PRT provided a great service when I had a problem with my domestic heating system. The engineer arrived at the time promised and worked hard to resolve the issue. The problem turned out to be more complex than anticipated but, with the help of others in the team, the engineer's persistence paid off and he got to the nub of the problem. I would 100% thoroughly recommend the team and will most certainly be using them again in future for boiler services, etc.

PRT are a very professional, organised and experienced company, they have provided me with exceptional service every time I have contacted them. Most recently they have installed a new boiler in my loft, once again the job was completed in a timely manner and to the highest standards while also ensuring all is left clean and tidy, I highly recommend.
PRT have done a great job replacing my old boiler for a shiny new one. I wanted it moving from the airing cupboard to the loft which was no trouble at all. What stood out for me the most was how professional and in tune the installation team were. I would definitely recommend them.
