Very friendly and excellent service

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. The lads arrived on time and got on with the job. They were checking with us to make sure we were happy with everything. Job completed in less than half of day. There was nothing to much trouble. We had to put the job back a few months due to health problems but for Antony in the office this was not a problem. Will have no hesitation in recommending CS gardens to anyone. Thank you all.

From start to finish, we had great communication from CS-Garden offices, including a weekly progress update, and a site visit. The installation itself was done incredibly quickly. The team were with us at 8am and were done by 2:30pm, and then the electrics installation was done on a second day. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, and I was pleased with the quality of the installation.

I am very pleased with the end to end experience with CS Garden Offices. The quoting tool is very user friendly and enabled me to get an instant quote, allowing me to essentially put an initial design together which was fully costed, so no hidden costs! CS‑Garden Offices have been fantastic from start to finish. The team arrived on Thursday morning and had the entire office installed before lunchtime. They worked efficiently, explained everything clearly, and left the place spotless afterwards. The electrician came the following day and completed all the power, data, lighting, heating, and socket installations to a really high standard. He also took the time to walk me through how everything worked, which was much appreciated. I’ve already started working in the new office, and it’s brilliant — warm, secure, and a perfect space to focus. The kids love it too, treating it as an extra place to relax. We chose our garden room following significant research, surveys and quotes from other suppliers but none could beat the quality of materials and competitive price offered by CS-Garden Offices. In particular, the long lasting, insulated metal construction was ideal for our need for storage of environmentally sensitive medical equipment. The whole process of selection through the configurator and adjustment of quotations was straightforward and communications have been excellent throughout with weekly updates. The installation was trouble free onto a prepared based using compacted MOT Type 1and gravel filled grids, completed in a day with great attention to our requirements by the team who were timely, polite courteous, patient and efficient. The quality of the finished office is great and we have no hesitation in recommending CS-Garden Offices, we would definitely use them again.

My new garden home is amazing. The 5 gentlemen that install the building and did the electrics were really helpful and kept me upto date with the progress. For example the electrician said that I did need to heaters for the size of the room so saved me some money so good tradesman not just installing thing. From start to finish - excellent! I made an extensive research for a month checking different companies, their reviews and materials they use for garden offices. After comparing my findings and quotes, CS- Garden Offices were the best choice from all aspects, material wise it is what I wanted, made with composite - zero maintenance. Budget was respected and Ralph made an effort to answer many questions, talked to us and explained everything so any doubts were removed. We had a regular weekly updates after signing the contract and felt safe with our decision. I am very glad we ended up choosing them as they delivered, and I am in love with my new studio/garden office. The size is 4.8x2.4m, absolutely perfect for my needs. As you can see in the pictures it can fit all furniture that was needed, from my desk, TV and a stand, chair/bed, sink etc. We opted for screw base, installed by them and I believe it's a better option than concrete, they leveled the floor of the studio even though our garden was uneven, so that is perfect. Everyone was nice and polite, guys did a great work installing the base and the studio, electric package was perfect for my needs with 4 double sockets and they checked everything with me, to make sure they place the sockets as I wanted it. The wait for installation was a couple of months, but it was worth the wait. If any questions or issues arises, they are quick to respond and help to resolve. It's an investment well worth and hopefully will also stand the test of time. It's a nice weather now so I haven't had a chance to check how well it keeps warmth, however it's insulated and I believe no issues will occur here. All in all, I am very happy and I recommend to anyone looking for a similar project to use these guys.

We have just had installation of our 3.6x3.6m garden room with French doors and two windows completed and we are delighted with the finished product. It was a big investment for us and we considered more budget alternatives but we’re so glad we went with cs-garden offices and would highly recommend them. We went to their showroom and had a great tour and were really impressed with their design and process including the insulation level, speed of assembly and ability to customise. During the customisation nothing was too much trouble and communication was great. Quotes and payments were clear and safe. We were always kept in the know and the installation was incredibly efficient, tidy and finished to the high level we were hoping for. (When we did have one issue with getting the large door frame through our terrace house it was solved rapidly.) Overall a big 5 stars from start to finish, thank you everyone at cs-garden buildings involved in our project.

They have been great through the whole process. The online configurator was handy to try and figure out what I wanted, but then added to that with an online consultation to go through the specifics. Pricing was very reasonable compared with some of the wooden structures I was looking at, and I loved that it was an all inclusive price without having to source separate electricians, decorators etc. Install was amazingly quick in less than 3.5 hours on site (although it is towards the small end), and communication through the whole process has been great. Would highly recommend to anyone else.

I've been really impressed by these guys. They've been a really great showcase of customer service and quality product. I ordered a 3.6 x 2.4 room, with ground screw base, full electric and data cable package. The room itself was built within 4 hours, which is incredible. The electrician came back on the next working day and did a good job cabling everything and running through all the options with me in detail. All in all I'd highly recommend them.

CS is the only company that could offer me a lean-to solution garden room next to the house and install it for us. All the team members are efficient and have been amazing with good communications. Their customer service is second to none thanks to Ralph and Anthony. So far living in the garden room has been better than in the conservatory. Summer: It doesn't become intolerably hot and the windows help the ventilation. Leaving the french doors open is a treat. Automn: it is 16 degrees on average. It is very easy to boost the heat a little higher to make it comfortable thanks to the insulation. Winter: the lowest was 6 degrees when it was very cold. Otherwise it is 10 to 12 degrees. It takes longer to warm up but it becomes very comfortable to read in there once heated up slightly for a short time. Spring: similar to the autumn. Easy to heat up and it keeps its warmth. You can feel the 7 cm insulation is working. Conclusion: the insulation of the garden room allows you to enjoy the space almost all year round apart from the very cold winter days unlike the conservatory which can be used from spring to ealy automn as it is too cold to heat up and would be a waste of money. The other benefits are: the possibility to add a partition The vents above the windows, the possibility to install a velux even at a later date. They even installed the catflap for us! The door adjustments were a bit of a pain and some finishing details could be improved but given the benefits and their good customer service I thoroughly recommend them. If I had to start again, I would have another garden room instead of the conservatory. It is so pleasant to have this garden room. A very happy customer.

We love our 4.8m x 3m garden building in Anthracite and would 100% recommend the sliding doors (over the normal ones). The staff were efficient from start to finish, but more importantly they were kind and friendly. One small complaint was there were a couple of resin/glue marks on the wall but we have managed to clean these off very easily. We would 100% recommend CS Garden from what we have experienced so far.

Our garden office was completed today and we are delighted with it! It looks great, it was assembled with no mess or fuss. The back room staff dealing with all my queries also need to be commended. They were so helpful and fielded dozens of emails from me over the past few months. They were always so friendly and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Having had a studio built recently I can highly recommend CS-Garden Offices. I did a lot of research before contacting the company and had a quote which I was more than pleased with. I was kept up to date each week by email advising me that the date arranged was on schedule. Any questions I had were answered promptly. When the men arrived they introduced themselves to me and already knew my name. They worked very hard and built the studio faster than I had expected considering it was a very hot day. They also left the place in a very clean and tidy manner. The electricians that came later in the week too were very pleasant and I could not fault any of them, especially as they had left so early in the morning owing to the distance they had to travel to get to me. I cannot thank the bulders, electricians and the staff in the office enough. I would highly recommend the company and would not hesitate to use them again if I ever needed more work.

Better than a conservatory One and a half days and it's ready to have an office, snuggle room, beauty salon or whatever you want. The material used is about 10 cm thick including the ceiling, which it makes it better than a conservatory, being so well insulated. Great teams. First day it took only 8 hours to raise the room and in the second day the electrics took about 5 hours with the reception of the room. I definitely recommend CS-Garden. Absolutely fantastic experience with CS Garden Offices! Ralph and his team were very helpful right from the start, providing all information on request. The installation team have turned up on time both days; they're all very nice people who have been happy to help with all our queries. Everything has been done very quickly and efficiently. The shell of the unit was up by midday on the first day, and then the windows, doors, roof and floor were all completed by mid-afternoon. The electrical team have turned up at 8am this morning, and it's all gone according to plan/schedule! They've even wallmounted the TV and bracket for us - very helpful as I wouldn't have had a clue! The office is all finished to a very high standard, and we have absolutely no complaints. We love it - it's going to get a lot of use! Thank you.

Brilliant garden office! The team were brilliant from design to install, quick, efficient and tidy. The office is a brilliant space and I don’t know when we did without it! Really versatile space that will be an office and garden room for us and we’re really pleased with it!

I’ve waited a couple of weeks to make a review to see what “issues” may arise, happy to report that the building is superb and far better looking than I thought it would be. From the beginning, they listened to what I wanted and advised what could be done. Having paid a deposit (just 10%), I got weekly updates on progress. The installers came in two waves; the first constructed the office, lovely people, happy to explain anything, arrived at exactly the time they said, left exactly on time having cleared up (far more than the mess they’d created). Second wave was the electricians - either side of the weekend - who firstly advised that there was a better (cheaper) way to cable the office then went above and beyond to install my TV bracket (“Why would we not just do it as we’re here?). One month later, it does genuinely take 15 minutes to heat and the insulation means it stays warm for the day. We love the space - my office finally not in the house, a games and craft space, home cinema and gym combined. What I’ll remember is Ralph and his team, how brilliant they all are and my new happy space

We are very happy with our new garden office. The company are very straightforward to deal with and the product is great. The main thing about this construction is there very little wood to rot, I believe only the floor has some OSB in it, so it should last well and be mostly maintenance free. I am also amazed how good the insulation is, requiring very little electricity to keep warm. We went for the 3.6mx3.6m and went for the optional full wiring and air conditioning install. The guys on site were very quick, the whole thing being installed in about 1.5 days including the wiring, aircon and the room itself. The only snag on ours was the ground screws didn't want to go into the ground. The area is a new build after demolition, and the ground is full of rubble once you dig down about 40cm. The solution was to stand it on slabs, which were provided instead, and a refund of the ground screw cost was given. It probably would have been better to find this out earlier and have some concrete pads put in to stand it on, but overall the slabs seems to work and the room is solid. It is well worth a factory visit if you are in the south of England. When they say they make everything on site they really mean it ! The panels are built from the raw plastic coated steel sheets and drums of chemicals to make the insulation. Even the window frames are made by the company from the aluminium extrusion. Overall a good experience with this company and a great product.

I contacted a few companies about a garden room. CS-Garden Offices were the only ones who came back to me. They were helpful, informative and patient while I made up my mind. Once I decided to proceed, they kept me informed throughout the build process. On the day of the installation, the team arrived early and worked hard to get it up before lunch time, with the electrics being sorted a couple of weeks later. It has been a joy to work with them from start to finish, and to say I'm happy with the final product is an understatement. I would 100% recommend them.

Whole process has been super easy. From ordering to install; CS garden rooms have been helpful; answering all questions I put to them, offering a suitable solution and always keeping me updated with timescales. Their method of pre fabricating in their factory before site installation was perfect for us to minimise disruption on our property; with the office taking just a day to install and electrics on the second day. From the initial enquiry, to having a survey and delivery/installation the entire team has been extremely helpful and hard working. We love the room and the flexibility it brings to our garden/household space. We have limited side access to our house and the team brought the panels through a tight space, much easier and quicker than a brick/timber built room and just as strong and very insulated. All fitted within a morning. Electrics fitted after very easily and even helped me save costs on using an existing electricity supply I had in the garden.

We have just had our garden room recently installed (today) From the initial looking at their website and requesting a quote, being kept up to date every Tuesday on the progress and start date, right through to the final product was fabulous. The guys were amazing, arrived prompt and early, cracked on in the sunshine and were super clean and tidy. They talked through where we wanted it placed, levelled it out with the extra paving slabs that were needed and answered any questions we had. The build took one day and then the electrics were complete the following day. Ralph & Aiden (I think) done the build and Rhys and Oakley done the electrics, from start to finish they were just superb and very helpful with the process the whole way through. I unfortunately didn’t get to watch the build or say goodbye to the guys as I had work but the husband had the pleasure of spending the day with them and I was updated with the progress through their Facebook story. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. No matter how many questions you have or how many times I had to ask for another quote as I just couldn’t make my mind up about colour or windows or the size, it was never an issue and they were more than happy to help and I never felt pressured into making a decision or forced to just get on with it.

Really pleased with our new garden room. We chose CS Garden offices as they offered a fab 2 day install which suited me better than a 4-6 week one. The garden room is well made and well insulated. All the guys have been friendly and worked well. Had an issue with the room being slightly unstraight but this was sorted professionally without hesitation. I've moved to working from home full-time and I needed to have a garden office to free up the bedroom I'd been occupying over the last 3 years. I looked at countless Garden Office companies but all quoted crazy prices and some only provided the building, but I wanted a company to come in and do the whole project (foundation, building, and electrics). I found CS-Garden Offices through Facebook and they were quick to respond and were able to give me a quote within a few days. The price was very competitive compared to the others and as the structure is galvanised steel, it requires much less maintenance than wood. I had it installed today by Ant and Ryan who cracked on with the job and got it completed within 4 hours. I can’t believe they fitted the 3.6m building into the 3.75m gap without disturbing anything! Just wanted to share my experience of dealing with CS-garden offices, who have supplied and built an amazing insulated, zero maintenance garden office for me (see pics). From the outset Ralph and his team were able to provide me with all the information to my queries that I raised. in addition they are quite flexible and you can modify your design up to 1 month before the drawing plans are finalised. Ralph also visits the site to get a better idea of how he can deliver your order and where exact siting will be, etc. This is on top of the weekly updates the send to keep you abreast of the install date. On the 1st day Anthony and his colleague arrived promptly and were able to get the ground screws installed quickly and the walls erected quickly and efficiently, ready for the electricians (Rhys and Oakley) to complete the electrics and data link connection on the 2nd day. Despite the very inclement weather and the muddy conditions they completed the job on time and without fuss or mess. Was originally quite skeptical, as with anything that costs a lot, in placing an online order with CS-Garden Offices. There are a lot of fraudsters out there ready to scam you and we had our doubts when the CS-Garden Offices wanted quite a bit upfront, even with the reassurance we got from the weekly updates and replies to our questions. However, that was all blown away once the two nicest builders came knocking on our door on our installation day. They worked really hard from 7:30am and had the building up ready for electrics by 3:30pm. Today, the electrician arrived and was just as nice. Garden office is solid and true to the spec advertised. I can say that although the doubt was all in my head (and I still advise everyone to still be weary of online purchases), CS-Garden offices are the real deal and if you have any doubt of scams or anything similar, you don't need to worry. Thank you to the team at CS-Garden Offices, brilliant garden office built and in only 2 days! Looking forward to working in there.

Terrible job, built 2 garden rooms for my company, 1 in lymington and 1 in eastleigh. Building moved so doors had to be realigned by maintenance company, left exposed trunking for electrical wires, left site a mess with wood shuttering and rubbish. Spoke to them multiple time and despite promises to make good, they never did. I deeply regret using them

CS Gardens have been brilliant, help you design the office and size to your specification, keep you up to date with progress of your office install. Always very quick to respond to emails or phone calls. They’ve done a fantastic job on my garden office; I really couldn’t be anymore happy with it, completely changed my work experience for the better being a WFH employee. The aftersales has also been outstanding, had a little fault, sent pictures via email, out the very next day and sorted the issue. You really couldn’t get a better service!

Very happy with our new office! Ralph was super helpful when we changed the spec a couple of times to fit within our budget. The guys that installed it were friendly, on time, efficient & tidy & was completed within a day! Electrics guys were again on time & explained exactly how the power line would be installed. Great new space delivered with no fuss. Comms throughout great. I had a bit of a rethink after initial order and Ralph and the team there were flexible and helpful. They turned up when they said they would, were polite and friendly and installation was sorted in two days with no hitches. Really can't fault the process and love the new office.

Don't waste your time with this company, as they are professional time wasters! Sent a request which they ignored. Contacted them via Facebook then they called. I sent them my request by email with drawings then no reply for over a month , even after follow up emails! Totally ignoring the emails Reached via Facebook again to then be told they cannot do it, for such a simple project. Buy at your own risk as they seem to chose who they want to sell to, mainly if you are buying for the first time from them. Utter unprofessional and waste of time.

I am delighted with my new lean-to. I was initially hesitant to this concept but from get-go Ralph alleviated all the concerns/questions I raised. I'm rating this job a 5 STAR STAR STAR!! Ralph and the lads did an amazing job. From start to finish it took less than 4 days, including electrics. The actual build itself took two and a half days and the size of my lean-to was 4.8m x 4.8m, so it wasn't small. They were always happy, smiley and polite. They cleaned up after each day's work, no mess no fuss. They were a class act and a real pleasure to interact with, always professional. I cant say that for many other builders I've come across. Aesthetically it looks well finished and really pleasing to the eye even the neighbours were curious, its the practical alternative to a brick built extension for much less stress, cost, not to mention mess and weeks of waiting. Cant wait to build the room at the end of the garden! Please see the pictures I've uploaded.

Ralph and the team at CS Garden Offices have been brilliant from the start, giving very helpful advice to ensure we got everything we wanted out of the room and even assisting with our planning permission drawings. The modelled images they send over are brilliant and really help you be able to visualise what it will look like. On the installation day the team were friendly and professional and took real care with the build to deliver a great product. We are delighted with our room and it’s been a great value was for us to get more space. We have had a great experience from start to finish and really can’t recommend CS Garden Offices highly enough.

Can't recommend Ralph and his team enough. They've turned a useless space behind our house into a large, light, attractive extra room at low cost and with no fuss. Ralph was really helpful in getting the design just right to fill the space and the whole thing was built in two days with no disruption at all to the rest of the house. Really pleased we found this company.

Well what can I say. Delighted with my new building. After alot! of quotes for extensions, conservatories,insulated sheds etc..I came across CS Garden Offices and found the perfect solution for me. They have given me two extra rooms off the back of my house for a fantastic price. The build took about 3 days (it was a big unit) and Ralph and his team were a pleasure and nothing was to much trouble. Having now moved in and using the rooms they are bright and airy and really feel like part of the house already. Highly recommend for an affordable extension to your home or for a room/office to use in your garden.

Great job! Ralph and the team did such a good job with our lean to extension. Absolutely love it and we hang out most of the time in there. It is surprisingly well insulated and we have used it all winter without having any heater installed. The process was super easy and stress free from start to finish. Installation was a 2 day job and I couldn't believe we ended up with a room in just two days! They were very friendly and professional, and even cleared up afterwards. I waited a few months to leave a review, and I am so happy that we have had no issues whatsoever with the structure despite the bad weather. Very pleased with this and my only regret is that we didn't opt for a larger room as it is such an amazing addition to our home.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! This product is superb! Surpasses all expectations, best quality, super well insulated, zero.maintenance and looks amazing! The team are great, efficient, hardworking, helpful and friendly. I believe this addition has instantly added value to the property - it's the best money I've ever spent. Highly, highly recommended. So pleased with my CS Garden Office. It is what they say it is, solidly constructed and very aesthetically pleasing on the eye both internally and externally. The team putting it up were quick, efficient and could not have been more helpful and Ralph was always on hand to make sure things were going to plan. Installation took about a day and a half. I have now been using the office for over a week in the coldest of conditions and have felt really well insulated and warm. I can sit and work with a great view of the garden through the full length double glazed units. Fantastic! Thank you Ralph and team for a doing such a brilliant job.

I had doubts in a begining- as its a new concept to the Garden office, as I just been through the year of refurb in my house so I have seen it all- bad and good :) , but Ralph has surprassed all of my critical expectaions. Its an absolutely stunning office and we couldnt wait to use, so we started using it straright away- it is so gorgeous. Also whole experience from start to end- was piece of cake.. I worried more than what it was worth. Love it.

I feel one star is way too much. Having problems with planning and building control being adhered to by this company. They think they can lay the building onto any sub base they what. Completion promised in three weeks, at week twelve and the foundations haven’t even been completed correctly. This building is going to be a living space for a disabled person.

We had our lean to built whilst away on holiday and so came home to a high quality, well finished product. Having had it for a couple of months we are still very happy with it! Ralph was very responsive to my questions and calls. They are reasonably priced and the lean-to we bought provides a well insulated extension to our home. I highly recommend them!
