Called Carl yesterday about a problem with washing machine. He called round this morning and quickly identified that the machine was beyond repair. He gave me a quote for a replacement machine which is highly competitive and came back this afternoon plumbed and fitted it. Carl is really communicative, friendly, offers extremely good service at reasonable prices. His standard of workmanship is outstanding and I cannot recommend him more highly.
So impressive! Called Carl, he did not answer but called back a few minutes later. He explained call out charges etc. arrived on time. Told me to unplug and defrost the freezer. Once totally defrosted then we can plug in wait for about 20 minutes to see if the defrost has fixed the ice encrusted fan. If it works , it works, if not it’s time for a new freezer!
Carl supplied and fitted a new Bosch dishwasher. His work is of a high standard and extremely professional. He is careful, clean and ensures all is working properly. We recommend his firm highly.

This is the second time I have used this company. As before Carl was efficient, helpful and resolved the problem, in this case a dishwasher. Carl provided options for repair or replacement, I decided to replace the faulty existing machine for a new one, which Carl facilitated. Although the installation of the new dishwasher took a little longer than anticipated, he persevered and made sure that everything was in working order before leaving. As we suspected, the dishwasher had given up the ghost on us. He was really pleasant and helpful, giving us various price options to replace it. He ordered a new one of our choice and came out to fit it once it had been delivered to him. Came round the next day and advised washing machine couldn’t be fixed. I was not surprised as was very old. Carl managed to supply and install a new one the very next day . Great service, Carl came out the same day as we called to diagnose our faulty oven. He replaced the heating element there and then and came back the following day to replace the broken fan motor. We will definitely call on Carl for future repairs/replacements of appliances, fab service and a friendly guy. I will recommend him in future.

Carl is a hero! He came to the rescue immediately when my fridge gasped its last during a hot July. After confirming the beast could not be resuscitated, he explained my options, sourced competitively priced replacement models for me to choose from, and obtained and delivered my new fridge the next morning. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and reassuring and I really can’t recommend him highly enough. Carl initially came to fix our washing machine which a previous engineer had not been able to fix. He fixed it easily and within an hour. I then asked him to replace our oven. He sourced and installed this extremely quickly and took our old one away. He is very trustworthy. Highly recommend him!
