Fantastic service from start to finish. I had a broken double glazed unit in my door. They were able to give me an estimate quickly without having to inspect. Pricing was very reasonable. They then came to measure up quickly and the made to measure unit was installed by them a week or so later. Competitive pricing and great service.
Totton Glass is a family run business with traditional values, friendly, reliable and still in the heart of Totton providing glass to the community and other business organisations, they close an hour for lunch, which is reasonable. Great little company and one of the only glass shops I know of, they go above and beyond for their customers old and new.
Great local glazing company. We had a project we were completing and one of the windows got broken which could of been a nightmare but we called Totton glass and they were able to help us from the minute they answered. Helping with the right specification and panes we needed which were double glazed units for UPVC frames. They also had an incredible lead time/ turn around. Appreciate all the help and would reccomend them to anyone needing glass. Definatley saved the day for us.
I needed a piece of toughened glass to replace a pane on our greenhouse. I rang round for quotes, this was the most reasonable, so I ordered with them. I found the staff friendly and helpful, this does have the feel of a family business serving the community. I would definitely use Totton Glass again. My wife is very pleased that the greenhouse is fixed.
Wanted greenhouse glass , no problem shop keeper knew what we wanted it was already cut to size in and out no fuss at all highly recommended.

It has parking spaces at the front of the shop. Good attention to the client, you place your order, pay and wait for a phone call a few days until the glasses are ready to collect.

Really helpful. Needed to get a tempered glass cut to size, no problem at all. Friendly staff, easy parking.

No reply to my e-mail after 4 days and cannot be bothered to answer the telephone either. Gone to Atkinson glass instead as thier reply came back after 4 hours.
