Jack is brilliant, especially in a crisis - 10/10

Jack was quick to identify the issue and despite how challenging it was to fix, he did so the very same day. Will definitely contact him for further plumbing issues. Thank you!

Great service from Jack today replacing our hot water cylinder as an emergency call out this morning as it was leaking. Also sorted out a constantly running toilet too on the same visit! Thank you 🙂 Friendly, professional and efficient with sensible pricing. Would definitely recommend.

Jack was brilliant. The flush on our downstairs loo had stopped working and I’d tried 3 different plumbers to come and sort it and none of them bothered showing up! Jack a) turned up b) got it sorted super quick and c) was super friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!!

Our saviour. Sorted a leaking tap with a problematic connection, no problem for Jack. He's v busy but arrived in good time, sorted it and was polite, friendly and efficient. Will use again, thanks. Alton, Hampshire.

Had a problem with a toilet not refilling quickly , called JL Plumbing and plumber came within hour , identified problem . Left to purchase new part and returned , problem fixed within minutes ! Very impressed with them and will certainly use again and will highly recommend

Agree with other reviewers. A non straightforward replacement of badly installed hot water tank needed actioning. All work carried out superefficiently and with minimum of fuss. Would definitely recommend to others.

Excellent service. Prompt, efficient, good value for money and honest. 4 other plumbers didn’t even pick up our calls. Would definitely recommend and will use again. Thank you.

Really pleased with the service from Jack. He arrived very quickly, diagnosed the issue straight away, and fixed it efficiently. Everything is working perfectly now. Friendly, professional, and did a great job — highly recommended.

Five star, great job done and very easy to contact 😁

Jack came to the rescue when we had water coming through our sitting room ceiling. He found and fixed two separate leaks very quickly and provided excellent advice. We were then able to get him back a few days later to replace a shower. We will definitely be using Jack for all future plumbing jobs and wholeheartedly recommend him.

Jack has been incredible fixing our leaking expansion tank and making sure it never happens again by recommending ways of avoiding damage in the future. Very quick, friendly and informative. Always support local.

honest and reliable. really helped us out and went the extra mile to sort a really complicated fix. highly recommended

Great service. Would highly recommend!

Professional and efficient, if you require plumbing or heating very knowledgeable

Jack was super quick to respond, clear on diagnosis, up front on costs and got the work done efficiently. Would not hesitate to use again and recommend.

Came out very promptly, I'm very happy with the job done, a good price, polite and friendly. Happy to recommend.

Highly recommend, first time needing a plumber in our new home and will only use Jack from now on. Same day service and reasonable pricing. Thank you very much. Five stars

Jack dropped everything and came to us for an emergency as we had a leak coming from an unknown source. He found the issue and fixed it within a couple of hours and ensured the damage wasn’t more severe. Great plumber with a friendly service. Would recommend

Highly recommend, polite and professional.

They know their stuff, don’t mess around, are efficient and such a nice team of blokes! Jack first came by (almost the same day I inquired) to help with our boiler. He couldn’t help but didn’t charge me a call out and was very knowledgable. Yesterday Kieran sent out another of their team to help with our mains link and the job was done in 5 minutes with ease. I will always use this plumbing service and recommend others to do the same.

Jack removed and capped off a radiator for us. He was polite, efficient, thorough and professional.

Good communications, turned up exactly when he said he would, and did the job (new shower and isolator switch) expeditiously, stuck to his quoted estimate: no problems.

Great service from Jack at JL Plumbing. Called him stating the problem we had and he arrived and fixed the issue within 2hours of the initial call. Would recommend commercially and privately!

Jack helped install a new pump for my electric shower. Knew what he was doing and did it very quickly. Have already requested him to help with another job. Highly recommend

Fast, friendly, reliable and trustworthy! I will definitely be using them again in the future 🤩👍🏻😁

Max found the issue with our water tank almost immediately. Was a pleasure to have here and would recommend to anyone. Huge thank you to him and the team!

Jack fixed a water tank at ours - he was fantastic- got right onto it, did it super quick and no bother at all 100% recommendation from us

Jack was absolute class fixing my toilet leak. He spotted the issue immediately, worked his magic at lightning speed, and made the whole job look effortless. Best of all, he doesn’t charge you a kidney! He’s honest, reliable, and a rare find. Can’t recommend him enough!

Jack came round to install a new macerator for the downstairs toilet. Great job and very responsive to calls and texts. Would recommend and use again.

Jack was really helpful in diagnosing the problem with our boiler via whatsapp and then managed to fit us in the next day. He was very communicative as the day went on and when Max, one of his employees, turned up he was friendly and approachable (even for my son, 4, who was interested in what he was doing). He was kind and engaged with him (even though it was probably quite annoying for him)! I'll definitely phone JL Plumbing again for any issues we have in the future.

Can't praise Jack highly enough. Complicated old house with layers of make do and mend plumbing from years back. Jack replaced our hot water cylinder (dual coil) on schedule and on budget. Even mended a copper kettle for me whilst he was here and showed me how to do similar repairs myself. Left us with simple advice on how to fix another plumbing problem which has persisted for years, followed his advice and we now have a warm house for the first time in a decade.

Massive thank you to Jack who came and swapped our old shower for a new one today! Arrived on time and was really quick, left our bathroom nice and tidy, like he’d never been. Even took his shoes off. JL Plumbing will be the first I call if I need anything again. Thank you!

Thanks to Jack for his rapid response to my call and for his professional work and advice much appreciated, problem fixed 👍

Jack was such a helpful man! He carried out the job I needed doing efficiently and was polite and tidy. I will definitely be calling them again next time I have a plumbing issue.

So I'm editing again, Jack contacted me to explain the situation, he had an employee who was covering him whilst he was away with his family on a Christmas break and had trusted the employee to complete the job to the same high standards, unfortunately this wasn't the case and subsequently the employee was dismissed. Jack came out straighaway and resolved the issue without charge and couldn't apologise enough. He has truly turned this nightmare experience around and i will definitely use Jack again. (Below is not an accurate account of Jack or his personal work and is actually about a previous employee 👇🏽) Unfortunately having to edit my review from 5 star to 1. I have a couple businesses (Hairdressers) which i have used this company on a couple of occasions from changing taps to having emersions on cylinders changed. Each time they were great, pricier then most locale plumbers but efficient. They came out a few weeks ago and replaced the emersions but had to drain both tanks, which is normal however after the works were completed I noticed water still on the floor at the Base of the cylinder! I called to let them know and if they could could sort it to which they replied we'll send someone round, well no one ever turned up and after several messages sent and being ignored I had to find another plumber. And all makes sense why they ignored me now the cold water feed at the bottom of the tank had been damaged amd was leaking, unfortunately this is not something that can be fixed and the while cylinder needs to be replaced. I'm not putting the whole blame on there workmanship as the tanks are 10 years old and Basingstoke has extremely hard water so there may have been some level of erosion which contributed towards this but the plumber would've known that this has happened amd rather be transparent they just tried to ignore so my gripe is actually with there morals and professionalism. I didn’t as them to fix it for free I wasn't complaining at all I just needed it fixed as it was starting to ruin the floor. I've added a screen shot of our conversation for transparency.

Fast response over Christmas holiday period to plumbing problem. Sorted the issue.

What a fantastic group of people. Phoned this morning with an urgent problem, and the communication throughout was exceptional. Max arrived promptly, got to the root cause of the issue, and dealt with it with zero fuss. He explained what was going on at each step of the way, and left having solved the issue brilliantly. Extremely competitive rates for such an outstanding same day service. Will absolutely use again!

Excellent same day service for replacement ball valve in cold water tank. Prompt, efficient, reasonably priced. Thanks Jack and Max. Highly recommend JL plumbing.

Absolutely top class - Bradley was efficient, super friendly and did a grand job and was reasonably priced - highly recommended

5*! If I could give more stars then I would!! Called Jack at 13:45 and by 15:45 he had travelled to us, traced, accessed and fixed the leak we had from under our bath and into the living room. Other companies were asking us to wait a week but Jack went above and beyond to remedy it on the day. Affordable rates, professional service and very knowledgable guy! Thanks so much, would definitely call again if we need.

Superb. Our preferred plumber in the area, will always try and get Jack and his team to address any plumbing issues. Thorough, trustworthy and really nice to deal with. We’ve had Jack and his team help on a number of occasions, we’ve always been really happy with the work.

Jack said he could install a fat trap for us and we were convinced based on reviews that he could but we were so wrong. Not only did he install this incorrectly, which is completely inaccessible, he then promised to come round to show us how it can work, only to then ignore several messages. Had to come back after initial install as there was a leak. A complete and utter bodged job, £474. Waste of money. I now have to spend another £800 to get it removed, get the correct pipework in and have it re installed! Do not recommend at all. Added a photo for laughs as you can see it’s being held up a plastic box 😂

Had a leak in the bathroom in my new property. Didn't have anywhere to turn for assistance, so used Google to find someone local. So pleased I chose these guys. They were able to arrive next day and Bradley did a fantastic job. He was so helpful and took the time to explain what had gone wrong and how he was going to fix it. Once it was fixed everything was put back as it was and the bill of just over £200 including VAT and materials was very reasonable. Hopefully I dont have to use again but I will be sure to recommend to all friends and family. Thanks

Very quick and efficient job! Would highly recommend 👍

JL Plumbers are honestly the nicest, most professional, and supportive tradespeople I’ve ever dealt with. They were incredibly responsive, arrived right when they said they would, basically dropped everything to help us when our water leak turned into chaos. What followed was apparently one of the toughest track and trace jobs they’ve seen in 15 years, and they handled it with total perseverance and care. Jack (the owner), Bradley, and Max were absolute legends - kind, calm, tidy, funny and reassuring throughout. They kept me informed every step of the way, liaised directly with our insurance and water providers, and put everything neatly back together when they finished. I genuinely can’t say enough good things about this team. They turned what could’ve been a total disaster into something manageable and stress-free. If we ever need plumbing support again, JL Plumbers will be my first call. Could not recommend them more highly!

Great service, Bradley was brilliant. Would highly recommend these guys!

We contacted Jack out the blue first thing on a Monday as both our toilets packed in on the same day. He sent two of his team round a few hours later and had the job done in a couple of hours. The lads were so careful, respectful and friendly, leaving everything spotless. Responsive, professional and all the rest. Highly recommend their services!

I had a water leak in the loft that was coming through the ceiling. Insurance company sent out an engineer. He looked at the job and said he needed to order special fittings because it was an old imperial plastic pipe. Fast forward one week and still no parts! I contacted JL on facebook. They sent an engineer the very next day and he fixed the leak in just over an hour! He was very courteous and polite. Highly recommended. Definitely use them again.

The flush stopped working on the loo. Phoned JL plumbing who sent a knowledgeable, friendly, courteous engineer on the same day, who fixed it in no time. Very professional, would highly recommend

Highly recommended! No callout fees. Others were asking me to pay £70 just to come over and check! I needed to fix all 3 toilets in the house. The job was done very professionally. The plumber advised me how to request the money from the seller as I just bought the house. And they agreed to pay the full amount! I can't ask for more. Also a very friendly and nice person who immediately understood what needed to be fixed.

I needed to call a plumber after Curry's said they couldn't install washer dryer as valve was broken and needed to be replaced. I called JL Plumbing in the morning and a plumber arrived in the afternoon. He said the valve was fine and didn't need replacing. He also helped me with some other jobs. His name was Bradley and he restored my faith in tradesmen. He went above and beyond and I cannot thank him enough. Outstanding service. I would highly recommend this company.

Great service, really lovely people. We will use again!! Thank you!

Completely surprised how quick it was to obtain a cost and have the work started. Shout out to Max whom performed the work across the house on the radiators and Hive system. Works completed and explained everything I needed to know. Very impressed. Thank you so much.

Did an excellent job on my boiler. I was very impressed by the friendly, very professional and knowledgeable plumber who came and will definitely use them again

Excellent service, called at 10am and Jack was with me by 1.30pm to fix my toilet. Very polite and efficient. Would recommend.

Both Max and Jack were really professional and didn’t give up on a tricky job in our house that is quite old. They stuck with it, got the job done, and I’m really happy with the result. Will definitely use them again!

Bradley was brilliant! knowledgeable and so helpful

We have now used JL twice and on both occasions the service was quick professional and done in a very tidy manner. Bradley and then Jack were both excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent customer service. Quick to identify root cause of leak and fixes - we would highly recommend.

Arrived quickly to replace bottom entry float valve in my toilet. Recommended 👍

I used JL plumbing for the first time today, I'm very happy with the service and will be using them in future

Really happy with the service from JL Plumbing, prompt and fairly priced

Thank you Jack! We’re so grateful for your prompt response when we experienced a leak in the bedroom. We honestly didn’t expect to have someone out and the repair completed so quickly- it was such a relief. We would highly recommend you to our family and friends.

I contacted JL Plumbing for a leaky toilet. The service was quick efficient , clean and really well priced. I think we have a new plumber 😀

Great Job, thanks guys! Definitely recommend to a friend 👍

Amazing service! I’ve called about 3 different issues in my rental property and either that day or the next morning it was fixed, really professional and kind people, highly recommend.

Needed my shower replaced and Jack did it on the day. Quick to reply and helpful, one of the fittings failed, Jack made sure to come round asap and fix it. Very professional, would recommend to anyone.

I found out I had some form of leak through my Thames Water bill 261. 00 a month for 5 months for 2 people ....shocked is an understatement. Thames Water said that we needed a report from a verified plumber. I called JL Plumbing at approx 9a.m who were on another job. By the afternoon Jack was here...understanding of my shock he started on the checks straight away liaising with my husband who is a builder on the phone at all times. The investigation continues with my husband doing the initial work but Jack is always on the end of the phone if needed. He was polite and understanding of our dilemma....We would not hesitate to recommend Jack to other people.

Excellent job, lovely guy - very quick and no fuss. Will use again.

I highly recommend JL plumbing and bathroom services, I had an emergency leak with my kitchen tap and they managed fix it for me the same day, they were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable, thank you for your professional service, I know who to contact if I ever have a problem in the future 👌

Came out same day and made the repair on the spot. They took me through the work that was carried out and went through the reasons behind the fault.

Recently had a small leak under the kitchen sink. A guy came out the same day, within a few hours much to my relief. Sorted the problem quickly and reasonably priced! Especially for an emergency. Definitely recommend!

Called JL out as I was not getting hot water from a property I had just moved into. Guy came within a couple of hours which was great. He spent around 10 mins looking at the issue and diagnosed that I needed a new hot water tank, no issue, I asked him if he could provide a quote to replace and fit. Told me he’d need to get back to the office and would have something out to me later in the day. Next day comes and still nothing but I get a bill of £150 for the callout, I pay the bill and ask again for a quote, still no reply. Waste of time and money as I’ve now had to ask an other plumber to resolve the issue.

Found JL plumbing after looking for recommendations online. Excellent communication from start to finish, turned up on time and stayed till the job was finished. First class workmanship and customer satisfaction was their priority and a fair price. If I needed any plumbing done again I wouldn't hesitate using Jack and his company again.

Arrived quickly and sorted the leak in my kitchen with no problems. Very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend

Had an outside tap installed, professional from the get go, quote to installation. Jack completed the job in a timely manner and was very clean throughout. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service and extremely helpful man. Came round to fix the toilet and adjusted boiler whilst here which also fixed another problem. Extremely knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Will be using his services again. Highly recommend. Thank you Jack!

Fast, reliable, friendly and Reasonable -Thank you.

Highly recommended, top class service and fair prices.

Absolutely brilliant. Called this morning in an absolute panic and was so relieved that Jack had time to come out to us. When he got here he was so professional and diagnosed the problem straight away and worked tirelessly to make sure it was fixed before he left! Really lovely man and gave us some tips and advice - made sure we were completely happy. I can’t recommend this company enough I thought they were brilliant.

Engineer came out to fix a leaking toilet, claimed they fixed it but it continued to leak. After a few weeks they finally came back and said they would need to order a replacement part. Over a month later and still no fix. After chasing it turned out the plumber in our area had been fired and they had no one else covering the area. Over a year later and we still haven't received a refund for the failed original repair.

Top service within an hour of a call jack was there dealing with the issue 👌 highly recommend

Great work and excellent service, highly recommend

Great service and very quick he save my life and my mum from prison🤣 but he was very kind and is nice to talk to gets the job done quick

Our toilet had completely broken down - they came in really quickly and fixed it on the same day. Excellent service

I contacted 5 companies as the boiler was leaking and it was damaging our side of the building. He was the only one who contacted me straight away and came out the same day. True, bit pricey for a couple of minutes job but I do appreciate that the part costs money and he had to drive to pick it up and back. Hopefully it will be okay and the leakage will stop.

I recently hired Jack to install a Quooker tap in my kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. From the moment he arrived, Jack was professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable about the installation process. He took the time to explain how the Quooker tap works and ensured everything was set up correctly. I’m really happy with the result — the tap works perfectly and looks great in my kitchen. Highly recommend Jack for any plumbing needs!

Called in the morning and explained i had a leak. came out within an hour fixed the leak, fair pricing highly recommended

Made my initial call to Jack at 09:30 for a faulty flow valve. It's now 11:00 and Brad has already replaced it and left. No mess. Provided video footage of the fault and explained the problem. Happy to answer any questions. Absurdly fast response and work. 10/10.

Absolutely brilliant service! Brad came the very next day and fixed the leak straight away! Very friendly guy and very good pricing. I’ll only use them from now on! Thank you so much! 🙏

My tenant rang with a quite serious plumbing issue, contacted JL and they were very prompt responding and were out that very afternoon and did the necessary repairs. Feedback from my tenant was that Jack was very efficient and explained everything he was doing and provided me with before and after pics, very impressed and would highly recommended JL Plumbing

Exceptional service at such short notice. Changed our kitchen tap, even driving to a local Screw-fix to get a new one at 7pm. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend!

We had a leak from our shower waste pipe. I called Jack yesterday afternoon. He attended this morning, understood the issue and was able to complete the repair work there and then. He kept me updated with progress and the nature of the issue and provided me with reassurance about the fix. Far exceeded my expectations. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Unbelievably quick turnaround without the fee you'd expect. Nice guy too

Attended an issue with radiators not heating within an hour of calling. Arrived quickly, very efficient, problem fixed quickly with no mess. Reasonable cost. Would highly recommend! I have saved Jack's number for the future!

I contacted Jack due to an issue with my toilet and within minutes he called me and arranged for his colleague Kieran to come and sort the issue the next day and at a reasonable and competitive price. Kieran was friendly, polite & professional and completed the work quickly but also to a great standard; Thanks Jack & Kieran. I would highly recommend and would 100% use JL Plumbing and Bathroom Services again when in need!

Great service from JL. Had a leaking boiler and called them up to get it fixed. They gave me an expected time, called close to when they were due round to confirm and provided clear communication throughout. They quickly assessed the issue and informed me what was wrong. They fixed everything to a great standard and absolutely no complaints on my side. Will definitely be giving them a call for future plumbing issues

I needed two radiators replaced and which had already been taken off the walls for decorating. I was let down twice by plumbers who promised me they would turn up. As I was still without working radiators and the frosty weather had come along, I thought I'd call around and see if anyone could assist me. I called JL plumbing, and they came the same day and finished the job. Now my house is toasty warm, and I have peace of mind. As a woman on her own, I can't thank them enough for their speed and helpfulness. They called ahead to let me know they were coming and were respectful and pleasant. I would definitely recommend them.

Amazing , friendly service. They were excellent, fast and efficient. Took the time to explaine what was going on and showing me how to fix things in the future 10/10 highly recommend

Jack from JL responded immediately to an emergency call out on the 27th. He was fixing the shower within an hour and a half of the call and sorted the problem. So so grateful. Prompt, punctual, knew his stuff and got the job done. Who could ask for anymore? 🙏🙏🙏

Had a leaking stopcock (typically between Christmas and New Year) and it was all booked in quickly and fixed before I knew it. He arrived with the parts all ready prepared right on time and was very polite. I would highly recommend this company.

I contacted JL Plumbing and connected with Jack who came out same day to attend our house on the 27th December (really was expecting to struggle without heating and water until the new year)! Jack called me with updates on the day of when to expect him to arrive and resolved our issue very quickly. He also recommended what services would be most beneficial in the future based on the issue we have with our boiler and was polite and tidy throughout. Definitely recommend without hesitation!

Was recommended JL from members of the local community in Tadley - Phoned them up, Had Jack round an hour later, Sorted my toilet issue within 10 minutes. Solid guy - No stress or agg. Good price too! I’ll defo be calling them again 👍🏼

Jack was a great find. He responded very quickly and took the initiative to fix the problem. Very happy

Quick, good price, easy guys to work with

Prompt and efficient service for a replacement tap. Highly recommended.

Came out almost instantly to sort a terrible bathroom fitted by someone else. Rectified the problem quickly and at a great price for the speed in which they came out. Lovely gentleman. Polite and knowledgable. Wouldn’t even take a cuppa off me. 10 out of 10 recommend and will be using again if needed.

Excellent company, highly recommended. Called at 9.30am, plumber arrived around midday and the problem was solved by 2pm, all for a very reasonable price. Thank you

We needed help with a (very) blocked pipe. Jack came out on the same day to have a look and was back the next morning. Although he ran late, he updated me about his new ETA. The pipe is now clear, and the pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend JL Plumbing and Bathroom Services.

Contacted for a quote, came same day and completed the job. Impressed with the service

My elderly dad had a bad leak in his kitchen one morning and it was gushing from the failed pipe work and flooding the floor. I called JL Plumbing and they prioritised the job and arrived within the hour. Managed to find and stop the leak quickly despite the very old pipe work and difficulty accessing the outside stopcock valve. Fantastic services and was very grateful for responding so quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Phoned this morning. Toilet not working. Fixed by 3.30 this afternoon (Monday 5th) Excellent service. Thoroughly recommend.!!!

Really happy - came to see us same day- quickly knew what the problem was and re-sealed/ worked everything. Really appreciate the fast turnaround- thank you so much!

Very quick service and resolution, though expensive for a 5-minute job. Many thanks

Great service from Jack this morning. Excellent communication about arrival time, thorough investigation to find the cause of the problem, and all fixed too. Highly recommended 👍

Cistern was not working, called JL Plumbing and they were able to come out in the same day to sort it, which is very appreciated. They were polite and tidy in my house. Price for the callout was £150 - no idea if that’s a good price or not tbh but bear that in mind. Cistern was fixed quickly, although I had to do a bit of make good on my end as the front panel for my toilet unit was swapped over to make better room for the new cistern fitted. My score would be lower if it was not for how efficiently and speedily this was addressed. Excellent pick for an emergency bit of work.

Great job, fair price and all sorted in amazing time. Will be using Jack again for future needs.

Fantastic service! Had our boiler up and running in a flash, on time and reasonable. Thank you very much. Keep up the good work!

Jack is an amazing professional. He came around to assess plumbing issues i had around my house in Southampton & only a week later came back to resolve & fix all within one day. He left the bathroom area clean & tidy after the service. I hope i don’t need anything fixed any time soon but Jack is who ill call!

Jack was tremendously helpful with our broken toilets. He came over on short notice and managed to fix the problems efficiently. Even when it was getting late, Jack remained patient and professional. We are truly grateful for his help. I cannot recommend him enough.

Very responsive and quick to quote and complete the work. Work done to a high standard. Very approachable and reasonably priced. Would recommend

Jack was great, he responded very quickly to my enquiry, came round the next day and fitted the descaler to our system. A very tidy job, he was friendly and helpful, cleared everything away tidily and did a great job. Jack comes Highly recommended.

Very prompt and efficient: hurray!

Jack has been fantastic at getting my bathroom exactly how I want it - I’ve picked difficult materials to work with and he’s done a great job. Always replies quickly, gives advice if you message him and is on the job as soon as he can. Highly recommend.

Faced with a job that required far more than just a simple sink install, Jack came up with a workable solution for us both. Calm and professional. Highly recommended.

Asked jack to come and have a look at our utility room to see what he could do as other plumbers had shied away from it. An hour later and we have a working tap. Brilliant. Recommend.

Work well executed. Took the time to explain the issue and what needed to be resolved. Offered a clear and accurate quote before starting the job.

Messaged Jack at lunchtime about a leak in my kitchen ceiling, by early evening he’d come over and sorted it for a good price. Can’t ask more than that, top work.

Jack is super reliable, fair prices and very thorough. Did great job for us on our toilet, would highly recommend

NO CALL OUT FEE!! Fast, efficient, and the quality of the work was 10/10. Jack was even kind enough to talk me through exactly what needed to be done, and why, with no issues. A good trade is hard to find but honestly I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. If you need a plumber, don’t hesitate.

Incredibly fast service, would 100% use them again without a doubt. Fixed my issue with a really good rate as well!

Great experience with Jack, the only plumber I use, highly recommend.

Really responsive.. came out same day and got the problem fixed… great service!

Installation of digital shower and tap - Amazing service - we had so many failed attempts at plumbers coming round to find a solution for us for a digital shower and tap that no longer worked. However within 5 minutes of contacting JL Plumbing I received a response and Jack was able to quickly diagnose the problem and propose a solution to replace the shower and tap. He ordered the required parts and then arranged to come and install them as soon as they had been delivered. Excellent communication throughout, fast, efficient, reliable. Cannot recommend highly enough - we will definitely be using again in the future when needed.

Quick, punctual & reasonable pricing.

I made a call and they were here within about an hour. Very thorough and professional and very well priced. I am booking another appointment for another job I need doing. I will be keeping their number for any future work I need doing. Very pleased. Thank you 😊

Repair shower pump & toilet 5*****

Jack fixed toilet flush same day that I called. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Will use JL Plumbing again.

Called JL Plumbing for what seemed to be a simple job - a blocked/leaky kitchen sink. It turned out to be a bit more complicated than that, and we ended up calling them back twice. Each time they came over quickly, and solved the issue fast. Very reasonable company and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Great job. Neat and tidy and completed quickly. Cannot recommend highly enough. Now I can wash the dogs outside a lot easier and warm water too!

Amazing service, helped find a leak after recent Wickes bathroom install. Super quick response time

Called JL as I had a leaky kitchen tap. Jack came out in about half an hour and quickly identified the cause. He did his best to source replacement parts there and then but had to order them. Parts came the next day and Jack fitted them then. Very impressed with service and price and will definitely use JL again.

Excellent service, resolved the problem quickly at a very reasonable price.

Attended property within a few hours of calling. Replaced kitchen tap and pipework under sink (was a mess) and re-plumbed new washing machine. Excellent service in an emergency.

Amazing service by Jack today. Came out, found the problem and had it all fixed at a very reasonable price within 3 hours of contacting him. Couldn’t be happier and will definitely recommend to others. Thanks Jack for being a star ⭐️

Quality service, incredible quality and great turn around with timings.

Terrible experience with this company - would not recommend them at all. 4 separate call outs over 1 week which was completely disruptive, would arrive hours later then they suggested, terrible communication from the team. The person they sent out to fix my boiler clearly had no clue what he was doing and spent most of his time on FaceTime to a friend asking for help. Though I wasn’t charged for the damage that they did to my boiler and the hours it took them to repair it - the inconvenience and stress it caused was ridiculous. Look elsewhere.

Outstanding service. Responded immediately and gave an eta and arrived even earlier, and as we only have one bathroom in our home it was exactly what we needed. Jack was very professional and got the stack pipe completely unblocked. Then everything was put back and finished off excellently, fair to say probably to a better standard than it was. Thoroughly recommend, and would definately use them again.

Top service from JL Plumbing. Clean tidy and respectful whilst providing good work. Highly recommend.

Exceptional service. Very professional

Jack has done some excellent work for us, bathroom, kitchen plumbing. Highly recommended

Hate to leave negative reviews to smaller companies but this story needs to be shared. Called out in October for a water softener install, started off with some things that I was unhappy about such as drilling holes through the outside wall 'by eye' rather than measuring it up neatly. Ripped off the skirting board and a large hole in the wall, holes made on the side of expensive kitchen sides looks like were expanded using a screwdriver. One of the holes to the wall was also not required as it was installed incorrectly. The whole job was basically rushed and done incorrectly. When it came to paying, the price was a fair bit higher than was initially made clear, also charged VAT on top of VAT (VAT which was already added on receipts for parts). I paid it and thought let's just move on and was going to leave it at that. Unfortunately that's not where it ends, someone came out for a warranty check on the appliance and advised me that it had been installed incorrectly, one of the issues which would void the warranty, so 3 changes had to be made. We would never have known until things went wrong had the work not been checked. Called them back to fix these, it took 3 months to finally have everything resolved after constantly having to chase as otherwise I would never hear back. Once came out after being hours late, although he knew what needed to be done he said he couldn't do it that day like initially agreed. Apparently the water softener needed a 'special water softener valve.' , which he needed to order specifically, which was untrue. Took several visits and calls over 3 months to rectify all of the issues. Everything was eventually resolved, but it should have been done right the first time so I wouldn't consider this a plus.

Thank you very much for the work you did on my bathroom I would highly recommend and use your service again

10/10 service very polite gentleman and attention to detail hope my cups of teas kept u going because u looked like u had your work cut out u was werth every cup the work you put in thank you again my friend I will recommend you to anybody that needs a good plumber

Couldn't be happier with the work and workmanship of this company. They're so quick, clean, professional and friendly. I trust them completely and couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you JL Plumbing for coming to the recue once again. You are life and money savers!

Called Jack when I had an emergency leak at my flat. He had one of his guys out the same day and done a top job. Very reasonably priced, will definitely be using JL again for any plumbing issues

INCREDIBLE! I wouldn't look anywhere else but with Jack & team from here on. The expertise and service from the start was the best we've had. We had 4 plumbers in beforehand who did nothing but charge us money for nothing. Jacks team found the issue immediately and fixed it. Saved us from streaming water in our kitchen and an ever repeated damp patch in our living room. They did everything they could to identify the problem and found it, like noone else was able to. Jack sends someone out to us within minutes and supports us with next steps. Always checking, double and triple checking his work to ensure the fix is permanent. We have Jack on speed dial forevermore for any and every water issue from her on out. An escape of water is terrifying and can be catastrophic. We're so pleased to have found this team!

Top service from these guys . Quick same day response and repair. Polite and clean job . Highly recommended

Offered to attend same day due to a leak, during xmas period. Great service. Fixed the problem, many thanks

Jack kept in touch by phone, was efficient and did the work very well. I am confident in recommending him.

Highly recommended. Ive used JL Plumbing twice now and both times they have been excellent. The price has been as quoted. They have replaced a toilet cistern and a boiler condensate pump for me. I initially found them from a local town community facebook page where I requested a plumber to look at my non flushing toilet. JL plumbers offered their services. The whole interaction was excellent from the initial approach to the job being completed. For both visits they were on time, polite and tidy. They are now my go to plumbers. Highly recommended.

Really impressed with the service we received today from Adam. I presented him with a list of issues and he patiently and thoroughly addressed everything. Double checking with his boss re anything that wasn’t obvious, rather than “winging it”. Would definitely recommend 👍

I found Jack on Google, called and within 2 hours he was out fixing a broken boiler for a tenant with no hot water or heating. He then fixed a broken toilet and shower at another property for me. Communication has been excellent, and all 3 jobs sorted with no fuss. Having had a nightmare finding anyone that answers the phone, let alone turns up on time, it’s been really refreshing!

Great service from Jack. I called them up and they arranged a visit the very next day to replace my kitchen sink and tap. All completed and very, very happy with the result

Be very careful and make sure everyone knows what the problem is and how much it will cost. Called because the hot water tank was not retaining the heat and the overflow was constantly running and the tank refilling.. We thought the ball valve needed replacing. Jack arrived and said no the ball valve was fine. He said there was sediment in the tank and the immersion element needed replacing. He did this took card details and went off. Next day the tank was leaking and the overflow was still running. Keiron came out sealed the joint which hadn't been done properly and replaced the ball valve. We paid about twice what we were casually quoted. We still haven't had any invoices for either visit. Make sure you get a written quote from this company.

What a brilliant, quick and professional service Jack just provided for me - from one call this afternoon he came out to the house as soon as he could, arriving at 6pm, solved the problem, whizzed off to get the part, came back, fixed it and left me with hot water working again by 8.30pm. Warm and chatty while working too so can’t recommend him highly enough. Thanks Jack!

Came within a few hours, offered us the best price with no call out fee. Helpful, polite and professional.
