He asserted that operating the boiler at 4 bar is standard practice, which is not accurate. Such pressure is unsafe and may cause system damage. For this reason, I would strongly recommend avoiding hiring him.

Excellent service from Joe. I was very confused about the gas pipes being unfamiliar with the layout but Joe was able to explain to me in simple terms and what was required to solve my problem. Quick and efficient service and definitely use Gibbons Gas again for any Boiler/Gas needs.

I had a great experience working with Joe, he was reliable, skilled, and refreshingly down-to-earth. He installed a tap extension with no fuss, securely fixed my water butt to the shed (even factoring in the quirks of the structure), and kindly took on some ad hoc work when a painting decided to part ways with the wall. What I appreciated most was his flexibility and attention to detail—he didn’t just do the job, he made sure it was done properly and with care.
