We planned a viewing in Banstead thru Richard and Saunders and this was booked online. Here we met John Ramsay waiting for us to go thru the house with that pleasant smile on. Nicely greeted us and took us thru the house in the speed we were looking. Nice behaviour and answering the queries asked by myself and my wifey. He listened to our needs and we liked the property straight away by myself and my wife. We made an offer and he helped to get this accepted with the sellers. I like to further add that I visited Saunders office and nice welcome by Luke and Sarah. Nice experience and thanks to John Ramsay in this journey to get our house finalised.

Hats off to Dan, we had arranged a viewing through Saunders, didn't love the property but Dan listened to our needs and showed us a property that we fell in love with straight away (we made an offer that was accepted within an hour of seeing it). Saunders understand their market and are lovely to deal with as a buyer.

Our move was anything but straightforward plus we had the added complications of Covid19. However, the team at Richard Saunders really demonstrated the value of a good estate agent with great friendly communication and a really positive attitude. Matt, Clinton were excellent and when furloughing struck in stepped Michelle who was amazing in pushing the move over the line. Whilst always doing the very best for us, she may as well been our buyers agent (although she wasn’t officially) and at the same time she liaised with and pushed the appropriate solicitors with prefect judgment. I would thoroughly recommend the Saunders team to anyone.
Matt was instrumental in helping me finding my perfect home. The difference which sets Matt and the team at Saunders apart is they are very consultative, honest and generally lovely people to deal with. It’s much more than just the sale !
