Jack is frequently highlighted for his friendly, clear communication, taking time to talk through property options and explaining how to operate the controls. Clients particularly appreciate the neat finish, careful attention to detail with fittings, and the thorough clean-up left at the end of each job.
Excellent service from start to finish. The air conditioning was installed professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Jack was friendly, punctual, and left everything clean and tidy. The system works perfectly and has made a huge difference. Highly recommended.
After searching for local companies, we decided to use Jack at SetTemp, and we're so glad we did. Jack is very professional and talked us through the process and options best suited for our property. They kept us updated and completed the job on time and within budget. From start to finish, SetTemp offered a complete package, including the electrical installation. Jack comes highly recommended; we will be using him again in the near future.
Great service from start to finish. All options considered and job carried out professionally to a very high standard. I Would recommend Jack for any of your air con needs.
Jack installed a unit at our house recently. He was very nice to talk to, pricing was transparent and he was very fast to complete the work. Also, he cleaned up very well after the install. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for an aircon unit in Kent.
I have been very happy with the A/C units installed by Jack in my home. The installation was thorough and efficient, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. The units work beautifully and make a real difference in both summer on the cooling setting and winter on the heating setting. If you are looking to improve the comfort of your home, I would highly recommend reaching out to Jack!
Jack is a hard worker, clean, tidy and efficient. His attention to detail is superb, even to making sure all trunking was exactly in the centre between two windows so that it looked correct. We had two units put in last week, one for the sitting room and one in our bedroom and we are so comfortable now. Jack made sure that we knew how to control them and was very patient with our questions. It was good to see people walking past our bungalow and asking him if he could put units in for them, showing how professional his work is. Thank you Jack, we really can't recommend you highly enough.
Absolutely outstanding service from Jack and the team at SetTemp Air Conditioning 👏🏻 Our air conditioning at work broke down during one of the hottest days of the year, so we needed a fix quickly. Jack and his team come out to us urgently and managed to get it sorted for us in no time. From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly and efficient. Communication was excellent throughout, the installation was completed to a very high standard and everything was left clean and tidy. Jack took the time to explain how the system worked and answered any questions we had too! We’re delighted with the new system and couldn’t recommend Jack and his team highly enough. Jack who came to install my aircon was wonderfully kind and hard working. He explained everything to me so clearly whilst installing it and guided me on all its different settings and uses once installed. He did a fabulous job and it looks great. It’s been neatly finished and the product does its job very well. Thank goodness for it in this heatwave. I’ve been enjoying the nice cool breeze everyday since then.
