Used LGS Plumbing and Heating for the installation of our new Air Source Heat Pump. Very professional service, with great assistance from the start of the process, through installation of the unit and new central heating system, getting the grant and aftercare. Would definitely recommend!

After being let down with poor workmanship many times by a number of companies in Brighton we were fortunate to find LGS Plumbing and Heating. They installed new boilers both at our home and a rental property we have. We would not dream of going anywhere else. The team are very professional, very well organised and very friendly. It's reassuring to know if we have a problem we can phone them with the confidence that they will get it sorted.

They recently fitted a new boiler in my property and tackled a more complicated gas supply issue in our old building with absolute professionalism and expertise. From the outset, the communication with Malika and Jane in the office was clear and fast to respond, and Ben took the time to explain every step of the work needed. The supply job wasn’t straightforward due to the age and size of the building and with multiple flats in the building the complexity of the gas pipe runs, but a step-by-step plan was developed and they handled it with skill and care, ensuring everything was compliant, safe, and efficiently resolved. Their attention to detail was second to none, and they left the work area clean and tidy. The team was friendly, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable, putting my mind at ease throughout the projects. I’m so pleased with the work they’ve done—our new boiler is running perfectly, and gas supply issue solved. Took out an old boiler system and replaced with a new combi. Turned up on time, did the work in the time they said. Lots of floorboards up, carpets up, but everything left neat and tidy. Very professional.

I have no hesitation in recommending Ben and his team. Ben responded quickly to the job advert and came round next morning to quote for mine project. The quote was not only fairly priced but also detailed and any additional work if required were discussed openly and honestly. The job started on the promised date and finished in less than 2 days.
