Update, Feb 2026. Used Matt again, this time for an integrated dish washer. Sorted within half an hour, an actual fix/ mend rather than a part replacement. First rate service. 1st experience:- First rate. Short lead time to attend a washing machine malfunction. Matt simply listened and made an instant diagnosis which proved correct. Don't ask me how but he managed to repair it from underneath whilst the machine was tilted and only about 3 inches working space. Fixed within an hour. Bookmark this chap, he's good.
My electric oven needed fixing so I text Matt and arranged for him to come and have a look. He responded straight away and came bang on time and quickly and efficiently repaired it at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again and recommend him to my friends and family. Many Thanks Matt.

Came on time, offered me a reasonable option of a refurbished spare. Left my dishwasher in a better condition as he fitted it back with proper brackets that were not originally fitted. Didn't leave a mess and was polite and courteous.
