My husband and I had been thinking about getting air conditioning in our house for a while so we contacted Eaglereach Mechanical Ltd to get a quote after seeing the 5* reviews online. Nick who is the Director of the company arranged a convenient day to come round to do this. Nick was very punctual and listened to what we needed. He also showed us pictures of previous work he had done at other properties. Overall the installation would take around 2 days to put in. On the two days we had allocated to do the work Nick turned up on time and got straight on with the job in hand. He was very respectful and methodical in what he did and always tidied up afterwards. Once the air conditioning installation was completed Nick showed us how we can work the air con units from our mobile phones. First we had to download an app but then once you had created a User ID and Password it was quite easy to use. This is useful if you're out and want the house cooled before you get home. There is a remote control with each unit as well so you can use that instead, it was really down to personal preference. Overall we were very happy with Nick's work. Very nice friendly guy. We would highly recommend Eaglereach Mechanical Ltd.

The absolute gold standard of tradesmen - I found Nick from Eaglereach Mechanical after looking for someone to achieve a tricky Mitsubishi Electric heat pump/air conditioner install in an older property and found them a pleasure to deal with. Nick attended promptly and took the time to discuss the ideas I had and sense check them before providing a full quote. I was able to pay a deposit using credit card which brought great peace of mind when so many local traders would only take cash or bank transfer. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order and on the install day he got straight to work, installing the components in the most logical way but also taking care to ensure that they were neat and tidy in appearance with minimal destruction - difficult to achieve in a period property! Eaglereach came up with some very clever solutions to issues as they came up which meant that functionality and appearance could be preserved. They also took the time to clean up after themselves and ensure that everything was working fully - not only the basic install, but integrations with apps and other extras. Gaps were sealed, surfaces made good and even floor vacuumed and outside areas swept clean. I then happily made the balancing payment, again on credit card, without issue or request for additional payment. Have since recommended Nick and Eaglereach Mechanical to friends and would happily recommend their services to anyone looking for a top quality, professional and considerate air conditioning/heat pump install.

Really happy with our new air conditioning units. Fitted with great care taken not to mark a newly decorated bedroom. All of the cabling looks very neat on the outside of the house. Would definitely recommend.

I recently had a Panasonic air‑conditioning unit installed by Nick from Eaglereach and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the initial quote through to installation, he was organised, punctual and made everything feel straightforward at a time when I’ve got a lot of other renovation work happening around the house. Nick worked around the ongoing building work without any fuss, coordinated well with my electrician, and made sure everything was set up exactly where I needed it. Just had full house 5 units and one external unit nick come and looked and give a price which was good nick turned up Monday and fitted indoor units no pipes or wires showing was very clean no mess then he moved to outside I was impressed how neat it all is and good detail to finish I would recommend nick in a heartbeat . And it all works with the automation in the house .

I highly recommend Eaglereach for any air conditioning installation. Nick is an absolute professional. From initial consultation through to install, everything was seamless. Two units installed in a day, exactly as planned. I don’t usually give 5 stars on anything but I just can’t fault Nick.

Eaglereach recently installed a cabinet style Panasonic aircon unit in a large bedroom with the outside unit on an adjacent flat roof. Dealing with Nick was very straight-forward and the entire installation completed within one day. The workmanship was excellent, the price very reasonable and the result highly effective. Would not hesitate in employing Eaglereach in the future or indeed recommending him to any prospective clients.

Nick was amazing, very reasonably priced, hard working, reliable and communicative. Sorted us out with new AC units in two bedrooms and external unit as well as recommending an electrician to sort out the work of a new fuse box. I rang Nick at Eaglereach without any recommendation from anyone. This was to solve having another uncomfortable nights sleep over the Summer months in Brighton. From the very first call he was helpful, gave me plenty of options and gave his honest opinions on what was best. He is just generally a really good man and has your best interests at heart. The price was more than reasonable but his skill in terms of the installation was second to none. I can not rate Nick and Eaglereach any more which is a high bar given my experience in the construction market. Do give Nick a call, he is worth every penny.

We have used Eaglereach twice now to put aircon in 2 of our bedrooms. I have to say, both times, Nick turned up on time & was such a positive happy person, it was a delight to have him around. Cost wise - Nick quoted us on both occasions & never changed the price, so we did indeed pay what we expected. Eaglereach have just finished installing a Daikin ducted a/c system with zoning for the upstairs rooms in our house. Nick responded quickly to the initial enquiry, visited promptly and then suggested a system that would work for both heating and cooling all year round. Nick provided a quote to install 3 rooms with AC units, one split & the other 2 from a multi split condenser. The actual cost came in under his initial estimate. Nick arrived promptly on the start date & installed the single split unit that day. The second day he completed the multi split installation. The complete installation looks really neat & tidy with all the power supplies & chiller line's enclosed in some really nice looking ducting. This was a revelation, I initially found Nick through a Facebook advert and was not sure as it was social media but thought lets give it a chance. I had clear and concise communication from the start and was walked through the initial project. The work that Nick carried out was clean and tidy and placed exactly where I wanted it. The biggest difference from comments back from friends who have seen it has been how clean and tidy the work has been to what they have seen previously. Since the first project, Nick has come back to do project number two and again exceeded expectations. If you are looking for someone who is fair and honest, give Nick a call. I used him for a residential project but I know he does commercial work too.
