From start to finish the service we have received from Avec Cookers has been exceptional. The sales staff were always on hand to answer questions and extremely professional. The lads that took our old Thornhill oven out were top blokes as were the ones that fit our new Aga today. Nothing was a problem, cracked on and left absolutely no mess. 5 star service, highly recommend this top tier outfit. Thank you Avec 🙏

From the start, the service has been excellent. We visited the show room once and after that everything else was arranged on the phone or by email - all of which was prompt and clear. You really couldn't expect more from Cally, Katie & Liam. The installation was done efficiently with no mess or disruption. We needed a follow up visit after the installation was complete which was no fuss at all. In fact, the whole process was no fuss at all. We are very happy overall, particularly with the great value for what is in effect a brand new product. - Highly recommend!

A big thank you to Cally in the office and Lee & Paul who removed my oil fired Aga this morning. All emails & calls by me have been answered promptly and Cally has kept me informed through out. Lee and Paul let me know at what time to expect them and arrived on time. The removal was carried out quickly, efficiently and with no problems or mess and they were extremely friendly and polite.. We are now looking forward to our new Everhot. Thank you all a job well done

We’re very happy with our replacement Aga. We were initially a bit anxious that there was no site visit before installation, but in the event both the removal of the old Aga and the installation of the new one went very smoothly and the Avec staff were competent, courteous and tidy.

I recently move my AGA to France, and had it converted by Avec Cookers to use LPG. At the same time I gave it an up date with a new Black enamel top and chrome covers. The move went well and the AGA was installed and fired up. Unfortunatley there was a problem and the French engineer could not sort it. I contacted Emma and she was agreat help, she put me intouch with their engineer Liam and he sorted the problem. Now working first class. AVEC Cookers go above and beyond 👍👍👍 well done highly recommended. Thanks Emma & Liam

Fantastic service, knowledgable, helpful, friendly team and a fantastic range of AGA cookers to meet every need - whether you want electric, gas, a combination or even fully programmable gas with an electric hob. The team helps you work through the best option for you - down to the likely running costs of the different options. For us, this resulted in receiving an Aga which exactly meets our needs (and wasn't available through Aga direct), which is refurbished, looks beautiful, has lower running costs, works perfectly using good quality British made parts, and is less than half the price of a new Aga from Aga. What are you waiting for?! 🤩

We replaced our gas Aga with a Lacanche oven. Through every aspect of the process Avec cookers we’re fantastic. The Aga was removed a month before our order was due to allow for kitchen amendments, we then experienced a small delay with the order but Avec set us up with a small gas Aga whilst we waited for delivery this was a kind gesture and very much appreciated. I would rate their communication, service and instillation as five star. They were helpful and I would highly recommend them. Thank you.

Really happy with our reconditioned Aga. Everyone I dealt with at Avec Cookers was helpful and responses very prompt. We were given an installation date when we paid the deposit and the cooker arrived and was installed on this date, all packaging was removed and the room left clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant team - the installers could not have been more friendly, helpful, considerate and professional. The office team also have been so easy to work with and the Aga itself is like brand new - I could not be more delighted!

We took delivery very recently of a new Everhot 120i from Avec. As former Aga owners we were still a bit unsure about moving to Everhot. The staff at Avec were brilliant at answering all of our questions, using their own experience of both Aga and Everhot to explain fully and without any pressure everything we wanted to know. They involved us in not one but two cookery demonstrations and all of this with no certainty that we’d end up buying anything. The bottom line is that Avec is staffed by people who know what they’re talking about, are pleasant and helpful and enthusiastic about what they’re selling. And they’re not pushy. If you’re thinking about Everhot or Aga you’ll go a long way to find a better place to shop.

This is the third Aga I have purchased from Avec , over the years I would go anywhere else .the service professionalism and knowledge is amazing nothing is ever a problem for them . Very highly recommended.

The chaps came came out yesterday and installed my Aga. The whole customer experience from order through to installation & commissioning was 10/10. The chaps were knowledgable, professional, clean, tidy, safe and have expert product knowledge. This is the reason I bought my 2nd Aga from them. Avec Cookers were faultless to deal with, the whole experience from start to finish was easy and nothing was too much trouble. Everhot now fully installed and so the learning begins 😊, but I know that should there be any questions Avec Cookers are only at the end of the phone and would be more than happy to help. Ordered a reconditioned 2 oven gas Aga from Avec, I was kept informed throughout and they were on hand to answer and questions I had. The install day came and the 2 chaps came on time, were friendly and courteous despite having to work around other tradespeople finishing off the kitchen. The Aga itself looks brand new, the enamelling is perfect and the chrome lids are polished to perfection. I’m really happy with the service I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Not the best time to have an electric Aga installed, 2 guys turned up on time, all fitted in 4 hours. No mess no worries. Would highly recommend.

Thanks for all your help. We had to move the delivery a number of times as a result of delayed building work and Everhot worked hard with us to reschedule. The before sales service at Avec cookers was excellent and super helpful in terms of advice and timing. We have only just plugged it in so hopefully will love the cooking from it too! No photos yet as the kitchen isn't quite ready..

My beautiful new Aga was installed with minimum fuss and mess. The choice of colour was good and it was helpful to be sent samples of the enamel. No-one would know that the Aga is reconditioned and not new. Avec have been enormously helpful: always answering queries immediately and doing everything possible to make the process as easy as possible for me.

Delighted with our 3 ove electric AGA from Avec .They installed the oven two days ago and it has made cooking a pleasure. All the staff in the store and on the installation team have been helpful and friendly at all times.The oven has been refurbished to look as good as new.Highly recommend them.

Emma in the office answered my gazillion questions and sent me numerous colour swatches before I ordered - she even did an impromptu walk through video for me as we live miles away from the offices. Delivered on the day as arranged and the lovely Lee and Paul built it from scratch in the spot where it will hopefully remain for many years to come. I was happy to sell our used Aga to AVEC for a small sum. The team that came to dismantle and remove it from our London flat was top notch. They were very efficient and extremely careful not to damage any floors, walls or furnishings. Before they left they made sure to clean up everywhere. I was really pleased.

Recently purchased a new house with a large electric Aga, which was too big for the kitchen. An email to Avec Cookers with two pictures, offer received and accepted and collection date agreed. Even with the poor weather, the guys turned up and within 90 mins, removed the Aga with no mess left behind. In summary, superb service ! Thank you

From the minute I first contacted Avec and the owner got back in touch, we were hooked! Katie invited us to go and see them and the relaxed, yet informative, friendly approach meant we left booked in! A 6 week wait we had chance to transform the space and area needed to accommodate our new pride and joy. The deliver date was today and we could not be happier! Quiet and convenient, no problems fitting from Katie’s other half and his friendly assistant, meant they were in...built and fitted...and out with no mess or fuss. I can highly recommended Avec (in fact they were recommended to us!) and we look forward to cooking our Christmas dinner in our n ‘new’ beauty 🥰

Cannot recommend this company enough for a reconditioned aga. There is lots of competition in the Cheshire area but none that go into the same detail as these guys. No corners cut, 100% professionals throughout the whole process

That's funny you saying that vehicle not owned by you, it features on your website as clear as day, it is your vehicle; and the one that appears on the far left of your own publicity shots, on your own website. I guess as you must now think, someone has copied your full livery, the exact model of Transit; and also duplicated the registration off your website, how odd?! It seems coincidental that others are feeling it necessary to report your drivers on here!! Given the driving standards exhibited by the driver of Transit van A11 AGA, I wouldn't let this outfit anywhere near my AGA, or anything else for that matter. First, the tosser, tossing his empty can out on a country lane, then nearly taking out 4 cyclists doing over 40mph in a 30 limit, only to then jump a red light at the A49 White Barn crossroads - 10 metres ahead of a red; and he still jumped it, barmey, reckless driving. Dash Cam footage winging its way to Youtube and Cheshire Police as we speak..... avoid this company, Tossers, literally.

From start to finish we have had amazing customer service. From entering the farm shop to be warmly greeted by somebody who had an extensive knowledge of AGA cookers but didn't push this in our faces at all through to ordering and Steve and Lee finally who spent a full day working non-stop to finish the AGA oven. These guys are magic.Superb workmanship and they can't do enough for you.

I'm sure these guys do a great job, but the chap driving the Ford Transit heading to Beaconsfield on Wednesday 23rd Nov could probably do with reviewing the highway code. Always puzzles me why you see such poor driving standards from people with liveried vehicles, not a very good advert for your business.

What a pleasure it was dealing with AVEC, from the showroom to the installation guys and not to mention the superb quality of build from this company was second to none. We purchased our gas 4 oven AGA and I must say it is brilliant. Well done guys. Robbie and Pauline.
