Robbie and his lads done a lovely job on a very old conservatory I had, replacing all windows and doors and installing a warm roof, which we can use all year round now, previously they had done the front of my house and my neighbours with new windows and composite doors which is also a lovely job.
We suspected there might be issues early on when we were asked to pay a deposit to secure a start date, and then had to actively chase them up after payment to actually receive one. We were initially given a start date of 30th June, but the work didn’t begin until 16th July. On that day, we were asked to pay an additional deposit which now covered 86% of the total deposit before work commenced, and all that was done was the timber frame being put up. Another contractor was to work on the chimney breast for the media wall, and Robbie insisted that contractor finish before they could continue, even though he had originally told us they would complete the media wall first. It felt like they changed their story to buy time. The chimney breast contractors were punctual and completed their work without issue. We repeatedly contacted Robbie to return and finish the job, but were met with ongoing delays, missed appointments, and no communication. The media wall was supposed to be cut for a soundbar before the Venetian plaster was applied, yet they later suggested cutting it after plastering, which made no sense. Even the subcontractor was unhappy with that idea, and we refused. Eventually, we gave them an ultimatum to complete the job on a specific date or not return, as the situation had become too stressful. They did come back and finished the job, but the quality was poor. Within hours, the LED lights were hanging off like Christmas lights, and we had to reinstall the TV ourselves. To top it off, they later asked for an extra £100 because we declined their suggestion to cut the wall after plastering. We refused to pay anything further. Overall, I would strongly advise avoiding this company if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.
I had a side door fitted to my garage by RW Design. They were very up front about all associated costs and delivered the work quickly and efficiently. I plan to come back to them if I require further work on my house in the future.
DO NOT USE this guy/company. He's has recently LIQUIDATED his company (Jan 2025) and set up another with very similar name. Don't believe me follow the link below: https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/11992904 In short, he took all my money and left leaving me with unfinished build (no roof, no internals, windows/doors not fitted correctly) Paid him as quoted at relevant points of the build. At roof level (3 months after predicted completion date) took a £18k payment, made ever excuse to delay, then made up an fake bill (10 months after predicted completion date) for 'unforseen work' which I stupidly paid, this took my paymens paid to quotation price dispute having a £4.2k fee on completion. Once he recieved payments, down tooled and left leaving me with an unfinished build!!! This was to be completed in Dec 2021 which slipped to Mar 22 and still stands how it was left as he refused to complete. So before you go ahead and enquire about works to your home or know of any family/close friends thinking the same, think twice before using this company and what he is going to do with your hard earned money, don't fall another victim of this conman....
Top marks for this company from start to finish, didn’t think I could achieve this look in my living room due to the terrible design of my original window, .Rob and his team set to work and can honestly say I absolutely love my media wall . Great design great work.

Robbie, follow on to first review. 7.14am is not 9am. Did you really expect the Village Hall to be open then?!! Can't see anything from outside, so photos attached. The screw holes are where the closer broke off. Wasn't windy enough to video the blinds billowing out. We were promised a replacement for damaged half of front doors but.............. Still not rectified 1.10.2024 (Windows & Doors Installed April 2022 so looks like poor quality materials)
Robbie, appears to be a class 1 expert and has charm and charisma. However assured me my renovation would be complete in an 8-12 week window. Paid a substantial ammount (now crazy) payment terms. All I can say he was 13 weeks over due, down to exorbitant reasons (flat tires, traffic jams, building inspector, sacking people, delivery truck stuck on the a19(they never came) and the best one weather conditions on an internal refurbishment!) 25 weeks on, Rob presented me with an additional "cash" only bill which included work from the original invoice when I questioned this He walked off the job. I did tell him I would pay for the extras but not a front door or window which was on plans submitted to Rob to qoute against. Since then I have found out he has bad mouthed me as a non payer. Throughout the build on days or weeks he did not attend my project he posted regularly All the good work he was completing elsewhere on social media. He is a window salesman at best and I have had to rectify his poor quality work he should of completed at my additional cost (barring the extra) His subcontractors, plumbers, electrician etc are spot on! Just seemed like when Rob or the RW lads did any physical work it needed re work. He will no doubt respond to this review with some extraordinary explanation. But when you see this Rob. I'd take up mowing lawns if I were you. Building pride of teesside my eye!
Not very happy with our £10,000 replacement doors and windows. Blinds billow in the draughts through one window, had to resort to draught excluder on a fire exit door which has already been readjusted on a number of occasions. Frame now splitting in two places on another outside door.
Robbie and the guys gave a first class service. From the original inspection/quote through to the removal of scaffolding and hand-over, all workmanship and communication was conducted in a very friendly, professional manner.
Brilliant Job again by Robbie and his team. Highly recommended!

From initial contact to completion of the work, the company responded very quickly and kept me up-to-date re progress. RW Design fitted new french doors in my kitchen and a door/window in my utility room. There was a slight issue with the glass, which delayed the install, but the error was due to incorrect measurements by the glass supplier. I was extremely happy with the overall workmanship, quality and service I received from the company and I would recommend them unreservedly to anyone considering future works.

I contacted the company for a quote for a new back door ,they were here within 24 hrs ,great price & workmanship ,finished to a high standard, couldn’t fault them at all ! I will be using them again .

They took the back door out bricked it up and put me some bifolds where the dining room window was. couldn’t fault the work they where punctual tidy and very professional would highly recommend them
Paid to plaster whole house for a house renovation, very poor job, house left on complete mess everywhere splattered with plaster ! poor finish around light switches. New central heating system had just been put in boiler and all new radiators left a state, behind/ around radiators poor finish! Had to clean up old bags and dried lumps of plaster myself despite a skip outside! I did not have much experience with renovation and Feel very bitter towards this company for taking advantage of that.
Excellent service received from Robbie and the team. They built a gazebo over my hot tub and extended my patio area. Work was to high standard, they were really professional and friendly. I would highly recommend and will most definitely use them again.
