April 2026. Following a significant collision, my Mercedes Sprinter needed significant repairs to the offside-front area. I'm delighted to report that the vehicle looks as good as it ever did, following Woodville Stretton's hard work. I'm disabled, so they collected my vehicle (which was driveable) and brought it back to me afterwards. No business could have provided better support to me! I'm so grateful to them for their concern, and care. 2025. I have just had paintwork and corrosion repairs to my my elderly Mercedes, now nearing its eighteenth birthday, and it now looks as good as ever it has. I know from past experience that once Woodville Stretton rectify rust blisters, they do not return. They provide a friendly and convenient service.

I can't recommend Woodville Stretton enough. The guys were fantastic, talking me through the insurance claim process and the details of the repair work to be carried out. I'd like to thank Lee and the team at Woodville Stretton for helping me out at a difficult time. I had just found a buyer for my 27 year old Ford Duetto campervan when, out of the blue I discovered it had a cracked windscreen and a hidden problem with rust behind it. It turned out that because of the rust it was nothing like as simple as just replacing the windscreen. Luckily for me, the guys at Woodville Stretton stepped up to help me out when I explained the situation and they completed the job both quickly and to their usual high standard of bodywork. Great bunch of guys! They replaced the plastics on my partners Aygo a few months ago. As this was a special edition, the parts were difficult to find. They managed to find the right parts and fitted perfectly! Really helpful team and brilliant service. Highly recommended.
I had paintwork done on my car by Woodville Stretton back in 2018. This included repairs to some stone chips on the front bumper and fixing a dent on the passenger side door. Initially, I was happy with the results, and the paintwork held up well for some time. Six years later, however, I began noticing significant cracking in the areas where the repairs were done. Concerned, I visited another repair specialist who suggested that the issue was likely due to the filler and undercoat used in the original repair, which would require taking the affected areas back to bare metal. Given the high quote I received to fix this, I decided to go back to Woodville Stretton to see if they could rectify the issues. Woodville Stretton inspected the car and felt the issue was with the paint rather than the filler. They spoke to their paint supplier, but reported that their response wasn’t favorable. Ultimately, they quoted me £1100 to redo the paintwork. I requested if they could reduce the quote, but after waiting three weeks without a response, I contacted another repair shop for a third opinion, which confirmed a similar price estimate. This repair specialist also suggested that a low-quality undercoat was the reason for the cracking. While I understand that the repairs lasted beyond the 3 year warranty period, I expected a longer-lasting finish. Spending a large amount on repairs only to face issues six years later was very disappointing.

Great job on my 20 year old Getz, wheel arch rust gone. Looks like new again... Lee even repaired worn door hinge. I crunched the front of my car on my concrete gatepost - clumsy I know - but Leigh and his team made a perfect repair while I was working abroad. I was loathe to leave my driveway without a car while I was away but Leigh parked a car on the drive and took my car away for repair. I don't know another workshop that would give such amazing and thoughtful service.

Lee and the team went above and beyond to replace the sliding door, repair dents and spray the near side of my Sprinter. As work got underway they discovered extensive rust as well as the sliding door roller mechanism and lock damaged beyond repair. They informed me of these issues and then just got on with the additional work, sourcing the new parts and dealing thoroughly with the rust. When I went to pick up my van I was blown away by the finish they had achieved, transforming the very tired and rusty bodywork to looking brand new. Thanks guys 👍

WOODVILLE STRETTON Ltd business review. In June 2022 a Bournemouth MOT operator raked my 2010 Left Hand Drive Motorhome down the side of a scaffold truck in a narrow road with vehicles parked both sides as part of the MOT service! He had never driven a Left Hand Drive Vehicle before, and was not trained by his company to drive LHD either. In July 2022, Woodville Stretton took on the repair of my vehicle. They were recommended to me by a Motorhome repairs company local to them who were fully booked. Woodville Stretton completed the job to a standard that was beyond my expectations. Reconstruction of the destroyed garage door was the main task. The external and internal panels had to be completely re fabricated into a new door frame, painted to correct spec colour (RAL), correctly decaled to original specification and re assembled with additional locks repairs, and then re fitted to the vehicle. The finished piece could not be distinguished from the original OEM part. The whole repair and presentation is the best that it could be. Added to that the excellent communications with the insurance company on my behalf, my review finishes here with the following. Woodville Stretton Ltd have proved themselves to be Benchmark in that business. Meaning in my experience, all other such business need to meet Woodville Stretton business systems to begin to come near to their standards. They are the best at what they do. Highly recommended. Fitted a spoiler to my vehicle and it looks like it came out of the factory with it.
Explained areas of rust spots and stone chips that I wanted repaired. Very good price given and told it would take 2 days. On collecting the car was shown all repairs plus additional repairs carried out which was identified once parts were stripped down. Lee stuck to the price given with no extra charge for this additional work. A totally professional, efficient and high quality service. I have already booked my wife’s car in for a bonnet repair. Our car got bumped into in a car park and the other cars' insurer was responsible for getting the repair done. We wanted to choose who did the repair, rather than use a repairer nominated by the insurance company, so we searched the internet to find someone who we thought would be suitable to do the repair. Having looked at the reviews of Woodville Stretton, they looked good so we took the car down to them, as well as other repairers, but got the feeling that they'd do a good job so we said that we'd like them to do the work! After that they took over the process and liaised direct with insurance company, and after the repair was authorised we booked the car in! The handover of the vehicle was fine, we were expected, the car was photographed, paperwork filled in. A courtesy vehicle was offered but we didn't need it! The repair took 2 days, and the end result is faultless. Ours wasn't a particularly complicated repair, nevertheless our impression is that these guys will do a good job on any bodywork repair. We'd have no hesitation in taking our car back to them. They gave us a call when the repair was done and we went along and picked it up. It was obvious at a glance that they'd done a nice job of the repair. When we were looking for a repairer we did ask the question about what cost would be, even though this was an insurance job and we weren't going to be paying for the repair. The cost indication that Woodville Stratton gave us was of a similar order of magnitude to the cost that other people said the cost of the repair would be.
Had some Matt Bronze Bola wheels which had been curbed the guys at woodville did a fantastic job matching the colour, will defiantly use again very highly recommended A1+++++ service thank you so much

Recently had a VW T5 facelift down here – the guys have done an amazing job, including respraying the roof. The price was exactly what they had estimated, with no nasty surprises. Extremely happy!

Fixed it myself in 20 minutes with little suction thing for the dent ordered on ebay cost £25 +£20 for polishing liquid for the scratches instead of £650 they wanted to charge. No sign of the damage at all. Not nice" I am yet to visit this establishment as only been recommended it by a good standing long term friend of mine in the trade but just mainly does motorbikes for which I have best paint awards for. Having come to see the reviews out of curiosity ..... Small world really this but the only negative review I see here is Mr Pawels and having worked him for several months, I can tell you that he as a person of integrity and short of not calling him the many names under the sun, he is...well, he is no a nice person at all hence I can ignore that review with confidence. Besides, He told us that his dents and digs insurance that he bought from the dealership sorted it after he barely managed to reduce the biggest catch to under the 300mm limit or whatever it was.

Needed a motorbike pannier top resprayed to match the undamaged one, and had to include the replacement of the decal. The paint match was perfect with service and price less than half of buying a replacement part from the dealer. Highly recommended, would not hesitate to use again.

Unfortunately I have needed the services of the guys at Woodville Stretton 3 times in the last year or so! Every time they have been exceptional! The quote process is simple and there is no delay in communication with myself and my insurer. The work is booked and competed within the planned timescale. If you find yourself needing these sorts of services I would highly recommend Lee and his gang!!

I cannot recommend this garage enough. After hitting a deer, the front of my little smart car (Peugeot 107) was completely mangled. The guys at Woodville Stretton took a look at it when I gave them a random visit and very kindly taped it up so it was safer for me to drive to and from garages / home (before fitting me in for an appointment). They got an estimate over to me quickly (so I could sort out costs with my insurance) and fit my car in for repair in good time too. I’ve just collected it and am really pleased with the results (numerous parts needed repairing / replacing and paint work was also required - all done to the top standard). The guys are also really nice and nothing seems too much trouble, will recommend to everyone. Thanks again!
