Been a long term customer and always this has been a trusted garage by my family, however took a Saab in following a knocking sound after a particularly deep pot hole encounter. Chris and the guys had the car for a number of days but said they could hear the knock but couldn't find any problem. It was however clear there was a problem and I searched the internet and told Carsons that others had reported suspension failure in similar circumstances. Again I was told this had been checked and ruled out. In the end I had the car back but with nothing found, still had a modest bill for the time. I took the car to another garage and within 30 minutes was told the front nearside suspension coil was broken. I was presented with the the broken part and the car fully repaired within 5 hours, transforming the drive. I understand we all make mistakes but taking the broken spring back to Carsons all I was met with 'Well you sorted it in the end No refund, no apology, no "WE". VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Always reliable and trustworthy. Sorts out all the cars in our family. Wouldn't go anywhere else for servicing and Mots. Fabulous garage 👍
Recently had work done by these guys. They are friendly, helpful and did a fantastic job for me. I would highly recommend and would definitely use them again where needed!
