A huge thank you to the Hampshire Renovation Company, from Holli in the office (who is super efficient) to Phil with the plumbing (who is a magician with the challenges sent his way). They have just completed works on our 400 year old house upgrading our Hot Water tanks and Cold Water tanks, dealing with pipes that are probably as old as the house, and did an amazing job converting it to a modern streamlined system. We are beyond chuffed with the result. Would highly recommend the team at the Hampshire Renovation Company, for whatever job/maintenance you need for your home, we are already booking them for further works to this very old house knowing we are in very safe hands !! Thank you so much to Darren and all his team at The Hampshire Renovation Company who have just completed our downstairs renovation project which included removing a small wall between our utility area and the kitchen, installing the new kitchen and new flooring throughout the kitchen, dining room and conservatory and all these areas were fully decorated too. All this work was completed to a very high standard and on time with all the team working very long hours into the evening and on Saturdays. This is the 3rd project they have done for us and we are absolutely delighted with our experience on every occasion from start to finish. We had a number of the team here throughout the 6 weeks they were here and each person was passionate, friendly, professional, knowledgable, and on time. Any issues that arose were met with solutions and quick responses. A great multi trade business that have carried out kitchen fitting, plumbing, carpentry, electrics and decorating for us, handling all the organisation and logistics for us. Fully refurbished my kitchen. I'm very happy with the quality of work. Plaster, electrician, plumber and fitter all working together and to a high standard. Nathan worked efficiently to put the new kitchen in all by himself, new tiles, new flooring. Took slightly longer due to Howdens messing up the order, but Nathan helped to rectify any issues. Would definitely use again.

We are a returning customer, and genuinely wouldn't use another company for our house renovations. Darren, Holli and their team are very friendly and professional. All quotes are sent through very quickly, are detailed and priced very reasonably. All of the work they have completed on our house has made it a home, done to a very high standard, and nothing is too much trouble. They really have made our house dreams come true. I just had the Hampshire Renovation Company complete major refurbishment on my main bathroom, ensuite and cloakroom. This work involved completely stripping the old rooms down to bare walls then a complete installation of two new bathrooms and a downstairs toilet, handbasin. They also installed a new hot water system for me in the airing cupboard and loft. The work took just under five weeks in total to complete with Pete the main man I was assigned coming in everyday and working in-between the plasterer, plumbers and painters. All were reliable and turned up when expected, I was kept updated of who was coming and when. All the work has been completed to a very high standard, everyone I dealt with were so nice and friendly. As with any building works just a few minor glitches but these were dealt with immediately and rectified. I would definitely use this company again, so nice to find a reliable builders that finished all work to a very high standard. They are also very good on price. Darren helped me make the right choice on bathroom furniture and décor as I wasn’t sure what I wanted. I am very pleased with the result in all three rooms. Give them a call for a quote if you are considering having any work done, they cover major renovations and also much small maintenance work as well. Oh also earlier in the project work on my house they removed an internal wall to make two rooms into a kitchen/diner, again the work was carried out to a very high standard, dust was kept to a minimum as possible and it was completed in a day which considering the major disruption it causes having work like this done was a real bonus. Brilliant professional company. Highly recommend.

The Hampshire Renovation Company have just completed a full refurbishment on both my kitchen and bathroom in the last month and I couldn't be happier with the results. Everyone I have dealt with in the company have been polite, friendly and very efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone

AVOID THIS COMPANY, previously known as First Call Maintenence, assuming they changed their name to hide from unhappy customers - two bodge jobs, one of which I called them back on only for the plumber to turn up, take a photo and the office to re-invoice me for a full replacement job to the one they messed up initially, rather than investigate the issue and fix it. They may seem like they know what they're doing, but beware if you call them back to sort a problem as they just want to take your money.

I am super happy with the work carried out by First Call Maintenance, from coming out to quote and getting the work finished (in quick time!), the service has been top class, Darren is such a lovely guy to deal with, the guys that came and carried out the work were efficient, clean and tidy, and friendly!, I had a list of odd jobs of door glass replacement, internal door hanging, loft hatch repair, and tiling in a kitchen, was peace of mind and so easy to get it all done under one company!, wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and will come highly recommended!

First Call Maintenance converted part of our garage to a downstairs bathroom and did an absolute fantastic job. We are so pleased with the work. It is amazing how well they have made it look. We can’t believe how an original tatty garage can be transformed so perfectly. Every little fine detail is impeccable. They have specialists for every area: plumbing, electrics, tiling and general building work. A particular mention and thanks to Phil, Remi and specifically Nathan who turned up on time every day and worked tirelessly on his own for a period making everything perfect. The First Call team are so helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I phoned to ask if someone could fix the guttering which was leaking and the next day I had two of the team come and fix! The office manager was so pleasant and really did her best to try and fit us in. Will definitely use them again.

After contacting first call maintenance for a quote for a new back gate and fence panels replaced they came back to us super quickly with a very reasonable quote. Due to their large team they were able to carry out the job the following week. Extremely happy with the job. Other members of my family have used Darren and the team for many other larger jobs. Would just like to say, Since Doing first call maintenance plastering work on there projects, kitchens, Bathrooms and many more, I've seen the end results and its very impressive, first call maintenance have an amazing team, Certainly know what there doing, Get the job done efficiently, Very professional and friendly, I highly recommend these guys .

I have used First Call Maintenance twice in the last couple of months. The first being to repair a timer issue with the boiler and the second a faulty electrical socket. Both times I received excellent communication from Holli regarding timings of the appointments. Darren and his colleague were polite, courteous and dealt with the repairs we needed first time. From Holli in the office to Darren and his team they have transformed our small bathroom into our little sanctuary . We are vey please with the work carried out Phil cleaned every time at end of the day , and through his decor eye we went bold on the colour and love it .

Replaced the garden post that was rotten, £192.00 but left the other rotten post. Also left the original rotten post in the ivy. I don't think this was a good deal. I will not be using this company again.

"First Class Maintenance" Darren, Holli, Steve, Nathan and the rest of the team did a fantastic job on our kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Steve was very professional and took his time with work on the bathroom and downstairs toilet - an incredible job throughout. Darren was very kind and made sure we were happy with bathroom wall, even to bring us samples that we could discuss and choose from. Very efficient. The kitchen was also done to an exceptional standard and quickly too. Again, we were able to see the samples from Darren and the team before making a final decision. After being let down by another plumber and waiting for almost 2 months for fixing our hotwater overflow problem. Holli was always in contact to update me and within one week the parts were ordered, and the plumbing problem solved. Thanks again for the quick response.

Great company, quick to respond and quick to provide quotes. I have had a few bits of work carried out, from a boiler service, to shower leak repair to full ensuite replacement and I cannot fault the work or the work ethic of the first Call maintenance family. Work has been carried don't ti a high standard and options explained to me before work has been carried out. They are busy so getting booked in does take a while but worth the wait and I think if they're busy, then they must be doing it right! I would definitely recommend

Today I came across a water leak from the mains in a property i look after. I reported it at 8.30 as the water was pouring through the property downstairs. By 10.30, the leak was repaired, the 2inchs of water had been vacuumed up, photos taken and a full report provided for my Ins claim. Thank you First Call for your continual brilliant service.
