Hi J & M Refrigeration, I was trying to call you on the provided tel no. but it is connecting to the Dixy shop? couldy you check your website and correct the tel no. otherwise all calls are going there. People need to contact you same as me so please do that you might be good but I didn't use your service yet so I just put 1 star. Thanks

Waste of time company, do not use. Only interested in selling you products no aftercare service.

Really had a positive experience with the work team at J&M. The customer service team were very helpful and informative and the engineers that came to the job did outstanding work. Can not recommend J&M enough.

TERRIBLE SERVICE - They do not care about the customer. Spent over £700 and was then told the fridge needed another part( I know this can happen with repairs Iv been in the catering game for 10 years, but they should give some advice about weather its worth spending any money on a repair)I actually had to call them to find out this! They didn't call to let me know the situation. They didn't advise at all the fridge was probably not worth working on. Whenever I asked for an idea about price each person told me that it's not their department. When I questioned their poor service, they told me I was shouting and was rude and hung up on me ( I spoke clearly about their poor service) They're very defensive which makes me think they have people moaning about them alot because they give terrible service. I was never told my fridge( that did still work before they came, but not perfectly)would be out of action for a few days. If I had been told this I never would have said go ahead. Then once they finished the job nobody Called me too let me know the situation. I had to call them up and they said they would try and get a quote to me the next day to fix another part. The level of urgency is so poor, when they can see that your business runs on this fridge. Don't touch this company with a barge pole. The engineer said that he didn't even have to call me if he didn't want to. That it was someone else's job. Classic case of no responsibility, it's not their fault for anything that's happened. I take full responsibility for using this this terrible company and I never will again. I hope that you read my review and don't use them either.

I would stay clear of this company, especially the sales rep Gaetan. We spent tens of thousands of pounds on refrigeration. Gaetan was only helpful before the sale was made. As soon as the fridges were delivered there were issues. They are full of empty promises and customer service is appalling. We have needed numerous repairs to fix issues. Please do not support this company as you will be disappointed with your purchase.
