Phoned late in the evening and was contacted first thing in the morning and an appointment agreed. He was able to identify the problem and as he had the part in in his van he was able to repair my oven. Richard was extremely pleasant and very professional and I have added him to my contacts list .I would certainly recommend him.

Advertises that he can fix dishwashers. When I called he continued to work on a machine with a loud drill. I explained the fault, to which he replied "Not something I could do". Very bad attitude and unprofessional. I will never use this company again.

I DON'T THINK SO!!! Didn't look in the guts or even pull the washing machine out before condemning it as not worth repairing and saying he could supply me with a reconditioned machine including installation and taking away the old one - presumably to sell to the next mug after he'd fixed it.up.
Such brilliant service ! Richard came out within a few hours. After a full inspection, he recommended that we would be better replacing our 'aged' machine, rather than a repair, on this occasion. He kindly sourced, delivered and fitted our new machine and even took away our old one, saving us time, money and hassle ! Thank you . Highly recommended
Couldn't have been happier with the service. Richard was very competent, friendly and super flexible with regards to scheduling, arranging visits at times that suited us, including a Sunday evening. He came over multiple times to try to revive our broken washing machine. When he concluded that the machine was beyond repair he helped us source and install a new one.

I called Richard on a Sunday evening after my tumble dryer malfunctioned. It was still spinning but not heating up hence wouldn't dry my clothes. My call was answered promptly even though it was a Sunday evening. A quote was given over the phone. Richard came out the next day even though it was a bank holiday. Unfortunately it couldn't be fixed but Richard sourced a new one quickly and came back two days later to deliver and install the new tumble dryer, and remove the old one. Although I had to pay more for a new dryer all in all was very happy with the service provided. Quick, efficient and very reliable. Highly recommended!
Dish washer stopped working called Richard who came the following day to out machine and diagnosed control board failure and suggested that due to cost of board and age of machine it would be better if we replaced dishwasher. He researched and located replacement and his price include delivery fitting new machine and disposal of old one. Good service from a local operator and at competitive price when everything taken into consideration.
My washing machine had stopped with all the washing in it!!!!!!!! I called and they gave me an estimate over the phone- which I thought was good. Came out and repaired that day, didn't need any parts so price was fair and as estimated. Will use again
I always read reviews before I call but have never written on before so thought I should. My oven was not getting hot so I called Home Appliance Repair. They sent an engineer round the next day who managed to get it fixed there and then as he had the part in his van. Was more than happy with the whole experience so would recommend
