Excellent service mending my AEG built in microwave. Was easy to get disconnected and dropped off on Wednesday paid £10 deposit. Called Thursday morning to say it was ready , it was an electrical fault total bill £28.80 less deposit £18.80 ! So delighted thought we were going to need to fork out for a new one. Am spreading the word.

My visit from Listers was excellent they did the repair on behalf of Currys, because they couldn't get drunk in a brewery, the man turned up when stated had all the parts repair done in under half an hour. Three weeks I waited for Currys.
Usually have the parts I need and they are competitive with Internet prices. Has the advantage of expert knowledge on the parts.
Our built in microwave was broken and got it fixed by Lister within 2 days. Called and they were polite and helpful. Uninstall our microwave following the installation manual as advice by them, saved some money when we bring in the microwave. Got it fixed and the price was reasonable. Definitely recommend.

I'm so glad I discovered this small local company. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and their rates are reasonable. They explained the problem with my Dyson first so I could decide whether to proceed with the repair. In today's throwaway world, it feels good to know that appliances can be given a new lease of life at Listers!

This is a genuine review, I have no connections with Listers, but when I get good service I always leave a genuine review. We damaged the door seal on our Bosch washing machine so needed a replacement. I knew Listers had been around for over 30 years so they were the first people I called. The lady on the phone gave me 2 options, a genuine Bosch or a copy. I said I'll have the genuine one. She said we will order it and fit it in 3 days time if you want? This was perfect for me and the price was less than I expected. The engineer called exactly when they said. I actually contemplated doing it myself but after watching YouTube I decided it would be better to get the experts in. It's an integrated washing machine but the engineer was brilliant. He pulled it out, removed the attached kitchen unit door, removed the top cover, bottom cover, soap dispenser, front control panel and all the front panel. It was now completely opened up. Before you think you could do this I noticed he knew exactly where every hidden clip was, he never once made a mistake and had the rubber seal out within 20 minutes or so. The little hidden clips would've been difficult to locate if I'd attempted to do it myself. Fitting the new seal was the most difficult part, especially fitting the springs, I was thinking, thank god i didn't attempt this myself. He built the whole thing up, then fitted the final seal spring which was the most difficult and fitted the machine back into its space. Fitted the kitchen unit door back onto the washing machine and gave it a test run. Absolutely perfect. All in, it took him 50 minutes. It would've taken me 3 to 5 hours and I would've probably broken the hidden clips. I actually praised him and tipped him. He was extremely tidy, very polite and extremely efficient. If you need a local company that's very competitive and extremely efficient then please give Listers a try. You won't be disappointed. Steve Fletcher.

Great service, came out to see my old machine which was beyond economical repair. They got me a reconditioned washer/dryer for less than half the cost of a new one. No pressure or hard sell at all, just good advice.
