I phoned Roy mid afternoon on Tuesday and he arrived before midday on Wednesday. The machine was fixed in less than an hour at a very reasonable price. Excellent service and value.
My washing machine door handle broke with the washing machine full!! I phoned Roy and left a message, he responded very quickly and came the same day. Roy released the washing, ordered a new part and returned a couple of days later to fit it. All mended now and I was expecting to have to get a new washing machine. Roy was efficient, professional, Covid safe and reliable. I would definitely recommend him. Thank you Roy.
