Carters Appliance Care

Brilliant service, Great price Professional job done

We called to book a suspected repair, turned out it was a simple error on our part and he fully explained how to avoid this in the future. Honest guy, when the washing machine does break, Carters will be the first business I'll be calling.

Excellent service, delivered the next day, gave me all the information required, used a few times already would recommend.

Would highly recommend Dean at Carters Appliance Care! He was able to visit the property straight away and provide a competitive quote for our cooker replacement, he then organised ordering the appliance, installation and removal of the old cooker, nothing was too much trouble! Will be using again in the future.

Excellent service part ordered Thursday Afternoon all fitted and running Monday would highly recommend

5 star service! I contacted Dean as I had an issue with my washing machine, he phoned me straight away out of his work hours and tried to talk me through fixing it, I was unable to do this myself but he then instantly knew the problem ordered a part and came to fix it the next day! He saved me the hassle and cost of buying a new washing machine and quoted me a great price to fix it! I will recommend carters appliance care to everyone and I will definitely be using them again! Thank you so much for your help.

Fantastic service. Dean gave me a free no obligatory quote and asked if I was happy for him to proceed. Fixed my tumble dryer at a fair price and even vacuumed after himself. Excellent service, we will use your service again if required. Thank you.

Charged more than what a Bosch engineer would have charged.

I have been using Carters Appliance Care for well over 10 years. If you leave a message on answer phone he always gets back to you. Mr Carter has carried out several repairs over the years and has just supplied a new washing machine. He always does his best to sort your problem quickly and is very reliable. Superb service and provided a quality repair to our Bosch double oven - much cheaper than buying new! Great updates and communications throughout (the part needed to fix our issue had to be ordered in) but from initial contact to completion it only took 4 days and we were kept up to date throughout - as well as learning how we could still used the oven in conventional mode vs fan assisted !!! Highly recommend and will be my first point of call for any future issues with domestic appliances!

Would highly recommend this company Dean came on time, discussed the potential problems with our cooker and repaired same in less than an hour. Very helpful, friendly, and reliable he came when he said he would and I would definately use him again.

Agreed to take everything away nothing would be left. Fitting and removing washer satisfactory no complaints but he left all packaging in my garage polystyrene, polythene etc all stuff it came in. I had to get it removed. The reason for using them was because they stated everything would be gone.

Fantastic service. Arrived on time, finished job to a high standard. Went above and beyond. I will use Carter’s Appliance care for any issues going forward. Thanks again. Phil

Dean installed a washer dryer yesterday that I purchased from him earlier in the week. Top bloke and business to be honest, he adapted to an awkward alleyway and kitchen area and still made it fit, tested everything and talked me though the machine. He also did a great deal on the appliance itself comparing to cheapest of same model on the internet, we discussed best time for delivery and installation could have been next day but I was unavailable until the weekend. Definitely recommend!

Needed a new washer, got a great price, live in a maisonette upstairs, they carried it upstairs extremely accommodating to Help, outstanding work and they removed the old washer as well "magic".

Dean came out to fix my cooker, He is professional and very knowledgeable and charged a fair price. I would definitely use Dean again in the future. Highly recommended.

Have used this business for my last 5 appliances Dean is great looks after everything professionally and does things very well Fitted the dishwasher Took away the old one Priced competitively This is a proper independent business serving local customers Keep it up! I won’t go anywhere else

I have done business with Dean Carter for over 15 years and will continue to do so. His service is second to none and he can always be relied upon to give sound advice where it is needed. Over the years he has repaired appliances and supplied new ones including an oven, washing machine and (recently) dishwasher. Whether repairing or supplying his prices are competitive and service is second to none.

Wow!! Service was impeccable, what a genuine man Dean is. Tried this guy as I wanted to keep my business local. Read the reviews and to be honest he sounded to good to be true! Turned up on time, gave me a quote, and fixed my washer. Don't have a lot of money, so was dreading having to fork out for a new one. I am amazed at the level of service, the reasonable price and the level of workmanship. Bless him, he even cleaned the minimal mess he'd made. Would definitely recommend you try this company, old fashioned quality at an affordable price. Thankyou so much, you're an absolute star.

Needed a New washing Machine. Spoke to Dean at caters appliance care. Service was 110% , Prices reasonable, prompt service, he made sure everything was right before leaving. Will definitely recommend family and friends to caters Appliance care 👍

Fantastic experience dealing with Carters, great communication, replied straight away with initial enquiry then any queries, purchased new washer which was delivered/installed and the old one taken away in one inclusive very competitive price, highly recommended and will definitely use again.

Lovely service yet again, supplied us with a new washing machine in under 24hours, fitted and old washing machine taken away, would recommend this shop and services to anyone!

Excellent service, Carters came out to look at our 4 year old washing machine. He went out of his way to find parts to repair the machine rather than replace the whole appliance. Would definitely use Carters again and will recommend to others.

So I'm probably guilty of automatically thinking Currys/pc world when shopping for a new appliance. Dean has massively changed that perception! I got a brand new washing machine delivered & installed, along with old washing machine taken away for much less than I'd have paid for the same machine at Currys. Not only did I save, it was installed the day after, no fuss and on time. This is the second time I've used Carter's (last year oven repair) and I highly recommend Dean's advice & services 👍

Excellent service needed a washer badly as we had been let down by Argos who said it would be 2 1/2 weeks to deliver Carters delivered next day fitted & took old washer away .

Will definitely recommend this service to family and friends. Reliable and friendly service. Very professional down to earth guy. We have used carters for over two years and have found him to be very trustworthy and knowledgeable engineer. Nothing too much trouble and very reasonable pricing. I will be continuing to use this service. Recently bought a condenser dryer, which was delivered the following morning and my old appliance taken away.

Needed a fridge freezer urgently Dean had just what I was looking for did me a good deal on a lovely BEKO .at a good price . (slight dent on the bottom of the door ) delivered it the same day and took away the old one ...excellent service

Bought a new oven from Dean after struggling for months with my old one. He removed my old one, fit the new one and took the old one away. New one couldn’t just be slotted in due to how the old one had been fitted. This didn’t phase Dean and he installed it in no time at all and for an extremely competitive price. Dean has since repaired my friends washer/dryer, my sisters tumble dryer, and supplies and fitted a fridge at my work. Extremely professional and competitive service.. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Carters Appliance Care
