Really good job from Alex was on time and actually charged less than his original quote which was much appreciated. Based on his work would absolutely use him again and recommend to others who want a quality job done. 5/5

Alex fitted an outdoor tap for us yesterday. Sounds simple. It was rather more complicated than that, involving lead, cramped spaces & 3 locations. There was much problem-solving on the job, as well as hot sunshine to contend with. Alex excelled! Thank you for doing a great job. Our conversations were 'on point' too! 👌🏻

Alex came out to sort out a leak for us. He took the time to really explain what was happening and why, and how he was fixing it which he then did quickly and efficiently.. Great communication, focused on the job, and we will 100% be getting him back to refurbish our bathroom later in the year. Thanks Alex, very happy to recommend you.

I needed an urgent toilet installation. I found Alex on Google and within a few hours after calling, my toilet had been installed and at a reasonable price. Thank you again.

Prompt and efficient service from a friendly person.

Great and reliable service! Alex came and assessed the work before doing the job and we're very happy with the work he's done!

I contacted Alex after dealing with a recurring leak for several months. He arrived on time, took the time to explain his approach before getting started, and pinpointed the issue quickly. What stood out was how clearly he communicated throughout — I always knew what was happening and why. The repair was done cleanly and efficiently. I'd have no hesitation recommending him to anyone.

Brilliant service from start to finish! He came out on Saturday to assess the work needed for fitting my new shower cubicle. Although the required part wasn’t available on Wednesday as planned, he returned the following Saturday as promised to complete the job. Really professional, reliable, and the quality of the work is excellent. The shower cubicle looks great and everything has been fitted perfectly. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

The quality of the work once again was exceptional and we would highly recommend his services.

Alex from Norton Plumbing recently completed two bathroom refurbishments for us and did an absolutely excellent job. He was professional, clean, thorough, and clearly very skilled. He replaced an old Jacuzzi bath with a new one, fitted a glass shower screen, redid pipework and tiling, and installed a new rain shower, handheld shower, and new taps. He also replaced a shower door in our downstairs bathroom. All the work was completed to a very high standard, and Alex was friendly and responsive to our feedback throughout. Alex did a great job - was prompt, communicated great and explained everything well! Cheers!

We had a couple of minor jobs. Excellent, prompt and efficient service.

Phoned this guy for a small job. He said to send my address on what's app and he would come and look to provide a quote. Never replied to my message. Never showed up. We know you're busy and so are we. But at least be polite, honest and civil to prospective customers. If you can't do the work, politely decline.

Really happy with the service received from Alex at Norton Plumbing. I rang about a leak and he was there the next morning and fixed it quickly. Would definitely recommend and I will be using this company again.

This was the second time we've called on Alex to help us with a plumbing issue. Quick response, friendly, efficient. Thanks again.

Alex is punctual, professional and always responds promptly. I have used him several times, for different problems, and always been pleased with his work. Highly recommend.

In the last month I have been beset with household problems. Most recently a leak in the cupboard under my sink which became an emergency early evening, outside normal operating hours!! Being elderly and disabled, not only could I not get down to investigate the leak, I couldn't turn the stop tap off. Alex of Norton Plumbing was in my house within 20 minutes of my phone call. With amazing skill he identified the problem, isolated the leak and arranged to return next day with the parts to remedy the fault. He called next day with a time of arrival and was spot on puntual. He fitted the new parts and sorted another problem with my non flushng toilet. He is the most charming young man, professional, efficient and informative. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone and having just received his invoice, he is incredibly reasonable too!!! A year on from my review, I needed the services of Norton Plumbing for another problem with leaking pipework. Alex reponded immediately to my call and arranged to visit next day when he sorted the issue in his usual clean, fast and totally efficient manner. Still the same lovely young man, a thoroughly professional tradesman and honest operator. Highly recommend to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Alex was great, really quick and punctual, did a brilliant job and was super friendly

Superb service provided by Alex at Norton Plumbing. We had a leak and Alex arrived within 30 minutes. He fixed the problem in no time at all (despite it being a very cramped space to work in!) and did a super job of clearing up the mess that had been made by the leak! Would highly recommend Alex - he was professional, efficient, friendly and did a top job!! Thank you 🌟

Alex provides a great and friendly service all for all for a reasonable price. He's very efficient and hard working and will be our first contact for future plumbing problems.

If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable plumber who turns up when he says he will, look no further. Alex is all of those things and helped solve a leaking shower issue 3 plumbers before him couldn’t fix, fitted a new toilet in a very awkward space and resolved a hot water issue all in short order. Very highly recommended. I’ll not be using anyone else in future.

I needed my kitchen plumbing in - dishwasher, washer/dryer, tap and sink waste. 6 months ago, the first plumber I asked said he'd do it, and kept leading me on for 3 months, saying he has emergency calls, and then finally said he couldn't, going into really personal stuff. The 2nd plumber I approached kept saying the same "I promise I'll be there next week" which also went on for 3 months, until I told him to forget it. Approached Alex at Norton plumbing, and straight away, I could tell he's the man for the job. Told me in detail what he'd do, and yeah, turned up on the day, and did it all within that day! Will have him back for the bathroom!

Great communication throughout. Prompt arrival and really pleased with the work and price was fair. Will use again. Many thanks Alex.

Great service. Everything done to a high standard with a pleasant, professional manner. Thanks

Alex is amaizng - a great plumber who has helped us with several issues in our home now.

We always contact Norton Plumbing first for any issues requiring their expert attention and we have always been pleased with the quality of the work. We recommend them without hesitation. Most recently we had to call on Alex to deal with problem pipework under the kitchen sink. He dealt with this very efficiently, leaving a much neater installation than the original.

Alex did an amazing job of finding and fixing our leak. In the future he will be our first choice for any requirement with plumbing. I would highly recommend him. We have used Alex for many years and he is excellent. He knows his stuff, is very amenable and gets on with the job in hand. Would definitely recommend him.

Highly recommend Norton Plumbing, excellent work and very helpful and reliable.

Was a bit hard to get hold of at first, but found that he was good at getting back to text messages (rather than email or phone) and then everything was great. Came round quickly. Explained in clear to understand language why it wasn't cost effective to fix my shower and that the large cracks in the plastic casing were actually quite dangerous when water and electricity were close together. New shower fitted on the same day, costs made very clear and were reasonable.

We have used Alex previously, and this time he fitted a new shower pump within a few days of being contacted. Highly recommend.

Consistently reliable on 3 jobs now (radiator installations and leak repairs) Work done promptly and to a high standard.

Alex at Norton Plumbing provided a fantastic service, and has gone above and beyond for me in the past. Arrived on time completed the work and they look great, also he was able to complete 2 other small jobs for a small additional cost. His work was excellent from start to finish leaving all rooms clean and tidy on completion. Very professional and I would highly recommend him.

Alex did a great job, he originally came out to look at a leaking radiator pipe, he tightened it at no cost and said to get in touch if it leaked again as we ideally need a new radiator. It was late on a Friday afternoon and a leak suddenly appeared from the base of the cistern of the downstairs loo. This was at the same time as an electrician was installing an EV charging unit!! A quick phone call to Alex, and he was there within 30 minutes, drained and isolated the cistern and was back on Monday to fit new internal cistern mechanism. He's a plumber with aplomb!! Recommend him unhesitatingly.

Came on short notice to fix an emergency leak. Sorted quickly, professionally, and was good value.

Alex first came on a Sunday morning to sort out two linked, blocked toilets. He did this quickly and efficiently leaving us clean and tidy and well functioning. Most recently he repaired our central heating (replacing the magnetic filter) and restored our hot water, while previously he has installed a new toilet (not either of the blocked ones!), and repaired flushing systems, replaced the awkwardly sited tray in our shower, replaced two pairs of taps, an outside tap, and has done several other smaller jobs, all in a timely efficient and expert way, despite difficult challenges. We can't recommend him highly enough.

Thanks Alex, to the rescue again!

Would definitely recommend Alex and Norton Plumbing. We had a total refurbishment of our bathroom which involved fully ripping out the old facilities, installing a bath, new shower, new sink, new toilet etc, replaster of the room along with significant behind the scenes plumbing work and repair to the walls. We found Alex to be so friendly and professional, it was really nice having him round the house and he was very considerate about our needs (for example he would always inform us in advance if the water needed to be off for an hour or two or if the toilet needed to be disconnected). The quality of the work was absolutely brilliant and he gave us some really good advice about what would work best in the bathroom. We liked the work and Alex so much we even tried to persuade him to do our kitchen too!

He was on time and quickly assessed the problem and gave me a list of remedies that might be needed . He explained each one in detail. He returned with the necessary parts and rectified the problem. He is reliable and competitively priced . I would have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him to other customers

Alex Norton was very quick to inspect the problem & assess the parts required to repair a Grohe en suite shower unit. As soon as the parts were delivered he installed them & his charges are very reasonable. I will certainly use him again in future if I have any plumbing requirements.

Alex replaced five new radiators, removing old ones. Very pleased with the outcome, attention to detail, work ethic and value for money. Norton plumbing went out of their way to achieve the best look and avoid collateral damage to floors etc. Allowed plenty of time to discuss options. Would definitely recommend.

Just a great service. First class job replacing my shower and done when it was promised to be done.

We've used Norton Plumbing on a number of occasions for big jobs like tiling and replacing a shower cubicle to smaller jobs like fixing water pipes to installing taps I really can't recommend them highly enough, they're friendly, professional and do a really good job.

Alex was great! Very friendly arrived on time and unblocked our bathroom sink in under an hour, just like he said over the phone. He also gave us some advice on our kitchen sink and a boiler replacement. Definitely would use his company again.

I can't recommend Alex highly enough. He did a few small jobs for me over the years so I asked him if he could put in a new bathroom - replastering plus tiles, floor, shower, bath, toilet and basin. The end result is BEAUTIFUL! The room is stunning and he was able to source good quality fixtures at a reasonable price. Alex's work is efficient and great value, and he is an extremely nice guy. He repaired a leaking toilet and a burst seal on the water main, both on the same day he arrived. He is knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and his charges are very reasonable.

Very quick response. Work carried out quickly and effectively. Thanks!

We needed a new shower enclosure and tray fitted before Christmas and Alex was great from visiting us for a quote to the finished product. He was timely, responsive, and trustworthy. He went above and beyond for us to make sure everything he did was top-notch. I can’t recommend him enough. If you’re looking for a plumber and stumbled on Alex, don’t hesitate and give him a call/send him a message. You won’t regret it!

Alex came round to fit us a new radiator at very short notice, and did so with great commitment to doing the job properly in the agreed time-frame and at a good price. Will definitely have him back for future plumbing work.

Phoned Alex about a leaking bathroom tap. He called round on the same day and was able to source and fit a new bathroom tap in just over an hour. Very impressed with the service we received.

Alex is a rare gem amongst tradesmen: honest, reliable and worth the price. He replaced some of the pipework and valves inside an oil boiler, drained down the whole radiator system of a 5 bed house, fitted a radiator, replaced some dodgy pipework by a previous "plumber", and replaced a handful of faulty radiator valves all in a days work at a modest rate. 100% recommended.

Fantastic service, Alex is very polite, knowledgeable and professional. We're thrilled with the service and a very reasonable cost. Thanks so much Alex! We would highly recommend his service and will use him in the future :)

Alex did a great job removing 2 radiators & fitting a third. He was very pleasant, quick, thoughtful not to let the cold in unnecessarily and the central heating system worked very well afterwards. I am happy to recommend him.

Alex has been coming to our nursery for years now. He is always reliable and comes as soon as he can, as he knows it is imperative that any nursery faults are repaired quickly.

Had excellent service three times now from Alex! Always quick to arrive (even on a weekend!) and has completed the jobs quickly and efficiently for what I considered a very good price. Number saved in phone for any future emergencies or fixes!

Alex is very professional. He turned up when he said he would. He provided written quotations for the work he was asked to undertake. He started the job in the day he said he would and did a very neat job. We were very pleased with the overall cost. I have referred him to my Father and some close friends. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend him! Great friendly Guy.

The service from Norton Plumbing was excellent. The man who attended my leaking pipe after DIY disaster was very efficient and quoted at a very reasonable and competitive price. Arrived earlier than expected and came in on price quoted. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed! Lauren E

Prompt and efficient. In and out in no time, no complaints at all with the quality of the work.
