I had to call the company to see if they had come, it was only because the back gate was left open that I knew they had been. Original dirt and marks left on every window. All upstairs window stills were appalling. The man came back to look at the issue. He offered to redo them all but my issue wasn't one window, it was all of them. My large lounge windows had original watermark everywhere (1st picture). Disappointed customer. I've added photos but it doesn't show up very well on my camera.
