My Beco washing machine stopped working. I really wanted to try and get it repaired instead of just resorting to buying a new one. Did the scrolling to find repairs available in my area. The company I choose use Total Appliance as their repair service. Iam very happy. The engineer that came was professional, efficient and worked quickly and tidily to get our machine working again. It needed a new circuit board and door lock. The engineer was upfront about the parts costs and he had both the items on his van, so the repair was done without any delays. He also waited to see that the machine was up and running with no issues. I would 100% recommend Total Appliance Repair. And next time would use them directly. Thank you for lovely service

Had a call out from Craig. Regarding a washing machine repair ( dog had chewed the seal) , communications were great. Very reliable, arrived on time. Very impressed with speedy service within 3 hours of my initial enquiry. My washing machine problem turned out to be very minor, but it was identified and dealt with very efficiently. The engineer was extremely friendly and knowledgable. He checked over the machine and gave me lots of useful tips re maintenance and cleaning for which I am very grateful and have since passed on to various family and friends. I would certainly use this company again.

Prompt and efficient service that needs to be celebrated. Having found Total Appliance Repair on Checkatrade this I had to wait less than an hour between initial phone call and the engineer being at my door. The engineer was professional and helpful and I was very impressed with his service.
Our washer machine broke on Sunday (4th Jan) and was advised to replace it and everyone I spoke to recommended Total Appliance Repair as I never want to use a large company like AO/Currys. I am extremely pleased and grateful I did. Spoke with them Monday morning and by Tuesday 4pm the new machine was installed and working. I really can't recommend them enough and the prices were also very competitive. The install team were brilliant (Jim/Mitch) who made sure the integrated door was aligned with the rest of the kitchen. It was great they spent the time making sure it was perfect. Excellent price, service and overall experience and I will always use them for everything appliance related moving forward. Thanks again.

Our dishwasher was literally on the "blink" with a flickering display. We have used Total Appliance Repair before to fix a faulty oven so had no hesitation in contacting them. Craig the engineer quickly diagnosed the problem of broken cables and fixed it within the hour. Craig was friendly and tidy and we were pleased with the price of the repair. Manual dishwashing duties are now over!
Once again fabulous fast and efficient service. Our ancient 17 year old dishwasher finally bit the dust, Total Appliance had done a few repairs on it over the years and extended the life of the machine by years for us, but a huge issue and redundant parts meant it was time for a new machine. Competitively priced replacement machine was delivered and installed. We live in a small flat with an even smaller kitchen so installation was challenging, but as ever, they did an absolutely perfect job. 100% recommended.

We’ve used Total Appliance Repair for both repairing an appliance and the supply & fit of a new appliance. We’ve always received excellent service, very quick (same day or next day) engineer appointments, prompt delivery and fitting of a new oven, great value for money and an excellent friendly service from the office staff through to the engineers. I would HIGHLY recommend Total Appliance Repair.
Friendly efficient repair. The engineer took the Rome to explain the cause I'd the fault, how he was resolving it and steps to take in future to prevent recurrence. There was only a couple of days wait for the engineer to visit and he left the area he worked in clean and tidy and a very happy customer.
With a call out fee of £79.99!!!!!! Really not worth it. Better contact companies with no call out fee and there are plenty, OR buy new .

This company responded immediately to our broken cooker, they found a replacement at a very reasonable cost and fitted it while taking away the old. The guy was on time, polite and friendly. Highly recommend this company . Thank you
DO NOT USE. They damaged my kitchen and my appliance, and now will not respond to emails to resolve this. They left me with a damaged kitchen and appliance that I cannot use. I have written a formal complaint and have had to no reply even with chaser emails for nearly 2 months? No terms and conditions displayed on website, nor their public liability insurance. They demand you pay them £88 on the first visit and say this will cover the repair, you only need to pay for the part. However, do not provide any form of receipt, contact nor any T&C. Little care for other people’s property and tried to argue that they didn’t damage my appliance. Wouldn’t have them anywhere near my house again!!

Washing machine stopped. But that was OK it was the wall mounted socket that was to blame 🙄. Bad fitting by bellways homes in our new house .

I’m not convinced by this company. I am now waiting for them to come back for the 4th time to repair my oven. Each time they charge me for time and parts and it still is t working properly. By the time they’ve finished they’ll have replaced the whole oven, and I don’t believe the whole oven was broken. Use someone else.

Very easy to use company. Messaged them on Sunday and they were out on Monday.Craig was very helpful and understood the problem straight away fixed it with ease on my Bosch dishwasher and showed us how to fix it oj future if it happens again. He even helped put a board up on the wall for us once he had finished repairing the dishwasher. Would use again and recommend. Thank you so much

First rate service! Dishwasher broke down on Thursday night. Called TAP on Friday morning. Craig came round half an hour later (he'd just finished a job nearby). We had a new dishwasher installed and operating that same afternoon!
HORRIBLE SERVICE. They have completely ignored all my emails and requests in regards to my broken oven glass door (after speaking to 3 people!!) Will not use them and do not recommend them.
Charged me £88 to tell me the fault was what I already told them then told me I should just buy a new one. I feel a bit more upfront discussion on cost like I asked would have been helpful here.

Quoted £75 to even come out. Then parts then labour. Local chap (re wash appliences) came out next day. Fixed the draining issue, charged me £45 and no parts where needed . Bill would been over £150 with total appliences
(Washing machine repair) I was really pleased with the high level of customer service and speed at which the repairman came out to fix my washing machine - in all it took less than two working days. The repairman was courteous and extremely knowledgeable, and kept to social distancing (with a wore a face mask at all times). Best of all, it wasn’t as expensive as I first thought. I'd recommend Total Appliance Repair to anyone.
Excellent service and very helpful engineer. Certainly knew his job and learnt a great deal about manufacturers dodges and falsehoods. Who would have thought Bosch machines were mainly manufactured in China?? Remarkable! Chinese quality at German premium prices.
Phoned for condencer dryer pump they took model details ordered part be in Monday phoned me to tell me part was in went to address to pick up very nice girl gave me my part took payment part was correct very pleased with service will use again
2 callouts needed for the dishwasher after the first repair didn't work and still the dishwasher didn't work. £150 wasted. Avoid.
