Absolutely first rate, fast and friendly service
First class service from John. Answered my initial out of hours call immediately. Phoned me back the next day when he said he would. Turned up on time to do the job. Fixed the problem with my door and left the place clean and tidy. Perfect!
Absolutely fantastic service, work completed out to a high standard.
My composite door wasn’t closing properly and I’d been told the pins in the hinges were bent. Having made the call to JD he was there literally 10mins later and promptly told me there was nothing wrong with the hinges and that they just needed re adjusting to get the door realigned, closing properly.. Honest, professional and reliable
Rang them and they were out in less than 30 mins. Friendly, professional service and talked us through the issue with the door. Fixed it there and then and all for a fair price. Cannot recommend this company enough.
Not an expert in lock fixing so I can only go of the fact that the guy turned up on time infact 15 mins early did the job and it's fixed...whole thing set me back £150 which is steep as I could of replaced the lock for about £35 if the door wasn't locked shut. But cheap compared to a door that is locked close....... So basically you can trust h to sort the door
Great service from John. Phoned just prior to lunch and he came straight out to rectify my misaligned door and also replace a failed multilock gearbox, which was preventing me from locking it. He aso fixed a window lock which was giving problems. Highly satisfied, John was very polite and professional and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
Rapid response, really helpful with advice and time. Would recommend to anyone.
I thought I needed a new door or at least a new lock. What I really needed was an expert who arrived when he said he would, fixed the main problem, had a look at the back door as well & gave me tips for keeping things working smoothly in the future. Can't recommend highly enough.
Fabulous service. I only rang yesterday and the job is done already. Not only fixed my lock on porch door but fixed my other door too that hasnt shut properly for a long time. I thought I needed a new door but it was fixed in minutes. Very reasonably priced. I'm well impressed and will definitely use this company in the future.
