Lee was very quick to diagnose the problem on my Miele dishwasher. He then quoted for the repair and very quickly booked me in for the repair. I can highly recommend Lee and he was very communicative.
So far Lee has managed to repair our fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher- twice! Saved us loads of money. He is always very quick to respond and a lovely, personable chap. Unfortunately our dishwasher on the third time of his visit (all three different problems which he resolved two of) could only be repaired at a cost that was really not worth it so Lee recommended this time we buy a new one - when he could have just charged us lots to try another repair - hence why we trust his opinion, he always recommends the most cost effective solution. He defo kept our dishwasher going a couple more years by repairing it. Can’t recommend him enough.

Prompt response from Lee when my washer stopped pumping out water , came and sorted the problem , not just the filter as originally thought but needed a new part which fortunately he had in his van , and left everything clean and tidy . Highly recommend Lee .

Brilliant service - i have a Samsung American-style fridge freezer that had stopped dispensing water and ice - i tinkered around as much as i could using YouTube vides etc but couldn't get it going. Lee took the model number via email and was here next day - he quoted a straight forward call out charge - he systematically took things apart to find the problem, found it, fixed it (blocked pipe inside the freezer) and put it all back together perfectly within an hour. No additional charges beyond the original quoted fee. Lee is brilliant, friendly and knowledgable. Strongest possible recommendation.
