Excellent team who installed a heat pump and hot water cylinder for me. Initial home visit lasted over 3 hours mainly because I kept asking questions and Simon who did the assessment actually bothered to answer them fully unlike others who have visited. Team who actually did the installation were great and took the greatest care to minimise any damage when taking up carpets or laminate flooring. Cannot recommend them too highly but at the moment they only cover Kent. I understand they are busy with quite a lot of work sorting out other installers work that has problems. If you need a heat pump and are in Kent this firm should be the top of your list to get a quote from. Three months on there was a small leak from the hot water cylinder, AAC group told about it Tuesday evening, they came to view on Wednesday morning and established that the problem was due to a manufacturing defect and got the manufacturers representative there that afternoon. They agreed it was defective and arranged for new cylinder to be provided. AAC group then shifted the work around so they could fit it on Friday morning and all work completed by the afternoon. I really cannot imagine a better service and I strongly recommend this firm for it customer care.

We had AAC Group fit two air source heat pumps for us and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the initial survey through to final commissioning, the team were professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with throughout. The installation itself was neat and efficient. The engineers clearly knew what they were doing, took care to explain each stage of the work, and left everything tidy when they were done. Having two units fitted could have been a complex job but they handled it with no fuss at all. What stood out was the attention to detail and the fact that nothing felt rushed. Any questions we had were answered clearly and honestly, and the aftercare has been just as good. If you’re considering switching to an air source heat pump, I’d have no hesitation recommending AAC Group. Excellent work from start to finish.

I'm a writer, so bear with me - I have a lot of good things to say about this company, its staff, and the quality of their work. Every now and then a company comes along that doesn’t just do a job - they remind you that genuinely good people still exist. And trust me, these days that’s rarer than Kent getting snow. I’m a disabled man with complex needs. I’m in a wheelchair, mostly housebound, and I live with severe PTSD. Because of that, things many people barely think about - having workers in your home, trusting strangers, dealing with appointments - can feel like climbing a mountain in flip-flops… covered in custard. So when I first contacted ACC Group, I expected the usual: forms, agents, and a bit of “computer says no”. Instead, the first person I dealt with was the **owner himself**. Not a receptionist. Not a call centre. The actual owner. After telling me a very cool story about his lightning tattoos (seriously, ask him about them), he took the time to listen properly, understand my situation, and treat me like a human being rather than just another job number on a spreadsheet. That alone told me this company was built differently. When the work started, two members of the team arrived: **Naz and Chris** (who I later learned is the owner’s son). Within minutes it felt less like contractors had arrived and more like two family members had popped round to help. No awkwardness. No rushing. No making me feel like I was a problem to manage. Above and beyond doesn’t even begin to cover it. They worked quickly, professionally, and to a very high standard (and trust me, I'm a miserable git when it comes to workmanship). The quality of the work was excellent, but what stood out even more was the respect and humanity they showed while doing it. Naz is honestly one of the nicest people you could ever meet. You can see how much pride he takes in his work, but even more than that how much he genuinely cares about people. Chris is a real credit to his dad and the company - polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and clearly proud of the family business they’ve built together. For over **ten years** I’ve mostly been inside my home due to PTSD and mobility issues. Naz and Chris didn’t treat me like “the disabled customer” or a problem. They treated me and my family with dignity, kindness, and respect. ACC Group didn’t just come to my home and do a job (which they did brilliantly). They gave me back something I didn’t realise I’d slowly lost over the years. My faith in people. You haven’t just built a great business - you’ve built a company full of genuinely decent human beings, and that says everything about the person running it.

I very happy and satisfied customer. We had recently moved into a new property with an ASHP already installed by the builder, it was not working very well, cutting out several times a week. Simon came out and diagnosed the problem and even managed to have it running over the Christmas period, with a view of a more longer lasting remedy in the new year. We recently had a Vaillant Airotherm Air Source Heat Pump installed and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish the team were professional, knowledgeable and incredibly considerate. They turned up exactly when they said they would, worked efficiently and kept everything clean and tidy throughout the installation which made a huge difference while juggling work and home life. It was reassuring to use a local company covering Hawkinge, Folkestone, Kent and you could really tell they take pride in their reputation. Readene was especially thoughtful and friendly and she took the time to explain what was happening at each stage while making sure everything was left spotless at the end of the day. I had to leave my dog at home while I was at work and she was great with him which really put my mind at ease. Nothing felt rushed and no question was too much trouble. The new heating system is working brilliantly and the house is already noticeably warmer and more comfortable. What really stood out was the care taken at the end of the job when Simon came over to personally show me how to use the system properly. Having that clear and thorough handover meant I didn’t need to take extra time off work and I now feel confident running everything myself. On top of that having a maintenance agreement in place gives real peace of mind knowing the system will be properly serviced and looked after long term. Overall the whole team genuinely went above and beyond to get this installed and it shows in both the quality of the work and the level of customer care. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering an air source heat pump installation.

I have just had a Heat pump installed by AAC. What a great exerience! From our initial call to Simon to final commissioning by Rae the whole job was excellent. Our first meeting was thorough full of information and no hard sell. AAC left no stone unturned when it came to surveying the job which gave us confidence to go ahead with the install. The whole team have been fantastic even when removing our oil tank became a challenge! Everyday the job was left spotlessly tidy and we were kept informed every step of the way. I can't recommend AAC highly enough!

After being granted planning permission with certain regulations, one of them being Air Source Heating, we panicked as we did not have a clue where to begin. Luckily our plumber knew and recommended AAC who took complete control of our residential project from start to finish including the gov. grant. Simon and Raye are an incredible team, we cannot sing their praises high enough - knowledge, advice, options, recommendation, excellent communication, timekeeping, the list of praise is endless so this review is so well deserved. Simon and Raye were so patient in explaining how the system works along with how clever and interesting Heat Pumps are - they do work really well if installed properly, so please choose wisely! From my initial phone call, until Craig, the engineer completing the work I have found my dealings with this company a pleasure! The service from the three employees I dealt with was exceptional! How refreshing to deal with a company so professionally managed. In my experience, there is no other aircon company in Ashford that comes anywhere near close.

I’m not really surprised AAC have consistent 5 star ratings. Kendhal and his team installed my aircon and maintain it. They are reliable, courteous and punctual. Nothing us too much trouble. Proper old school customer service
