I have been trying to get hold of Will for weeks now to ask him about some finer details before signing a service contract. Multiple emails, multiple phone calls both to his mobile and the office. The office apologise and say he will call back. Weeks later he still can’t be bothered to call me back. Very strange and unprofessional way to run a business. I will take my money elsewhere.
Very Good! I've Been looking for a professional company to have a look for a while and from the get go. Emails, phone calls, and the Zak the mechanic were all extremally professional Friendly. Zak even took the extra time to show me the problem and gave me advice on how to fix/keep the Dishwasher happy. Amazing service. you should all be proud
UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNTRAINED ENGINEERS WE CALLED THEM FOR A RATIONAL CAUSING ISSUE , AND EXPLAINED THEM VERY CLEARLY OVER THE PHONE WHAT IS PROBLEM, SO THE ENGINEER CAN BRING THE STUFF TO FIX BUT ENGINEER CAME AND SPENT AN HOUR JUST TO MAKE MONEY FOR DOING NOTHING NO JOB AT ALL, THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEIR ENGINEER JUST SPENT TIME TO TAKE OUT MORE MONEY FROM THE BUSINESSES. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

recently new to Aperion Catering, have found them to be very professional in their approach to any issues we have had. Response has always been extremely quick. Booking of callouts has always been easy and engineers always really friendly.
Fantastic Company! I have been a Chef for over 20 years and i have never felt so looked after before, they provide a friendly reliable service and they have gone over my kitchen with a fine tooth comb, they have fixed everything that needed to be done! Definitely a 10/10 from me. Extremely happy!

A really great service from this company, we called first thing this morning and they sent an engineer on the same day! Fixed my ice machine and also took a look at my glass washer whilst here, was really pleased with getting both things sorted in one visit, will definitely use them again in future.
I have used the team at Apeiron for the last few years when we have needed new catering equipment installing and to help with issues with existing catering equipment. Their service has always been great from the initial phone call to the guys arriving on site and carrying out the work. Great communication, fast reponse and nice people to go with it. Would highly recommend.
I am the head chef at the royal Bournemouth hospital. We have had Apeiron Catering looking after and servicing our equipment for quite a while now. There customer service is amazing nothing is to much trouble for them. They turn up promptly and keep you informed before leaving.
