You get used to what you have until Laura and Sam get their hands on your bathroom refurbishment. It's only a small ensuite but it has been completed above my expectations. Good quality products chosen by Laura and Sam who is a very good tradesman. I would never have had the vision for my project without their help. Laura was always on the ball in returning my messages giving lots of advice within my budget. The project was completed on time. The guys they emply are also very professional. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this Company for your project. They are a delight😊 .
Laura and Sam have been super helping us plan and then the quality of workmanship has been outstanding. We are super pleased with our new en-suite. Sam kept disruption to a minimum and it was so nice to see that each day of the work everything was tidied and dust etc kept to a minimum. First class service.

We are so pleased with the way Eximia has transformed our bathroom from floor to ceiling, turning an outdated room into a modern, stylish bathroom. The whole process, from booking through to completion, was clear and transparent. Each stage was explained and the project was completed on time and according to the original schedule. Sam and Laura have been delightful to work with. They have guided us through the whole design process, even using a lifesize mannequin in 3D designs to demonstrate the size of fittings and their distance apart. Laura was very receptive to our ideas and guided us through the choice of tiles, flooring, fittings, paint colours. We have been blown away by the transformation. Sam always worked extremely hard and with tremendous attention to detail to ensure the result matched the design. He was a pleasure to have in the house, working as quietly as possible and tidying up every day. Sam also managed the project smoothly, ensuring the electrician, plasterer and decorator were on site when their skills were needed. You can tell how much pride Sam and Laura take in their work and this is something that shines out. If you are looking for a reliable, fairly priced and trustworthy company to renovate a bathroom, we would not hesitate to recommend Eximia. You won’t be disappointed. .

Laura and Sam really are the dream team! Laura’s creativity in coming up with the perfect bathroom design including being able to see it using VR was incredible! I was also really impressed with the fact that they only take one job at a time so I knew that Sam was giving the installation his full attention and not being called away to finish another job. It’s so refreshing to work with a young couple who are so committed to detail and excellent customer service. I’m definitely recommending Eximia Bathrooms to everyone I know!
Eximia have been a god-send for the tricky design of our new bathroom, with an oddly laid out room in an old house, the Virtual Reality design system was amazing, being able to see our idea come to life was fantastic!
Second time I have used Eximia after my en-suite referb previously. This time I had my main bathroom replaced. From the planning stage where Laura helped me with some design and colour decisions and giving me ideas that I hadn't considered, to the artist impression of how my bathroom would look, through to the work being competed, the whole process has been smooth with the job being completed within time scales and budget. Absolutely professional experience from start to finish, exceptional standards of work. Sam and Laura came to our home to give us a quote, they took the time to understand what I wanted from our new bathroom, as well as the importance of keeping costs down where possible, which they were mindful of throughout the process. I received two lots of amazing 4D designs, which really helped me to envision the space, as we were also moving things around in the bathroom. Even when extra work was uncovered due to the last installation by the previous homeowner, Sam was reassuring and made me feel at ease. We are over the moon with our new space, even the smallest of details have been paid close attention to, our new bathroom is everything I wanted and more! I would 100% recommend Eximia Bathrooms to anyone looking for a trustworthy, competitively priced, excellent tradesmanship company for anything bathroom related.

We can't recommend Eximia Bathrooms enough. Sam and Laura deliver the whole package. From measuring the space, discussing our ideas to create a design, sourcing the hardware and project managing the whole fit, including other trades such as an electrician and a decorator. They made everything so easy. The computerised mock ups were outstanding. Being able to stand in the room through virtual reality really gives a detailed idea of the finished product. This allowed for confident little tweaks before finally settling on the finished product. Sam was so friendly and professional whilst working in our home. As were the other contractors he bought in. He kept everything clean and tidied up at the end of each day. The finished bathroom was fantastic. When Eximia Bathrooms say they will create the design down to the smallest detail, they absolutely do.
We’re so grateful to Sam & Laura for our incredible new bathroom. Changing our existing outdated WC and bathroom to a bright light modern bathroom was so easy with Eximia. Laura was so helpful with the design, really bringing our ideas together into a wonderful design that really helped us visualise the changes. We made tweaks and changes throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Sam was fantastic throughout the work, really neat and tidy which was so helpful with our busy house. His work is meticulous and we really felt he was working to give us the best possible result.

I literally cannot thank Sam Colton and his lovely partner Laura for all their hard work on making our dream bathroom that was designed to work with Neil’s needs. From start to finish they was amazing, Laura did an amazing design for us down to the tiniest bits we wanted, for us then to go into their office and watch it all through a VR to see what our bathroom would be like and literally I honestly cannot thank them both enough especially Sam he worked so hard either staying some nights late into the evening to get everything right once again thank you both so much I love it xx
