We received fantastic service from Comfort Temperature Solutions. They installed a heat pump and air conditioning system in our community centre, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial site survey through the complex installation, commissioning, and ongoing aftercare, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Communication was excellent at every stage of the project with expert advice. All of this was delivered at a very competitive price. I would highly recommend Comfort Temperature Solutions to anyone looking for a reliable and professional HVAC company. It was a genuine pleasure to work with them.

I'm very happy with the service received. Scott came out to provide a quote promptly and they provided the quickest install date. I was also impressed with the detail with which we discussed the AC install prior. The price was competitive too. On the day, the team were polite and professional. The install was perfectly done with everything left spotless. The whole install took just half a day and they provided a detailed run down of the system and its capabilities. Very impressed!

Highly recommend Steve and his team at Comfort Temperature Solutions. They installed for us: four inside units and two outside units to provide AC around the whole house. We chose Steve because he offered a tidier and more functional solution for upstairs (the inside units were installed above the doors and the condensation is pumped back to the outdoor unit as opposed to the gutters or down pipes). CTS were competitive on the price compared with other quotes I received. Everything was installed within 2 days. Steve would always came back to me and answered all my questions. The only downside is that TCS don't do the electrics and you'll need to find an electrician who will provide power to the units (up the isolator). This is not unusual as other people I got quotes from don't do the electrics either. The team was very diligent at leaving the house tidy, they took all the rubbish, hoovered and were respectful around the house.

I can’t recommend Scott and his team highly enough. From start to finish Scott was a dream to work with. He was always on hand to answer any questions I had and help me make a decision on what would work best for us. Install day was perfect. I hate having people in to do work as it is usually such a stress but I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Very respectful and treated my house is if it was their own, an extremely pleasant and considerate team. If your after air con, don’t bother looking anywhere else, you’ll be wasting your time, these are the guys to choose.

This was our first AC installation, and it has been a huge improvement to working in our garden office during the summer – we can now keep doors and windows closed to shut out the heat and background noise. We highly recommend this company who were easy to deal with throughout; from initial quotation, through booking the installation with the office, to the actual installation itself which was undertaken in such a professional manner. Fabulous installation! From the first call, through quoting and organising the work Sarah and her admin team were excellent and the communication spot on. On one of the hottest days of the year, Liam & Chris were great and did everything without fuss. Even a Glitch with the outside unit was sorted very professionally. The company was quick to respond to my inquiry to arrange a visit for a quote. Extremely knowledgeable about the products vs our requirements and were helpful in choosing a suitable AC unit for our garden room. The team were on time, polite and friendly and did a first class installation that works a treat. Tidied up after themselves at the end and were all round fantastic to deal with.

Can’t recommend CTS highly enough, contacted them and they were out within 24hrs to quote and the work was done in a matter of weeks. The install was slick and all the pipes were hidden away and everything was cleaner when they finished than it was before they started. The cherry on top for our new extension and we are very happy. Had Air Conditioning fitted in my log cabin home office by Comfort Temperature Solutions. Very pleased with the work carried out and they went the extra mile to place the unit in an area where it wouldn't spoil the look of the garden. The fitters turned up when they said they would and did a tidy very job. The unit is incredibly quiet on both heat and cool functions and is of very good quality. I would highly recommend their services.

They came up with a comprehensive plan to suit our needs and the layout of our house, and also replaced some poor quality trunking from a previous installer. All communications before the install were really informative and Scott was always quick to reply with solutions. Steve and the team installed an air-conditioning unit in our summerhouse. We now have 9 very relieved guinea pigs and 3 equally relieved chinchillas. Steve responded quickly to my initial enquiry, visited the next day and the unit was installed by the middle of the following week by 2 of the most polite and friendly guys. This is at a time where other companies are advising of ridiculously long waiting times. Genuinely couldn't have been a better experience all round. Thank you so much!

Steve and the team helped us when a previous "Air Con Specialist" installed the pipework incorrectly (badly crimped the joints, which failed pressure testing) then failed to respond to repeated request to come back and finish the work (before eventually closing their business down). Due to on going building work being held up, I was desperate to get the pipework repaired and a solution implemented. At short notice Steve came and inspected and created a plan to resolve the pipework failures. He then came back as agreed, repaired the problem areas (replaced failed joints) tidied up the rest of the work then tested and quoted to complete the rest of the job which the original air con firm failed to do. His prices were fair, he was prompt and professional and his team were great. Cannot recommend highly enough.

After getting numerous quotes from other local companies, Steve was by far the most responsive, punctual and honest with what we could achieve in our awkward space. I was sold on this company from first contact, the fact their quote was the best was not the overall deciding factor, but was a huge bonus. Steve and his team are a pleasure to do business with. They arrived on time as stated, kept noise to a minimum, was respectful and friendly. After the work was completed they left my room so clean as if no work had been carried out at all. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! With the hot weather this summer I was looking at having air con fitted at home. After searching online I rang a couple of the usual companies based in and around Coventry who either weren't interested or didn't bother turning up to give a quote! Whilst I was at work on one of the hottest days, I searched again and guess what? These guys popped up. Rang the number and spoke to Steve and he said I can come out in the evening to give a quote which I was happy for him to do. Steve turned up prompt and looked around and proposed what needed doing and where was best to fit the units! Quoted the job and we agreed the price and a date when he could fit them! Steve and his team turned up on a Saturday morning and hit the ground running! Very tidy and with minimal disruption caused! They were done and dusted by 2pm which I was surprised with! The system was commissioned, a demo was given and hand over done! Call it fate but I'm glad the other 2 companies didn't show up! Not very often I'll publicly recomend a company as I'm a firm believer of they get paid to do the job properly and anything less is substandard. But Scott and his team were brilliant from start to finish, initially visiting and discussing all the options with us, before being on hand to answer a multitude questions before we'd even agreed he would do the work. On installation day he turned up on time, and did all the work as planned. Some mess is always expected with any type of tradesman especially when drilling into walls and routing pipe work. But Scott & Chris left zero mess, nothing at all. The work was done exactly as discussed and within the time frames given. Nothing was to much trouble even taking time to explain why they were doing things in certain ways. The price was also highly competitive. 10/10 Highly Recommended Well done guys, greatly appreciated 👏
