Pose Bathrooms

Great service, on time and carried out very effectively

Pose Bathrooms were recommended to me ...and what a good recommendation. Reliable ...trustworthy ...nothing too much trouble even when I had a silly problem like understanding the thermostat! Can't recommended Pose highly enough!

Had bathroom fitted out by Pose in 2019 and have had excellent service and support when had various problems with taps etc. ever since. Have found them extremely supportive with manufacturers and always been on my side with them to get problems resolved. Would recommend Pose to anyone for all their Bathroom needs

Chris and the team at Pose were great from start to finish. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they supplied me and were always happy to answer my questions throughout the bathroom renovation which I was doing myself. Pricing was spot on and very competitive. Very pleased to support a local business and have no problems recommending them to others.

We had tricky remedial work required in our walk in shower which included removing floor tiles which had failed, removeing the sodden sub floor and fitting a new shower tray. The guys were professional, very nice and did a really good job. Thoroughly recommended.

Last year (2024) we engaged Pose Bathrooms to plan and design our new shower room and this year we engaged them again to create our new bathroom. We are really impressed by their work, friendliness and finish. Coordinated by Chris who organised highly skilled professionals, specialists in their own trades, to work as a team. The electrical work, the plumbing and the decoration were first class. Each tradesman cleared up and left our premises clean. They were easy to work with and had practical solutions to any problems that arose. We'd certainly give them high recognition and recommend the whole team.

Excellent service from Pose Bathrooms Ltd! They replaced two wall mounted toilets with ease and professionalism for me today. They were punctual, courteous, and efficient. The new toilets look great and function perfectly. Highly recommend for bathroom renovations!

I recently had my bathroom renovated by Pose Bathrooms, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. The process began with a home visit where they assessed my space and listened to my ideas. Their designer provided practical suggestions while incorporating my preferences. Visiting their showroom in Stoneleigh was also helpful, as I could see a range of fixtures and finishes before making decisions. The installation team was punctual, tidy, and highly skilled. They handled everything, from plumbing and tiling to lighting and fittings, ensuring a seamless finish. The quality of work is outstanding, and they kept me updated throughout the process. Chris and his team were always responsive and eager to answer any questions. They managed the entire project efficiently, minimizing disruption and completing the work on time. The end result is a stylish, functional bathroom that exceeded my expectations. Every detail, from the tiling to the fixtures, is finished to a high standard. I’d highly recommend Pose Bathrooms to anyone looking for a high-quality, hassle-free bathroom renovation.

Called in an emergency from a recommendation of a friend. He was very helpful and accommodating and had everything I needed

I’m very pleased with the work which was carried out very professionally.

I used Pose Bathrooms Ltd after a recommendation from a local friend as the boiler was playing up. After a service visit and a diagnosis of panel and thermostat issues, which they replaced as quickly as possible , we now have a lovely warm home again. Michella on the desk is really friendly and helpful. They want to resolve the issues. The prices are realistic and reasonable and their service very helpful & pleasant. Thanks to both Anthony for the work and Chris for sorting all. I'll definitely use them again which being a local firm is a double winner.

Clearly not impressed.... I made a first appointment to get a quote for someone to come around. I was told a couple of hours before the appointment that it was cancelled due to staff training taking longer than expected.. okay no worries. Second appointment was meant to be at 4pm a few days later. I arranged with my work to stay at home especially for this. At 3.55pm I got a call saying that there was a customer in the showroom and that it wasn't possible for someone to come at 4pm. I am sure they are good at what they do but clearly customer service is terrible and they are unreliable so that's a no from me. Shame!

The team at Pose is really friendly, and Chris is so knowledgeable. He helped with our two bathrooms just over five years ago now. They both still look fantastic. I sometimes have cause to call for advice on certain aspects of plumbing, and he is always ready to help. If you need a new bathroom or a revamp, I can't recommend Pose highly enough

I was recommended Pose Bathrooms as I was looking to refurbish my ensuite bathroom, from the moment I went to their showroom to the completion of the project I was very impressed by their advice and customer service. The installation process went without a hitch and their attention to detail is to a very high standard. I have since used Pose again and would highly recommend them.

Excellent service from Chris and his team at Pose Bathrooms over the last few weeks. Had a boiler service and clean and then later, had a leaking pipe fixed and thermostatic controls added to the boiler. So pleased all the way through, kept me updated by email, received quotes in good time, Anthony came out to do the work when arranged, friendly and professional service all the way. I would have no problem in recommending them and would definitely go to them again if I have any plumbing needs.

We have had (and continue to have!) an exceptional service from Chris and his talented team. We moved into a house that needed some work and Chris has helped to find the best solutions for us. Although the company name is Pose ‘Bathrooms’ we have had help in our kitchen (installing a new electric hob), as well as a gas safety inspection, a complete upgrade to our electrics, fixed a broken toilet… and we will have a new shower and pump installed this week. There is no limit to what his team can do and I know that I can always go to Chris for help, no matter what the issue.

Chris is always polite and responsive. I know I can rely on him to quickly resolve any plumbing problems at my rental property, and to be pro-active in his approach. Thanks very much

Chris and the team were fantastic from start to finish on our project. He really got what we were trying to achieve, and made some great suggestions on how to make the bathroom look even better than it does. The whole Pose team were so helpful and friendly throughout what was quite a long project, and always made the effort to leave the place in a tidy state at the end of the day. Moreover, we are delighted with the finish and the quality of the work - have already recommended them to several friends!

Chris and the team were professional and pragmatic throughout helping us take vision to reality. Couldn’t be happier with the finish and the exceptional craftsmanship from the Pose team.

Had a really positive experience using Pose, Chris went through a bathroom plan in detail coming out to our property first to see the space and then going through products in store offering affordable options for our budget. They were quick to respond and were very helpful I would recommend them.

Chris and all his team were excellent at every step of fitting our new shower room. The job was a lot tougher than expected but they dealt with everything brilliantly. I would highly recommend Pose bathrooms to anyone.

Excellent design & installation from Pose highly recommend to anyone considering a new bathroom.

Thanks to Chris and his team for sourcing two bathrooms, with advice, site visit, flooring and help throughout the process. Very pleased with result and quality

Chris and the team did two Bathrooms and a Cloakroom for us. Great workmanship and great communication throughout. Really pleased with the outcome

We have been using Pose for the past 7 years ever since they fitted a new boiler and bathroom for us. Chris and his team have always been first class in the service and advise that they provide. A great family business.

Used pose for our new shower on fit in Ewell. Chris and his staff were fantastic. He had some great ideas for a small shower room. Folding shower doors to maximise space Excellent job from start to finish. Genuinely very good at what they do.

Excellent work.
