Very happy with the service! 11 year old washing machine stopped spinning. I asumed the motor brushes had worn out. Brett came round confirmed that was the issue and replaced them straight away. In and out in 30 minutes. I will be using him again for any other appliance issues. Fast, friendly and very helpful!
I telephoned for assistance with a 14-year-old washing machine. The person I spoke to quickly diagnosed the issue and promptly stated that a replacement was better than a repair even though he does not do replacements and would not benefit from this. I appreciated the honest advice he gave and will definitely use his services for any repairs which may be necessary for other appliances in the future.
Brett identified problem and replaced broken part he also replaced a faulty screw on something else, he has left us with a washing working as good as it did when new absolutely great service, very reasonably charges cannot fault him this 2nd time he has visited and We recommend him highly to anyone.

I rang Brett after being passed his number by another company that I have used before who were fully booked. Brett got back to me quickly which was good because the washing machine issue was at my work place and is used multiple times every day. After I described the problem Brett suggested something that I could try myself. He messaged me a few days later to ask if it had worked but I wasn’t in work for the next few days so I said I would let him know if next week. This week, he messaged me again and let him know that his suggestion had worked. I wasn’t blown away that he didn’t make any money from my call yet he followed up with me twice. Customer service like this just doesn’t happen often anymore. I would highly recommend Brett and will be to anyone I hear needing a washing machine e engineer. Thank you Brett.

Very happy with the service provide today. Error code appeared on machine and Brett was able to come out within a couple of days. Communication was great and he arrived promptly. Brett was able to identify the problem and cleared one of the pipes that was blocked, he thoroughly checked the rest of the machine and did several checks to ensure the issue was resolved before leaving. Our dishwasher decided to trip the fusebox at the end of its cycle. Unfortunately Brett wasn't able to save our antique(!) dishwasher, but he explained what was likely going wrong, tried a few fixes and even searched for the obsolete part for us. Great value and very happy we used Brett; would recommend without hesitation.
As per all the other reviews on here I can only say the same. He is running a business but he comes across like a friend who is trying to help. Very genuine and honest. He is thorough in his explanations and will try to save you money if he can. Very highly recommended. Yesterday was the third time I have used him and will certainly continue to do so.
First class service received today. Washing machine door lock wouldn't open with full load of washing trapped in machine. Rang the phone number, which was answered first time, explained our problem. Within 2 hours of the call the machine had a new door lock and fixed. Outstanding service, would certainly use Brett again and fully recommend to anyone.
