We had a flood in the kitchen so the tumble dryer kept tripping the circuit breaker. I took the top off and dried it out, but it still kept happening. I called Pete even though he was a bit far away, as he was highly recommended. He suggested looking in a different area which I would never have thought of. Bingo! A load of water came out so I got it working again. I highly recommend Pete, in this case I didn't need him to do a home visit but when I do need someone to come out he is the first person I would call. I've already recommended him to friends & family.

Pete fixed our dishwasher and oven. He was easy to get hold of, communicated really well and is super friendly. Saved us replacing both appliances for a fraction of the cost! Would definitely recommend him.
My fridge freezer broke down Friday evening. I phoned Pete first thing Saturday morning and he helped me try a few things to resolve the situation myself.. Unfortunately, It didn’t work so he came out just after midday. My fridge freezer was unrepairable and he recommended a frost free fridge and freezer which I ordered and is being delivered today First class service

Great service. Pete came out same day to diagnose our washing machine fault. We needed a new one. He ordered it for us and came to fit it a few days later. Pete and his assistant came at the time stated. They also removed our dishwasher to create a cupboard. Fantastic knowledge, great customer service and very very competitive prices. We would definitely recommend Pete to everyone. In fact we have booked him in for another job next week, we wouldn't go with anyway else now as he is so good and also a very nice person

Pete came on time. Quickly found the source of washing machine problem and put it right. Tumble dryer requires very expensive parts. I decided to purchase a new machine and Pete gave advice. Extremely reasonable charge.

I have no hesitation in recommending Pete to everyone. He was very good in his communications and arrived when he said he would (refreshing these days!) Pete was very thorough & showed me what the problem was with the fridge. It couldn't be repaired, It was 14 years old. He gave advice on new products and came back and fitted the new one at a very reasonable price. Thank you very much Pete.

Our 3 1/2 year old AEG dishwasher suddenly stopped working and after checking for obvious blockages I tried to phone AEG help. After being held on answerphone twice for 20 minutes each time, being told I was a valued customer, I was cut off. An email failed to get any response either so I searched the web and found Pete Faulkner and his customer reviews. I don’t believe all I read but decided to call Pete to see if he could help. He arrived at our home at the agreed time, listened to our experience when the machine stopped working and then quickly located and sorted the problem, all for a very reasonable call out fee. Brilliant service and I wouldn’t hesitate call on on Pete’s services in the future. Highly recommended.
After being messed about for 6 months by Sid Rodriguez (at a cost of £30 for visit) and no result; Pete came, had a look, and fixed it same day (had replacement part on van).
Pete was able to take a look at our washing machine just 48 hours after we contacted him, advising us to check the manufacturer's recall list first. He was on-time and thorough, and gave us an honest diagnosis and temporary repair. We'd highly recommend him.
