I am delighted with my new bathroom, designed and installed by BK11. The service was fantastic from start to finish and was entirely stress free. BK11 arranged everything, so I didn’t have to find plumbers, electricians, carpenters or other tradesmen essential to a bathroom project. Adam created a design reflecting my preferences, but also adding some ideas of his own - which worked perfectly. Ben and Jorge, who installed the new bathroom, did a great job. They were professional, timely, friendly and really nice to deal with. The project was completed on time and the final result is better than I could have hoped. BK11 transformed a spare bedroom into a wonderful new wet room. During the design process, we really appreciated the balance Adam provided between listening to what we wanted and proactively suggesting options and alternatives. The cost certainty that BK11 were able to offer at the conclusion of the design process was another important factor. Chris did a wonderful job of installing the new bathroom, and we are delighted with his attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship and the clarity he provided about the process as it unfolded. Bathroom & Kitchen eleven have been fantastic from start to finish. The design process with Adam was great - he was really keen to understand what we wanted across 4 bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom, and pulled together some beautiful designs which we love. He’s a genius! When it came to installation, we were kept upto date all the time and the team, Craig, Adam and Dan were brilliant. From the quality of their workmanship to just being lovely people, we couldn’t have asked for more. Also the communication about what was happening and when was really helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend bathroom & kitchen eleven.
We recently had our family bathroom completely renovated by Bathroom 11 and we are so glad that we chose them as the company to do this. Everything about the project - from initial consultation, through design process, installation and final snagging - was handled so well. Our designer and project manager, Alex, was exceptionally good at listening to us, picking up on our requirements, and producing a really elegant design that worked exceptionally well in the space available. Advanced 3D technology ensured that we could envisage what it would look like from different angles, with the result that planning could be very detailed and we felt very confident about what we would get when the project was delivered. Alex's extensive knowledge of different possible products was also valuable in the planning stages and ensured the design was both contemporary and to our own taste. Krzys, our installer, was also excellent. He was efficient, highly skilled, and very painstaking and careful in every aspect of his work. Where we had choices about particular positioning or heights, he always consulted with us. He was unobtrusive and cleared up so patiently and carefully each evening, we did feel there was minimum disruption. Ben, the owner of Bathroom 11, provided further oversight, advice, and experience, so that the few unexpected issues were happily resolved. Everything worked smoothly behind the scenes in terms of product delivery and administration, too, and we have valued every person in the company with whom we came in contact. All were efficient, effective, professional and friendly. They all worked hard together to make it go well - and it did! A big renovation is never exactly a pleasure to experience, but the results are fantastic and Bathroom 11 made the experience as painless as possible! We highly recommend them and would certainly use them again.
Bathroom & Kitchen Eleven has just completed the installation of our family bathroom. From my first design meeting with Adam I knew he understood what I was looking for and he did not disappoint! I am delighted with the design and finish of our new space, it is exactly what I was looking for, and with a clever new layout, now includes two sinks. The bathroom was expertly installed by Keith and Josh who were a pleasure to have around, and took their time to ensure that everything was installed perfectly. The tool I heard them using the most was their vacuum cleaner, which was much appreciated! We would definitely use BK11 again and highly recommend them to friends and family.
We’ve been delighted with our experience with Bathroom Eleven and our finished bathroom. From the initial design meetings, the process has been seamless. Adam presented us with three designs and we picked elements we loved across the three to bring together as a finished design. The installation and project management was also great - with Craig and the team just getting on with things, and the electrician coming by when needed - so we were able to be really hands off and just look forward to a bath at the end! It is clearly a premium service but we have been really happy with the quality of the design and bathroom.
I have no hesitation in recommending Bathroom Eleven and would like to thank the team for making what could have been a stressful renovation (in other hands!) into such a smooth, well-managed, and positive experience. Adam somehow turned my wish list into a real-life bathroom, without sending my budget into full meltdown and Keith and Josh then brought it all to life with incredible attention to detail and plenty of hard work. We carried out some extensive renovations in 2025. We first started thinking about replacing the floors on the ground floor (replacing ceramic tiles with stone) but of course replacing the floors means replacing everything that goes on top of them - so the project quickly escalated into a major one involving a new kitchen, scullery, study and library, and once we started thinking about it the project extended to the replacement of windows, bi-fold doors and various other things. The design work was carried out over the first two months of the year, and we were very impressed by the creativity and ideas that were presented by Vanessa - our chief designer. She has a sharp eye for quality and the metamorphosis of her designs from images to reality is something that she takes very seriously. When something doesn't work she calls it out - but she is respectful and listened carefully to what we wanted. The 3D imaging was super-useful in visualising how things would turn out and they were pretty accurate. They also allowed us to see the impact of requested tweaks and this helped us nail down the designs relatively quickly. Following the design phase all the materials and equipment were ordered and this meant that the project ran to time. Of course in any project there are issues that require solving as you go and for the most part when issues were identified the team put forward pragmatic solutions and we were able to make collective decisions with Ben and the team to sort things out efficiently and effectively. We really liked the lead builders - Winston and Vasile. They had worked at our house before renovating bathrooms so we have got to know them well over the years. They are professional and solutions driven. Kevin was in charge of the stone-work and he is a true master at his craft. The new floors have been game-changing, The project finished up in November - as Ben had promised - and the results really are transformative. The quality of the work has been high; the finishes are top class; and the overall impact is very impressive. What has also been impressive is the follow-up service where tweaks and snags have been required. Ben is responsive and gets things done and we have had a very good experience all round. Doing a major renovation whilst living in the property is not for the faint-hearted, but the team made it as bearable as possible. We are repeat customers and we have been very happy with Bathroom & Kitchen Eleven. They are on the expensive end but they are a quality act and provide a very bespoke and personal service.
Bathroom Eleven have done a fantastic re model of our bathroom. From the start Adam listened to our brief and budget and really listened to our feedback across the design sessions. It was great working together through to final images. The clarity on every itemised item really helped on the final tweaks. When we then went into the fit out stage, Keith and Josh were brilliant. Immaculate craftmanship, super professional and left our home each evening so neat and tidy. It was so wonderful not having to juggle issues or suppliers, Bathroom Eleven did all of that. Keith, Josh and Ben also had to deal with way trickier issues - which were sorted immediately. The team finished the job in line with the time and budget agreed. We love our new bathroom and we really can't recommend Bathroom Eleven enough - they were brilliant!

We used Bathroom Eleven for a large house project and they transformed our internal spaces - almost a full house refurb including bathrooms, kitchen, utility, boot room... They exceeded our expectations in every way, from the standard and quality of every finish, to the customer service which we feel really sets them apartl. We recently had the pleasure of first working with Alex the bathroom designer who designed a new compact shower room and separate w.c. room for us and we could not be any happier with the final result. Working with Bathroom and Kitchen Eleven has been a very pleasureable, professional and successful endeavour. We had a challenging brief: transforming a relatively small family bathroom into a modern functional and aesthetically pleasing bright space. Into the restricted area we needed to retain a bath but wanted to install an open shower area. Adam accepted the challenge and worked together with us through a number of different design options until we were happy. Throughout Adam married creativity with patience and his use of the company’s superior visualisation CAD system meant we were given a very clear idea of what the finished bathroom would look like before work started. The installation itself was done to a very high standard with oversight by Ben and daily work by Vasily and Winston. At all times they were helpful and considerate with any queries or issues swiftly sorted. We are very pleased with the final result and have complete confidence that in the unlikely event there are any issues down the line they will be quickly dealt with. In summary we are very pleased that we engaged Bathroom Eleven and would have no hestitation in using them again.
I got a bathroom with them, so all the following applies to bathrooms as opposed to kitchens: So the deal is you pay £350 for the design service, which is not refundable and you don't get to keep the designs. Although this initially seems surprising, I had no complaints as I was a bit of an awkward customer and went through loads of design iterations which must have taken up quite a bit of their time, and they have to protect this cost/investment, fair enough really. There doesn't seem to be any limit on how many times you can say e.g. "yes that's nice but can we try swapping around X and Y and and show me a 3D visualisation of it please". Anyway, the final design was really great and there's no way I would have come up with it myself, both in terms of layout, plumbing possibilities and knowledge of what's new on the market (my new bath doesn't have taps!?!). The implementation was also reasonably quick and the team obviously knew what they were doing. The final result is excellent. Another plus for me is that the service is turnkey, i.e. one stop shop (plumbing, tiling, electrics, gas, anything). In my case they were also able to supply a damp specialist consultant because of damp wall concerns, and implement his recommendations. So if you are after a turnkey service including design, I'd recommend having a chat with them. Needless to say the end product not cheap but they're obviously at the higher end of the market.
I just wanted to say a big thank you to the aftercare team, and especially Andy, for the amazing service. Initially, I had only asked about the paint used for some touch-ups I planned to do myself, but instead of just telling me, they sent Andy to fix it. He did an excellent job – it looks like new, and you can’t even tell any touch-up work was done. I’m really impressed with the quality of his work and how smooth everything went. I had building work and kitchen installation carried out by Bathroom and Kitchen eleven. The design team produced a dream kitchen design that was perfect for me. My brief to Alex was to design my small en-suite bathroom to have a calm spa-like feel. Alex took my ideas and created just that, a wonderful en-suite which I just love. From start to finish, our experience with Bathroom & Kitchen Eleven has been world class. We were given a high touch, bespoke, incredible service to design and install our cloakroom. Adam (the designer) is a creative genius, Ben (the owner) is so friendly and professional, and Andy (who installed our cloakroom) worked so hard to make sure it was finished as quickly as possible and to the highest standard. Had my bathroom recently designed and installed by Bathroom Eleven. Adam was the first contact for the project and the design manager. Always listened to our opinions and replied promptly. Understood that we can't have the design meetings in usual weekday hours and willing to arrange them on Saturday mornings. Really appreciated. Andy, the fitter, was also great. He paid attention to every details and his quality of work was amazing too. We sometimes visited the flat in the evenings and saw he's still working there! Impressed by his altitude towards the quality. It was my first property in the UK, and I was so glad to have the team. When planning the renovation, I was a bit worried as I heard other people had bad experiences with other companies like long delayed completion date, poor quality of work... But, Bathroom Eleven is none of them. You can just be "lazy" throughout the whole process. Nothing to worry about, and just wait for the design to come true.
We had 2 bathrooms installed and have been very pleased with the whole process. From working with Adam W on the initial designs, the input from Ben on the technical details (our bathrooms had complicated interconnecting pipework) and the actual execution of the work by Craig and Adam, it was all pretty seamless and hassle-free. The quality of the craftsmanship was excellent and the attention to detail (such as protection for existing floors / stairs etc) was extremely thorough. We did feel like the whole team at BK11 was very professional and customer-focussed and genuinely wanted to perform a quality high quality job whilst ensuring that we (the paying customers) were 100% satisfied! Based on our experience we would certainly use them again and recommend to others.

Alex who was our first point of contact was extremely knowledgeable and had the the right ideas for our bathroom which I must stress was a difficult project due to the shape and size .Alex however designed a new bathroom to very high standards and the end result is a beautiful, high standard bathroom. We went to Bathroom 11 because we decided we needed a full service bathroom refurbishment and it seemed like this is what they do. We have been very happy with the installation - the confidence that they have generated in us through the whole design process and the installation and after care has been immense. Design - Adam our bathroom design brought ideas and solutions that we wouldn’t have thought of - he also lead us all through the process so we were confident that our new bathroom would be amazing. Installation - our team of Craig and Adam were phenomenal - they talked to us and allayed any fears we might have and listened when we had queries. Their attention to detail was incredible. After care - Adam and Ben were very concerned that we would be happy which we have appreciated. We have been left with a good feeling. Just outstanding. That’s the long and short of the guys at Bathroom Eleven. If you don’t read any further than this, that’s all you need to know. The first thing to stress is Adam and co genuinely stood out from the competition. I guess in all home projects there’s the task of getting multiple quotes, then working out the quality versus price conundrum. But in this case Adam was so far ahead of anyone else we spoke to that in the end there was barely a decision to make. His ability to look beyond the four walls (or in our case five or six walls with weird angles) and bring something exciting to life is hugely impressive. We asked Bathroom Eleven to do two bathrooms. We have a fairly old house, with all the quirks that come with it. On the face of it there seemed a real limit to what someone could do, beyond replacing the products and giving the rooms a facelift (which is all the competition could propose to us). Fast forward a few weeks and we are staring at two unrecognisable, stunning bathrooms, imagined and designed by Adam, and installed by two of the most dedicated and skilled fitters you could ever hope to meet in Winston and Vassili. In truth ‘fitters’ doesn’t do them justice, they’re also problem solvers. If they discover minor or major headaches along the way they have an incredibly wide set of skills to draw on to enable them to rise to the challenge that Adam’s mind sets. And they do so in a refreshingly polite and conscientious manner, accompanied by a single-minded attention to detail. On a broader level they’re just a lovely bunch of people. There’s nothing flashy, showy or salesy about them. It’s friendly, attentive, and down to earth, with nothing being too much trouble for them. Ben and Adam are very responsive and I genuinely believe they know everything that’s going on with every single project they have, at any given moment. Top marks. First rate. Thank you guys.
Adam, Ben, Winston and Vassily are a spectacular team, from design to execution, communication was top notch and the results are breathtaking. Design: We decided to do 3 bathrooms and a cloakroom all at once. We came with a reasonably strong sense of the style we wanted; spa-like zen spaces, wood-look, flat shower floors & then went more wild with the cloakroom...Adam was able to interpret these concepts and make them even better through clever design, choice of materials, practical thinking & design flair. Fundamentally, he has a great eye and is brilliant at building on nuggets of ideas and making them reality (only better!). Execution: Ben led the execution team & the great thing is that Winston and Vassily are extremely competent with great attention to detail so you never felt like it was relying on one person being on site. The communication between the team was extremely good. Inevitably, things go wrong sometimes with suppliers, or you discover issues you didn't know about until you rip the walls apart; the team is great at finding solutions. I would go to any of these guys if I had another project, indeed we are already planning a kitchen re-build and will definitely use Bathroom Eleven when we do this. I don't normally leave reviews, but I love the fact that we have this quality so local! Definitely can't recommend highly enough.
We highly recommend Bathroom Eleven to anyone who is looking for a company with a high standard/ topnotch/ super professional/ super pleasant and fun/ genuine/delivers a great bathroom on time and budget/ etc. and I could go on and on... Adam, our designer, was a superstar. Not only that he has many great ideas and extensive design experience, but he does also listen to our requirements. His idea + our requirements = a fantastic bathroom that we love. Nothing is too difficult for him. He manages to put a design together that is so stunning one of my family members said that she could be in there forever! Chris, our builder, was another superstar. He showed up every day before 8 am and never once left before 5 pm. His craftsmanship is so fast, effective and precise. We have had many plumbers and builders working for us but Chris is the BEST. It is also pleasant to have him around the house, as he is super polite, clean and most of the time working in the bathroom (we did not see him much). Ben, our project manager, was also a superstar (this company only employs great people?). Though we do not interact with him so much as Chris was so good, Ben is always reachable and helped us immediately when we needed his help. If we are going to have our next bathroom remodelled, we will call Bathroom Eleven again in a heartbeat. Thanks guys for a wonderful bathroom :)

From the initial design meetings though to stripping out the old and installing the new, we were very impressed. A great design and installation experience throughout, with no hitches, misunderstandings or lapses in communication at any stage. After a minor postponement of the start date, the fitters went beyond the call of duty to finish well before the promised Christmas deadline, and were always friendly, tidy and cooperative. The finished bathroom is just what we wanted.

However, Alex’s design and Andy’s skill at dealing with the various complications of such a project in an old house, have given us a fantastic bathroom which functionally and aesthetically is way better than we thought possible. From the initial design meeting through to completion we have been impressed by the thoroughness of Bathroom Eleven. Based on a single item and a few initial ideas, Adam created a design that met our requirements and looked amazing! He took the pain out of matching and resourcing the fittings and fixtures from tiles to taps. This was the 2nd bathroom we have had designed and installed by Bathroom Eleven over a c24month period. Both times have been a very positive experience, with first class results. Alex (a young talented designer) had lots of good ideas and was very personable and responsive. Our fitter (Keith) was a perfectionist and clearly takes great pride in his work (and in keeping his work area neat at the end of each day). And Ben (the boss, I think?) oversaw the process and ensured one hiccup (caused by a change of mind on our part) was dealt with smoothly and professionally. Bathroom Eleven installed completely new bathrooms in our en-suite and downstairs cloakroom, and the results are fantastic. Adam's design process captured our own ideas, but he added significant value to the end result, and was happy to take plenty of time to go through everything with any changes we wanted. The computer aided design images were really lifelike, which was helpful in deciding what to have, and they accurately reflected the end result. Andy and Kev did a great job on the installation, and their workmanship was first rate. They had a great attention to detail, a focus on quality, and an incredible work ethic. They sought input whenever there were options at a detailed level, which we appreciated. Communications were very good, and the whole team was respectful of the COVID rules, and ensured cleanliness in the house during the installation process. We appointed Bathroom Eleven for a complete renovation project; turning a bedroom into a fabulous, modern ensuite bathroom. The design planning with Adam was so much fun, he listened to our requirements and came up with a wonderful design. The team overcame some logistical issues (and headaches!) with pipes but added extra resource to stick to timeline and budget for which we are grateful. Our fitter, Ian, was polite, hard working and left the place tidy each day, plus he really cared about the finish and attention to detail, which is worth the extra cost. Ben oversaw the project meticulously, popping in regularly and was on hand if we needed. All in all, very happy and highly recommend these guys if you're in the market for a high end, long lasting bathroom.
We are so pleased with our bathroom, it was a very small, dated space which has now been completely transformed. Chris, who fitted the bathroom was brilliant, he worked hard and is incredibly talented. He had complete respect for our home and we hardly knew he was there. Any small issues during the process were quickly dealt with by Ben and we were very impressed with his manner and efficient responses. The entire process was carried out during Covid and all measures were put in place to ensure the project was completed safely with no compromises.
We walk past the Bathroom Eleven showroom a lot and always like the fit outs in the shop so when it was time to remodel our very dated bathroom with a water damaged ceiling, wooden floor and random pipes from secret locations we decided we needed a little over and above a regular approach so we decided to call in and see Adam. We spent time at the 1st meetings talking about what we liked, didn't like, budgets etc and we reviewed a 1st design - that was the start of a very iterative and collaborative process where we all tried really hard to fit in a separate bath and shower without compromising the space or the original, quite large, window. Whilst that wasn't possible it was very cathartic to have really tried every permutation to achieve it and know when we agreed on the final design it wasn't just settling. What we loved about the process was Adam's advice on fixtures, fittings and how we were able to include features we wouldn't have even considered. The colour scheme is great and the details of the design with lighting and tiling really made the plan something we were excited to execute on. Phase 2 - the fit! Chris did a great job, he was extremely diligent and professional, apart from the noise we hardly knew he was there. We weren't surprised it took longer than the planned 3 weeks as there was a massive amount of prep, stripping and replacing including all the odd pipes, new ceiling, window surround, door etc. it really was a drains up remodelling. Phase 3 - the result - couldn't be happier, our snagging list only had one thing on it and that was fixed immediately with no issue and some clever gadgets. I would definitely recommend Adam and Bathroom Eleven to anyone that is really looking to maximise their bathroom space and get an amazing result. This isn't the cheapest way to replace a bathroom but its certainly the way if funds allow I would happily do again. We've ended up with a room we love, thats clean, bright and functional as well as being tranquil, relaxing and actually quite funky. I know designers don't always get a good rap but for us it was definitely worth the investment and the collaboration to get what we didn't even know was possible and we wanted. We discovered bathroom eleven on our Covid walks round the block and arranged to meet them for a long overdue en-suite overhaul. From start to finish, through the design phase and the whole build they were a pleasure to work with, especially during these strange times. Adam had no end of patience with our iterations on deciding which was the perfect sink and eco friendly soap dish, but to be honest very few tweaks were needed as he read our brief and style perfectly. The team of guys who did the installation were lovely to have in the house - courteous, tidy and involved us in any key decisions. The finish is immaculate and we are absolutely thrilled with the end result - delivered on time and to budget. We’d heartily recommend bathroom eleven to anyone (and have done so already to one of our neighbours!).

The design and workmanship of our new bathroom is brilliant! The design is perfect and I cannot fail to praise what Adam Wollerton, the designer, fitted into the space - he achieved what designers from other companies failed to do - by miles! The small touches of lighting and alcoves makes all the difference and the end result is the "wow" factor my wife and I were looking for. The installers, Vasili and Winston, were superb - not only did they install a stunning bathroom and a cloakroom, but they respected being in our house the whole time. I cannot speak to highly of this specialist company. While they might not be the cheapest, you pay for what you get and I have no hesitation in recommending them - in my view they simply are THE BEST.

We urgently needed our bathroom redone. We wanted to migrate from a poorly beige tiled, cramped room containing an old fashioned bath tub with a feeble hand held shower to a modern serene bathroom featuring a walk in shower with seat. Right from the start I felt we were in professional dedicated hands. In the design meetings we explored various layouts and options using computer visual simulation to come up with final design. We were continually apprised of costs of the various layouts and option choices we made. During the installation every effort was made to protect against dust and dirt. The installer team where exemplary in their politeness, friendliness and professionalism. We are very pleased with the end result which was fully delivered on schedule. We recently worked alongside the Bathroom Eleven team on a property renovation in Esher. Their team were always polite and tidy on site and worked diligently on each bathroom. They were extremely easy to work with and worked in a collaborative manner on duties such as waste disposal and keeping the property in a tidy condition. We enquired with Bathroom Eleven to source a replacement. Took just a few days to source, at no cost and with advice on replacement. Couldn’t ask for better customer service.
This is the second time we have used Bathroom Eleven. On both occasions we have appreciated the advice Adam gave about how to get the best out of the space. This was particularly important as we didn't have a blueprint to follow - we were converting a bedroom into a bathroom and then adding a utility room into an existing bathroom. The people who completed the work were all polite and tidy. All snags were dealt with efficiently and the quote we were given at the beginning for both rooms was the final amount paid. We now have two transformed rooms that are finished to a very high quality.
We wanted to replace 2 of our existing bathrooms which were looking very dated. We don't have much design imagination but knew that we wanted something more contemporary. We visited some other bathroom suppliers but were not overly impressed with the design or the approach. We then received a recommendation for Bathroom 11. We visited the showroom and met Adam the designer who explained the design to installation service. Adam came on a site visit and asked us for the sort of bathroom we were looking for. The following week we went back to the showroom and were shown computer based designs of the proposed bathrooms - we were really pleased and it matched what we were looking for. Once we'd accepted the quote, the installation soon followed - this was led by Andy and various other specialists (tilers, electricians). They were very clean and tidied up very well every night. Adam would regularly visit to monitor progress, as would Ben the owner. One of the best things about the service is that any fixes post installation were done immediately and with no quibbles. We'd dithered about getting the bathrooms done since moving in 5 years ago and finally decided to go for it. We visited a number of designers and fitters and Adam at Bathroom Eleven stood out as by far the best. He really listened when he came around for the design visit and he asked sensible questions (and fell in love with the dogs!). When we went to see the designs it was clear how much he'd "got" us. He offered challenge in his ideas, I wasn't sure about moving a wall, but it was the right decision, the room works so much better now! My husband and I particularly liked that the price we were quoted included everything, down to and including lighting. Bathroom Eleven's quote was not the cheapest, but we found others hadn't included lighting, or were suggesting moving toilets and hadn't included a cost indicator for moving the soil pipe. It was easy to see how these costs would quickly rack up, and they were things Adam had considered and had included in the quote we were given. Jarek and Tomak came to do our installation and I cannot praise them highly enough. They were polite, professional and hard working. Their attention to detail was spot on and Adam was always at the end of a phone line for little queries (and came out to check progress a couple of times). Jarek and Tomak made the process as easy as possible for us both and cleaned up thoroughly every night. Both dogs fell madly in love and sorely miss their new friends. We are enjoying our new bathrooms (especially the wine shelf by the bath in the en suite!) and 100% recommend the Bathroom Eleven team.
After much deliberation, we finally decided to engage a contractor to enlarge and update our main bathroom. We wanted a contractor to design, supply and install the bathroom, working closely with us throughout. Having refurbished most of our house over the years we acknowledged the scale of the job and our need for attention to detail, design and finish. Bathroom Eleven assisted us throughout the design phase, understanding clearly our brief on style and practicality. They helpfully suggested alternative products from a wide range of sources, costed bespoke options and spoke to suppliers to provide us with detailed technical information we required. The computer-designed 3-D images of the bathroom were excellent and gave us a very real sense of the space and final look with our chosen products. The owner was also on hand to answer technical queries we had about the installation. Bathroom Eleven provided redesigns and product alternatives in a comfortable time frame where we made steady progress unrushed or influenced. This process gave us the confidence to go ahead with the project. We wanted to be fully engaged with all stages of the installation. Essentially there were three stages that worked around our availability as we wished to be on site throughout. The stages were: removal of old bathroom, construction of extension to the room and first phase of installation; measuring, manufacture and installation of bespoke worktops; and completion of installation. The fitters were a pleasure to work with. All were polite, clean, tidy, hardworking, timely, cheerful and helpful. We were able to discuss easily with the main fitter detailed technical issues with a clear understanding of the outcomes of the decisions we made. We were particularly impressed with the quality of the wall and floor tiling, which had been carefully thought through by the fitter and discussed with us in advance. The process from design to completion has been comfortable and relatively non disruptive. The team from Bathroom Eleven have been accommodating and pleasant throughout. Importantly, they ensured that we were happy with the final installation and responded to queries after completion of the work. We are very happy with the final bathroom. It has met our expectations and looks like the design images we agreed. The bathroom is a pleasure to use.

Last year Bathroom Eleven designed and supplied a bathroom and ensuite for our house, and we were so impressed with their patient and professional service, from start to finish. When a shower tray cracked a couple of months after installation, because it had not been installed properly, they replaced it quickly and gave us a very reasonable price, although it certainly was not their fault.
