This company cannot be beaten. Expert, professional, really quick, thorough, and give good advice. They have fitted alarm systems for me and my family, in my workplace, and undertaken loads of electrical work for me. I first wrote my review (above) four years ago, but I feel compelled to add to it now following more work they have undertaken for me, doing a complete electrical install for an extension, and more recently rewiring an existing bathroom with new lighting. On top of this they have installed, serviced and maintained my alarm system. All of the engineers have been professional, ontime, polite but engaging, and have gone way above and beyond what I expected of them. I have no hesitation in recommending them whether for domestic or commercial electrical contracts. Really first rate!
GPM are an amazingly professional company from start to finish. From the sublime communication from the ladies in the office keeping us posted throughout, to the high-quality workmanship from the operatives, it was a completely streamlined service. The workmen were clean, tidy, and polite. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

GPM London are excellent! Nick and the team came to my rescue when I was abandoned by a different local security alarm company who could not be bothered to follow through with their work. I had a fantastic experience with GPM London. Holly in the office was super friendly and had Chris at my property within 3 hours. He fixed a leaking tap, slow-draining sink, and faulty toilet flush - all quickly and professionally. Chris was really friendly and clearly knew his stuff. Poor service jobs left half done , causing health and safety issues FIRE BRIGADE INSPECTION CONFIRMED THEY CANNOT ACCESS BUILDING IN CASE OF FIRE , no emergency box added so would need to break electric gates putting tenants lives in danger

The battery in our alarm died at 3am one morning last week, with no way of turning it off. I called Nick and he was at our house within the hour. Unbelievable service and done me a huge favour with the neighbours, who hopefully got some sleep after... Been a customer since we moved into the home about 10 years ago. Thoroughly recommend.
I had a rather concerning issue one evening when my the grill on my electric cooker wouldn't turn off. Nick came out at short notice and sorted the issue meaning that I could rest easily knowing that my house wasn't going to catch fire!
Iv been using gpm london for 18 years I would never look elsewhere they are amazing professional very tidy very clean and very reasonable in price are highly recommend
Very poor service. The administration works, appointments can be arranged. However, the craftsmen who are sent on site are absolutely incapable of doing their job. We have outstanding electrical work that needs to be done and has been pending for almost one year. Every time the craftsmen come round again, they have the wrong material with them. It's absolutely ridiculous. I will never book a service with this company again. But they know how to invoice. Really bad. How a company like this can survive is a mystery to me. I highly reccommend NOT TO BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.
GPM replaced the intercom handset in my property with a new one. The office staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me. The engineer came out twice, first to diagnose the issue and then to do the replacement. Each time he kept me informed when he was on his way and was very professional when doing the work. I couldn't have asked for better service and would recommend them 100%.
