I needed a hinge for my toilet seat. Had no idea how to fit etc, Daniel was v kind to not just show why it broke but also how to fix it. He also gave me a spare he had, and though I offered to pay he let me have it on the house. A v kind gesture from an excellent trader/man. Knows his stuff! Will defo be buying a load of things from here in the future.
We needed to update our sink and vanity unit so visited the Pose showroom on a Saturday morning for inspiration. Chris helped us straight away and knew what would work best with the rest of our existing bathroom based on photos. After bringing samples to us and going through the catalogue we ordered and Chris arranged installation within 2 weeks. The quality of the cabinet and sink is excellent and the installation was quick, professional and to a high standard. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Pose again if we need to change anything else in our bathroom, thanks!
We were looking for an accessible bathroom for my elderly mother. Thankfully a google search directed me to Pose. Throughout the whole process from initial visit, plans and the actual installation, Chris and the team provided a five star service. Chris was extremely helpful in making recommendations to make the bathroom as safe as possible. The team that did the installation worked extremely well and kept the disruption to my mum to an absolute minimum. We are absolutely delighted with the result, and have peace of mind that my mum can use the shower safely. Came across Pose Bathrooms in Stoneleigh Surrey by chancr while searching for a local bathroom fitter. Decided to use them to refit our bathroom and was delighted with the results. Everyone we dealt with was friendly knowledgeable and help everyone involved in the refit was prompt hard working and the pleasure to be around. They worked hard to overcome any obstacles and we are delighted with the final result full stop would recommend them to anyone wanting a lovely new bathroom .

We had tricky remedial work required in our walk in shower which included removing floor tiles which had failed, removeing the sodden sub floor and fitting a new shower tray. The guys were professional, very nice and did a really good job. Thoroughly recommended.
Last year (2024) we engaged Pose Bathrooms to plan and design our new shower room and this year we engaged them again to create our new bathroom. We are really impressed by their work, friendliness and finish. Coordinated by Chris who organised highly skilled professionals, specialists in their own trades, to work as a team. The electrical work, the plumbing and the decoration were first class. Each tradesman cleared up and left our premises clean. They were easy to work with and had practical solutions to any problems that arose. We'd certainly give them high recognition and recommend the whole team.

I used Pose Bathrooms Ltd after a recommendation from a local friend as the boiler was playing up. After a service visit and a diagnosis of panel and thermostat issues, which they replaced as quickly as possible , we now have a lovely warm home again. Michella on the desk is really friendly and helpful. They want to resolve the issues. The prices are realistic and reasonable and their service very helpful & pleasant. Thanks to both Anthony for the work and Chris for sorting all. I'll definitely use them again which being a local firm is a double winner.
Clearly not impressed.... I made a first appointment to get a quote for someone to come around. I was told a couple of hours before the appointment that it was cancelled due to staff training taking longer than expected.. okay no worries. Second appointment was meant to be at 4pm a few days later. I arranged with my work to stay at home especially for this. At 3.55pm I got a call saying that there was a customer in the showroom and that it wasn't possible for someone to come at 4pm. I am sure they are good at what they do but clearly customer service is terrible and they are unreliable so that's a no from me. Shame!
The team at Pose is really friendly, and Chris is so knowledgeable. He helped with our two bathrooms just over five years ago now. They both still look fantastic. I sometimes have cause to call for advice on certain aspects of plumbing, and he is always ready to help. If you need a new bathroom or a revamp, I can't recommend Pose highly enough

Excellent service from Chris and his team at Pose Bathrooms over the last few weeks. Had a boiler service and clean and then later, had a leaking pipe fixed and thermostatic controls added to the boiler. So pleased all the way through, kept me updated by email, received quotes in good time, Anthony came out to do the work when arranged, friendly and professional service all the way. I would have no problem in recommending them and would definitely go to them again if I have any plumbing needs.
We have had (and continue to have!) an exceptional service from Chris and his talented team. We moved into a house that needed some work and Chris has helped to find the best solutions for us. Although the company name is Pose ‘Bathrooms’ we have had help in our kitchen (installing a new electric hob), as well as a gas safety inspection, a complete upgrade to our electrics, fixed a broken toilet… and we will have a new shower and pump installed this week. There is no limit to what his team can do and I know that I can always go to Chris for help, no matter what the issue.
