We called to book a suspected repair, turned out it was a simple error on our part and he fully explained how to avoid this in the future. Honest guy, when the washing machine does break, Carters will be the first business I'll be calling.

Mr Carter has carried out several repairs over the years and has just supplied a new washing machine. He always does his best to sort your problem quickly and is very reliable. Rang Carters 2 weeks ago when my washer broke down and someone came out the day after and unfortunately my washer couldn’t be repaired but within 2 days Carters had got me a new one at a very good price delivered and fitted it and took the old washer away. Superb service and provided a quality repair to our Bosch double oven - much cheaper than buying new! Great updates and communications throughout (the part needed to fix our issue had to be ordered in) but from initial contact to completion it only took 4 days and we were kept up to date throughout - as well as learning how we could still used the oven in conventional mode vs fan assisted !!! Highly recommend and will be my first point of call for any future issues with domestic appliances!

Agreed to take everything away nothing would be left. Fitting and removing washer satisfactory no complaints but he left all packaging in my garage polystyrene,polythene etc all stuff it came in. I had to get it removed. The reason for using them was because they stated everything would be gone.

Dean installed a washer dryer yesterday that I purchased from him earlier in the week. Top bloke and business to be honest, he adapted to an awkward alleyway and kitchen area and still made it fit, tested everything and talked me though the machine. He also did a great deal on the appliance itself comparing to cheapest of same model on the internet, we discussed best time for delivery and installation could have been next day but I was unavailable until the weekend. Definitely recommend!

Wow!! Service was impeccable, what a genuine man Dean is. Tried this guy as I wanted to keep my business local. Read the reviews and to be honest he sounded to good to be true! Turned up on time, gave me a quote, and fixed my washer. Don't have a lot of money, so was dreading having to fork out for a new one. So I'm probably guilty of automatically thinking Currys/pc world when shopping for a new appliance. Dean has massively changed that perception! I got a brand new washing machine delivered & installed, along with old washing machine taken away for much less than I'd have paid for the same machine at Currys. Not only did I save, it was installed the day after, no fuss and on time. This is the second time I've used Carter's (last year oven repair) and I highly recommend Dean's advice & services 👍

Bought a new oven from Dean after struggling for months with my old one. He removed my old one, fit the new one and took the old one away. New one couldn’t just be slotted in due to how the old one had been fitted. This didn’t phase Dean and he installed it in no time at all and for an extremely competitive price. Dean has since repaired my friends washer/dryer, my sisters tumble dryer, and supplies and fitted a fridge at my work. Extremely professional and competitive service.. Delivered, installed and good to go all within a couple of days of ordering, could have been sooner if it wasn’t for my work. He even knocked a tenner for the tiniest mark on the machine that was hardly noticeable! All with a 12 month guarantee. comparable prices to the high street as they charge to deliver and take away your old machine. Highly recommended.
