Ben is very knowledgeable and when he re fitted one of my kitchens he worked tirelessly through the evening so I would be operational for our grand opening. It was a totally awful experience. 2 days ago I called up and I was wondering if they could help me repair the deep fryer. They said I will call you tomorrow morning at 11-12 to tell you if they can come and take a look. I did listen- it was a mistake. The next day I still haven't receive the call hence around 4 I called them regarding about the deep fryer, it was another person who answered saying that the person who I was talking to is not here currently. They said that they will call me when she's in . Great until now I still haven't receive any calls. Nothing fixed at all.
