job was compete they cleared away all the debris and cleaned the windows. We went from being the most run down house in the street to being one of the neatest. I am very pleased with the results. Totalglaze did phone to make sure we were pleased with the job and have sent the insurance backed guarantee. A nice surprise was a bouquet of flowers to say thank you from Totalglaze. I would certainly use them again.

We recently had a new door and three windows installed by Totalglaze. The pricing was competitive, and the fitter was friendly and did an excellent job. Although we encountered a minor issue with one of the windows, it was quickly resolved. After speaking with Steve in the office, a replacement was promptly ordered and fitted within a couple of days, without any hassle. Previously, we had always used another company, but Malcolm's expertise and professionalism convinced us to choose Totalglaze. We are delighted with the service and quality we received. I needed new double glazed windows but wasn’t sure who to use as there are so many companies around but I asked around and one of my Nabours said he had used total glaze a couple of times over the last twenty years and said they had done a good job - so I took the plunge and ask for a quote and thought it was reasonable, so went ahead, and I was more than happy with the results- Ricky and Alfie turned up on time and done a first class job and also little things they done like putting beading round edges of the glazing that covered up unsightly cracks, holes etc that my wife always moaned about, they dust sheeted all areas and cleaned up every day after there work, was first class service couldn’t be happier, good company Terry of Pegwell avenue

Repeatedly cold calling my mobile number. Called 13 times this year, 5 times in the 2 months! They have never carried any work out for me and my number is registered with the TPS. Will be reporting them to the ICO, if I receive one more call.

Updated to 2 stars as at least the facias, soffits and guttering look good and work well. Had complete facias, soffits and guttering replaced in October 2023 and was left with a leaking roof. The fitters came back out a month later (not 3 months as claimed in their reply, as of this review the install happened less than 3 months ago!) after I noticed the water coming into the corner of the bedroom (we noticed it BEFORE a "big storm") and claimed it had nothing to do with them and I never heard back from the manager again. I had to get a roofer to come out and fix the issue who says where they have taken the old stuff off it has allowed some of the tiles on the hip to slide down and that some of the lower parts where then not sealed correctly or at all allowing water in. Wish I had never bothered with this lot I started out with a water tight roof and now the water is getting in. Their attitude of "Nothing to do with us" stinks and I have had to spend hundreds to fix an issue of their making. Would actively not recommend this company to anyone.

2 stars is a fair review, quite the shambles for such a simple request. I would have given 1 but in fairness I got what I ordered, eventually… Saw a guy in Homebase who was repeating the company, all good so far. Booked appointment for a home visit for a new front door. Appointment booked. Rearranged twice from the companies side. Salesman comes out, measures up, we order the door. A week before the door is due to be fitted they say the door was damaged so we need to rearrange. Annoying but it is what it is. Finally get to the day of fitting the door, fitters an hour and a half late. Fit the door, turns out they have the wrong door colour. So I then have to rebook another day off work for them to fit the door I originally ordered. Oh and the door was wonky and didn’t lock properly without having to slam it shut and wake half the street. Steve the general manager then phoned asking for payment to which I said is there anything you can do on the price given the mess ups and time I’ve had to take off work. To which he replies “no im afraid not, we do things and do we them right”. I’m no expert but I wouldn’t say they did much right. So near on 2 thousand pound and about 3 months later I’ve got the door I wanted. All in all, a rubbish service so I’d take my money elsewhere if you were considering using this company.

We purchased a bedroom window 10 years ago, so decided to contact Total Glaze for 3 bedroom window replacements The contact from start to finish was excellent and when the fitters arrived to install we knew we had made the right decision They were very professional, and the installation was completed to a very high standard The final touches were what made us happy with our decision on choosing this company

I have to say I have mixed feelings about Total glaze. They have just installed the new windows and the positives are that the fitters were very nice and did a good job! The areas for improvement I'm afraid have to start with the office. For one, when returning a call to get the measurements undertaken, I explained who I was to Steve (who I missed the call from) and Steve had no recollection of who I was, eventhough he had literally just phoned me! I took a day off of work to be there for the windows to be fitted, only to be told via voicemail they would have to reschedule due to weather. This of course, can't be helped and they did notify myself and my partner of this which was understandable. They rescheduled for the day after and said they would be with me around 11am the next day. Again, I prepared my work to fit around this for mid morning as I have clients I have to phone all through the day. I would also have assumed that seeing as we were inconvenienced the day before they would ensure they were on-time the next day, but alas an hour went by and heard nothing. I phoned the office up and when I began to tell the man who answered the issue, he was very quick to hand me over to a man called Steve as he would have been the one that organised this and would need to speak to him. I got the feeling he did not want to listen anymore as was put on hold almost immediately…When transferred to Steve, I explained the previous inconvenience and that they were already an hour late to which he did apologise and told me he would guess they were already on their way, but would try to reach them. He also double checked my number and I explained that the other one was my partner's At this point the window fitters eventually turned up so was handling this along with a neighbour emergency. Steve left a message which was nice to say they were probably on their way, which was fair of him to do despite me not picking up. However, when mentioning the lack of communication about the slight delay and that I would have appreciated being informed, the fitters asked if I knew they would be continuing this job the next day also. We were not. When I said no, they informed me they were surprised the office hadn't told me this already as my partner and I should have been informed. It was lucky that my partner was working from home today, as I was out working!! I then received a call this morning from Steve to ask if I received his voicemail yesterday and if I was happy with the finished product. I told him I was out working today so have no idea how the finished article looked because of this. (Baring in mind, I was not informed this would continue into two days.) He then asked me 'are you Emma?' which took me by surprise as he should know who he is calling and explained the day before which was my numbers and which was my partners! He then said, ok I will phone your partner now to see if he is happy as he is there, but my partner was in an important meeting by this point too, so did not pick up until later to then pay the final bill. After all this, I cannot help but feel slightly inconvenienced about the lack of communication to start with and then the poor timing and pure assumption that my partner and I could just drop our work when totalglaze changed the plans without always informing us when it truly mattered. My recommendation is that in future when people make arrangements for installations that it is taken into account what the customer has had to arrange for this to be completed. I could not fault the workers themselves, but when totalglaze phone ME and then ask me who I am after inconveniencing mine and my partner's working schedule without fully explaining further what will then happen, it leads me to believe that their customer service needs improving. I think it is reasonable to expect that when I am a paying customer. Thanks to the fitters, however, for ensuring a good job was still completed. You could tell they just wanted my partner and I to be happy and I really appreciate all their hard work!

Myself and my husband recently had windows and a front door fitted by Totalglaze. I am someone who likes to act quickly, so the fact they visited on the day I called for a quote was excellent. We are very impressed with the product.

I have just had a flat roof repair done by this company. Absolutely over the moon with it. Itwas a really competitive price and a good quality product. Unfortunately I didnt get the namess of the young men that made the repair but i couldn`t have got a better job done anywhere. They talked in a way that I could understand and went about their work in a profesional manner. Iwould ask for them again .

Don't use - ok if no issues but if there is an issue be prepared for months of problems, cowboys sent out who don't know what they are doing. Groundworkers and brickworkers were great, fitters of conservatory were too - very clean, tidy and polite. When we started to have a leak on the roof that's where the issues started. Cowboys were sent out who just wanted to mastic things and be on their mobile phones sorting out there social lives. We had over 8 return visits to try and sort the problem and were told it was a manufacturing issues. The manufacturers came out and said straight away it had been fitted incorrectly. Once that was corrected we so far have had no issues. Should not have taken nearly a year. Management don't care, just said let us know if you want any more work done and we will look after you! Also had a new front door fitted at the same time, which leaked and was fixed. It's a shame as people have asked where had done but I will not recommend Totalglaze as Management dont seem to care we have had 8 months or so of disruption and a leaking roof! Edit - nearly two years later and many many more visits to look at the conservatory roof it is still leaking and we have had to have two independent surveys carried out and have been told it is not fit for purpose!

Very happy with this company. From start to finish I have found them caring and courteous from contacting the office in the first place, Michael coming out to quote for the work, the surveyor checking the site and the three guys who came to do the work who appear to have done a really excellent job. So after waiting 2 weeks for the report back from this awful company , we have and you guess correct no feedback . If only you were able to give minus marks for minus customer service !! Rubbish installation , rubbish after service , think very carefully before using this company. Give the company there due , have arranged for a service engineer to visit . Same gentleman as before and again in a van that is clearly unmarked and no mention of the company , if I could give them less than 1 star I would but this review will not allow me too !! So update after a failed replacement,due to the company not measuring the door correctly we have finally had the door slab replaced . But today 1st July 2022 the replacement slab door has not stopped the whistling of the wind coming through the frame . I can't honestly believe that the company could make so many mistakes. So after more than 2 months waiting for a replacement frame and promises of calls to arrange fitting , we are still waiting . I really think this company have no customer service standards at all . I would recommend that you really take a long look before you consider any work from them. Today 9th September they came to fit the new door frame , engineers turned up with notes to adjust the door frame , you just can't make this up . Seriously to everyone please think very carefully before using this company .Finally after about 3 years we do have a full working door ,for which we thank you , it's a pity that it has not resolved the first ever problem which was cold air blowing through an area where the catch on the door is , also the plastic strip at the bottom falls off constantly. We have had to reluctantly decided to put up with the door .

I had a set of French doors fitted by two young men Michael and Fred. I must say I am more than very happy with the finished look, not only we’re both men very enthusiastic and hardworking but they were also both very polite, well mannered and tidy! Michael done an excellent job in making sure I was happy with the work, continually asking and making sure everything was how I wanted. I have had many compliments on the doors and the fit from family and friends. Total glaze have exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be using them again in the near future.

Appalling company. 2 months to get a conservatory that could have taken 2 weeks. Excuse after excuse as to why nothing was happening. Constantly had to chase them and it still leaks. Totally unusable and probably not safe as the electrics in there are in such a damp environment.

New patio doors supplied and fitted old French doors removed, absolutely fabulous job great quality, excellent fit and finish and it’s an amazingly good price.

Worst company ever save your money and go elsewhere customer service is terrible once things start falling apart because they will cowboys ! You forget to mention that you have been out 3 times to try and cover up the work that was so badly done in the first place it’s been a ongoing problem since it was fitted was told a new door was needed but you refused and just bodged it up 3 times when this problem started we was still in guarantee!

The fitters were a delight, shoes off, very polite and courteous. Would recommend to anyone. Five stars all day long.

1st impressions were great. Arrived to fit 2 windows and one unit. Only to be told the unit couldn't be done on that day. So was rebooted day before booked was told unit was lost then broken. Issues was then elcasted and rebook only for no one to arrive on time and be told no one was in office on a Saturday that could help.

I am very impressed with every aspect of his visit...he arrived promptly and completed the work to my great satisfaction. He is a delightful man, caring and considerate and is a great credit to the company. We had a sky pod fitted to replace a skylight. From start to finish we were pleased with the service from initial contact to the actual installation. Just had back door fitted to my garage and Liam the fitter was exceptionally quick and did a great job. Very pleased with it. He ensured everything was cleaned up with absolutely no mess left.

We had a new front door and side window installed yesterday. From start to finish we could not fault Totalglaze. Excellent responses from the office when we contacted them. The lady at the doorway of The Range at Westwood first caught our interest. She was amazing. Donna you are great. The rep and the surveyor were extremely professional and advised us perfectly. Our two fitters Liam and Charlie were excellent. Polite, helpful, professional and the finished article is looking splendid. Liam talked us through how to care for the mechanism and showed us how to work the locks. We cannot praise the whole team enough. They all deserve a bonus. Well done all. We will certainly recommend Totalglaze to anyone requiring their fine products.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We had doors and windows fitted less than a year ago. The workmen originally fitting the products left discarded cigarettes all over our front garden to which my husband had to go around and collect up, during a pandemic no less. In December I called to report our front door was faulty. I had to wait over a month for someone to come and investigate, then I had to wait another month for the problem to be fixed, called today to say engineer will not be coming, with no follow up date, just we will get back to you. Also whilst having other building work completed on our property, we have discovered that the original fitters damaged the brickwork under one of our windows and rather than report the missing brick to us, said nothing and tried to fill it with silicone, and thus we have had water leaking into our property for nearly a year!!!! Still waiting for door to be fixed, avoid company at all costs.

After years of putting off having my windows changed, I'm so glad I found totalglaze! Michael and Lou were the fitters and were wonderful. So kind and helpful, it made the whole experience as smooth as having windows ripped out can be. Office helpful and kept informed thoughout the process. Windows are amazing quality and I'm very happy with them. Would definitely recommend 10/10 A couple of glass panels got damaged in transit but this has not been a problem.a temp fix has been done and I requested the same fitters return on the next available date to refit them. I was contacted by the office first thing the next day to arrange the date to complete.

When fitting my windows, they damaged my bathroom tap left without mentioning it and 5 weeks later I am still trying to get it sorted. Get passed from pillar to post when trying to get it sorted. Have taken time off work and nobody has shown, then when you phone up you get told that the messages weren't passed on. Couldn't fault the salesman though

We had windows doors and a conservatory done around 3 years ago by totalglaze and they are still looking like new. So this month we had gutters, soffits and facias done as well. They completed the work in 2 days. And they look great. I didnt post a review right away as I wanted to see how they worked after this week's cloud bursts I can say they work superbly too. No leaks or drips. I found the process easy, a friendly team from the quote to completion. thanks.

Totalglaze, happy to take your money, but don’t expect a working product. We had doors installed by Totalglaze, that did not close fully. Had windows installed, that turned into a comedy of errors, with timescales for installation stretching from 1 to 3 days. Less than a year later, we have 2 windows faulty, waited a 2-3 weeks for a service visit to confirm the glass needed replacing. 3 weeks later, still not sign of the replacement glass, so called again, and now they have lost the service engineers report, so nothing has been done. A customer satisfaction guarantee written on toilet paper. Only given 1 star, as google wouldnt let me give them what they truly deserve ZERO. AVOID THIS FIRM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!

Had windows fitted this week. Our fitters, Ricky and Charlie, were excellent. The work was finished ahead of schedule. They were both efficient and tidy as well as friendly. Apart from the odd sound of tools we were not really aware of them being in the house. We are pleased with the quality of the work. The windows are looking good. This was the third time we have used Totalglaze and would be more than happy to do so againm

My new front door was fitted today but I am not in the least surprised that it is another first class job. It is my third purchase from Totalglaze and, like the previous two, it is perfection. Fitted by Ricky and his able assistant who arrived on the dot and were extremely polite and helpful. Great value for money! I'll be going back for my fourth purchase soon - a new back door to match the front. Very highly recommended.

Had French doors fitted ... the doors have been in less than a year. Have already had them out twice to fix as doors keep dropping/ moving out of line. Yesterday (Wednesday) opened the doors and now they will not close at all. Phoned totalglaze up and explained that the doors would not close and we couldn't secure our property. There response was that they couldn't get anyone to look at it until Monday... so we now have to wait 5 nights without being able to close the door. It's the middle of winter. Explained all this to the lady on the phone and was told "TUFF"... SHE ACTUALLY SAID THAT TO ME...! she was very rude on the phone and when I tried to say there response was not good enough she put the phone down on me. So that's totalglaze for you... very poor quality materials... very poorly fitted... and shockingly bad after sales. Absolutely disgusted...! We did have them booked to come give us a quote for all the windows but have just cancelled that booking and will be using another company. Will never use or recommend totalglaze again.

Had just 1 window and front door, had nothing but problems since install, called yesterday as front window would not close. Customer service lady I spoke had the biggest chip on her shoulder. I've had the rest of my house done by another company and had no issues at all.

This is the second round of windows & roofs that Totalglaze have fitted for us. Back in 2013 they built a porch & replaced the old leaky conservatory roof we inherited with blue glass. We were very happy & asked them , before lockdown, to replace the remaining windows, the flat extension roof & fit a lantern into it. The windows were fitted before lockdown & they have just completed the roof & lantern. The sales & admin staff have been a pleasure to deal with & the fitters have been excellent, Special shout out to Steve Sullivan, the surveyor, who was in charge of the roof installation. He explained every aspect of having the lantern fitted, liaised with our carpenter regarding the joist strengthening & even came & helped fit the flat roof immediately after the work restrictions were lifted. All in all a very happy customer. Thank you everyone at Totalgaze.

Got a quotation. Misled me about the APR on their finance. Tried to tell me that a 9.48% APR was 5.514%. I suspect that many vulnerable people will have been misled because they didn't have the mathematical background to check the calculations. Check it for yourself and don't get scammed. Having discussed this with friends ^^ have since heard multiple horror stories. Sounds like I dodged a bullet.

A fantastic service from order to fitting! Ricky and Charlie just came to fit our front door and were friendly, polite, professional and very thorough. They even popped to the shop to get me some milk as I ran out!! The door is also excellent quality, which made the whole experience of working with Totalglaze superb. We would definitely recommend and also be contacting them later in the year, to fit and supply some bi-fold doors!

After ironing out a couple of difficulties caused by the salesman not spelling things out transparently, Danny and Ernie went on to ensure we had a first class job. The windows, door and frames look fantastic and I would certainly recommend Danny to fit your windows if you are considering Totalglaze. Ernie is a wizard at putting in those finishing touches!

Totalglaze Windows Ltd I am disgusted with your service and products. I have taken out a loan to pay for this, and your now ignoring me rather than facing up to your business's dodgy work!! I've waited long enough. I'm shaming you!! You came into my home and had no respect!! I was told I didn't need windowsill's as mine were fine, but by time you had finished mine are now all scratched and ruined!! My new windows have chips and scratches on the plastic! My handles are scratched and you filled wholes in with silicone!! I doubt you'd accept this job done in your home yet you were quick enough to take my money and now ignore me!! You should be ashamed!!

Just had 4 new windows fitted, and the quality of the windows, and of the workmanship, is excellent. The workmen were helpful, polite and very clean. They put down dustsheets, and hoovered after they had finished.

Totalglaze recently fitted some double glazing to my warehouse. It was a superb job from quotation to installation. My original enquiry was quickly followed up with a firm quotation and a survey. 10 days later the fitters turned up at the agreed time, fitted the windows (and made good). They were very polite and cleared up all the waste leaving the site spotless. I have no hesitation in giving Totalglaze my full recommendation. In fact this is not the first time I have used Totalglaze - that should be recommendation enough. What did I like best...? in the words of Tommy Walsh... the craftsmanship!

They fitted all the windows, great product polite and clean fitters.

Just had Michael and Fred fit a door and 3 windows. Nothing less than polite, efficient and professional. They even took down my awful window blind and took it away with them, and the cleaning up was very good too. Nothing but praise and I will be using the company next time too.

We recently had soffits, fanciers etc. fitted by totalglaze windows. They did the job within our tight time constraints, on a very hot day with some very aggressive seagulls protecting their young. They guys told us they had to fend off attacks with a broom. The work was completed in one day, no mess left behind and I assure you there was as the gutters hadn't been touched in a long time. Very happy with the results and would be more than happy to recommend them.

Service dept extremely helpful and quick to arrange a visit to begin sorting the needed repair.

Just had 5 windows and 2 bay windows replaced by Totalglaze. Started off badly, not their fault, as the weather decided to send a monsoon to our area and the work had to be put back a day. Neg and Mike installed the windows and Matt and Chris followed behind to replace the bay roofs. Really pleased with the workmanship and would have no issues with using these fitters again.

Not happy with end result. Had to be called back to repair a few times. Overall quality is bad. Would not recommend them.

I couldn't be happier with Totalglaze; they did a great job on my new conservatory roof and front door. They arrived on time, were friendly and professional and tidied up well before they left. The end product is exactly as described. I'd recommend Totalglaze to anyone.

We have used this company twice (silly to give them a 2nd chance) Firstly they have put two different pattern glass into our bathroom window. surely whoever made the window would have noticed. Secondly the beading is bowed. We have contacted the company twice to no avail. We will be getting a separate company in and charge this to Total Glaze.

total glaze smashed a panel of glass on delivery then promised to refit the next week. never happened two weeks later they leave you hanging around. just keep saying sorry no actual action has been taken to rectify . They really are poor service for the money you pay. would never recommend. 4 weeks after we requested our sign down we are still waiting!! Ridiculous service.

If it was possible to give Totalglaze 0 stars then I would. My husband and I were looking to replace the rotten conservatory that had been left by the previous owners. We wanted this to be done in the most cost effective way. When the salesman come round, and we explained this to him, he assured us that all we would need to do is have the structure replaced, as the existing floor looked in good condition and wouldn’t need to be touched. My husband asked him on numerous occasions whether or not the floor would be damaged, to which the salesman assured us it wouldn’t. We scheduled the work to be done during our week off (again, the salesman told us this would be fine) - however the fitters were not happy with this and said they would only come round when it suited them. We explained to them that we wouldn’t be in and were told we wouldn’t need whilst the work was being completed. Fast forward a few weeks and we came home from work to find our conservatory 75% completed. At first, we had no issues with this, as we knew the workmen had to come back the next day to finish. However this was not the case. When we inspected the conservatory closer, we noticed the workmen had damaged our floor and, therefore couldn’t continue with their work until it was fixed. No one communicated this to us. We were left to ring up Totalglaze the next day, only to discover that the workmen were not coming back to finish the work they had started. After a few heated conversations, it was agreed the workmen would come back to fix the floor and continue laying the rest of our conservatory. The quality assurer told my husband on the phone that the salesman had told us our floor wouldn’t be damaged because he ‘wanted the sale’ and that we needed to sign the customer satisfaction form ASAP in order for them to get paid. My husband told him that there was no chance this was happening until the work was done, which did not go down well. When the workmen eventually arrived to complete the work they had failed to complete, it was obvious they did not want to be back at our house finishing the conservatory. They were rude, tried to argue with me about the work that needed completing and, reluctantly, ‘fixed’ our floor (when I say fixed, I mean they laid a tile down (didn’t actually fix it to the ground) and then put the trim over the top). Once the work was finished, they continued to argue with me about the work they had had to do. We were then told a quality assurer would come and inspect the conservatory. They were supposed to turn up at 10. By 11, there was still no one here. After ringing Totalglaze twice, it turns out he had gone to another customer who had a similar name to ours and, therefore, he wouldn’t be able to come until the next day! This just emphasises how useless and unorganised Totalglaze are. I would not recommend them to anyone!

We had soffits, fascias, guttering, three composite doors and eleven windows replaced by Totalglaze. We had a fantastic experience. From the visit by the salesperson, whose no nonsense quote compared to the apparent games played by some other companies made us feel immediately at ease, to the surveyors visit to the installation, all went completely smoothly. There was a minor miscommunication regarding fitted shutter blinds which we wanted to keep, and believed was included, however the fitters were unable to re-fit these after windows were completed and had not been made aware of the blinds prior to their arrival. The matter was resolved quickly and without argument by a visit from the installations manager. All works completed to a very high standard. Cannot fault any part of the process and would thoroughly recommend Totalglaze.

Outstanding customer service from a professional and caring team of professionals. My 90 year old father purchased a conservatory from Totalglaze about 4 years ago. Recently a small leak developed and despite the fact that the fault did not lie with Totalglaze - the team saw the repair throughout numerous conversations and inspections. A special mention for Linda who was so caring and understanding as I acted as an intermediary and to Steve Wells for overseeing the repair and for showing infinite patience when dealing with my father who failed to understand the leak was from roof felting and not from the plastic trim. Thank you for everything your team did to complete the job - there are few companies out there who would show the resolve and commitment to carry out completion to our grateful satisfaction

My experience of these were that they were a shambles as 3 times I tried for an appointment and every time a reason for not coming. What did it for me was appointment 3 when I was waiting for them and heard nothing, so I decided to leave a voice message on their phone telling them not to bother getting in contact with me

Just had our first round of windows fitted to our new house. The fitters were excellent, Lee Neal and Paul. They were on time, really tidy and didn't stop all day. They consulted us about how we wanted the windows to be finished off with each unit. Really impressed.

Over last approximately three years we have had all windows and doors, including patio doors replaced. Recently had soffits and facias and guttering replaced. The quality of the products and workmanship has been first class. Workmen were unbelievably careful and tidy. All areas indoors and outdoors, were protected by dust sheets, even our pond was protected. When these were removed floors and outdoor areas, including our neighbours paths etc.were brushed leaving no mess anywhere. Customer Service is first class. Any problem, no matter how small being resolved very quickly. Thank you Totalglaze.

Total Glaze should be renamed Total Rubbish. They are not worth one star - it should be a minus. They are bad for your health, wealth and property. They fitted (ha ha) a front door which had to be seen to be believed. It caused drafts and damp which damaged our study floor. After over 13 agonising visits we were able to obtain a total refund after threatening legal action. When the door was replaced there were gaps all round. Under the door there was a 6" to 8" gap which had been packed with a variety of plastics. The retaining bolts at the bottom had damaged the lintel which we had to replace before the new door could be fitted. We should have claimed compensation for that and for the damaged floor in our study. Unfortunately they had already fitted (again a joke) some windows which later exhibited serious problems. We wouldn't allow them near our property so we just paid again and replaced them. When the windows were removed they certainly didn't fit, there were gaps all round up to 2" wide just covered by plastic trim and mastic and no filler of any kind. One frame was actually broken. One window had a gap under it so wide that you could see the wooden window cill inside. BEWARE - don't go near them.

Totalglaze Roof Line have just replaced the old felt roof on our garage conversion with a new Rubber Roof. The workmanship is first class, the fitters were quick efficient and tidy. The whole process from contacting Totalglaze to final fitting was a first class service. Totalglaze, over the past 15 years Totalglaze have supplied and fitted for me , Windows, Soffits and External Doors. Additionally they have built a Conservatory and a Front Porch. All this has been to a First Class standard. I cannot fully recommend them enough, proved by my own return custom.

If I could put less than one star I would 😡 they came to change my door hinges and ended up breaking my door contact for my alarm with out telling me and not only that they took it with them so I didn't see they had broken it so not only are they Cowboys they are thief's too !!!!!! And of course no call back to arrange to pay me back the £200 plus for the call out and replacement item!!!! STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS THIEVING COWBOYS!
