Really impressed with EasyClean Windows. They were friendly,reliable,and did a brilliant job on the windows,frames and sills. Everything looked spotless when they finished and the service was really professional from start to finish. Jordan did a fantastic job cleaning the windows on the front and back of our terraced house. He was able to fit us in at the last minute, was really flexible around working from home, and made the whole process easy. The windows are spotless, and the service was friendly and professional. RIGHT… I don’t normally come on here to complain BUT I am actually FUMING and people need to be warned 🚨 Booked a “window cleaner” thinking I’d get a nice, professional job… WHAT A JOKE. Turned up LATE with ZERO communication ❌ no message, no apology, nothing!! Just shows up whenever he feels like it?? First red flag 🚩 Now let’s talk about the actual “cleaning” because WOW 😳 STREAKS EVERYWHERE. SMEARS ALL OVER THE GLASS. PATCHES COMPLETELY MISSED. I’m actually not even exaggerating when I say SOME WINDOWS LOOK WORSE THAN BEFORE 🤯 HOW is that even possible for someone whose JOB it is to clean windows?! Whole thing was rushed like he couldn’t wait to get off my drive. No care, no attention, just a quick splash and dash 💦🏃‍♂️ and off he goes. When I pointed it out I basically got a shrug like I was the problem?? EXCUSE ME??? AND THE PRICE 💸💸💸 absolutely shocking for what was done. I feel like I’ve PAID to have my windows made worse. Could’ve done a better job myself with a £2 spray and some kitchen roll from Tesco 🤦‍♀️ Honestly I’m so annoyed. Please do yourself a favour and AVOID. There are MUCH better, reliable window cleaners out there who actually take pride in their work — this is NOT one of them ❌ TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. LESSON LEARNED 😡 In response to the comment made by the business, I would like to clarify the following. I am a genuine customer and have no connection to any current or former employees of the company. My review relates solely to my personal experience of the service carried out at my property. My comments were specific to that visit and did not make any general assessment of the business as a whole. They referred only to the issues I encountered at the time, including communication, timing, and the standard of finish. I note the response suggests the review is not genuine. I’ve spoken to Jordon on the phone who took me through his booking process, arranging a convenient time of the day for the clean. This chap is the kindest guy I’ve come across in quite a while, on the actual day of the clean we had Lyal who was equally as polite and courteous, he done a really good clean too….that should put me in the wife’s good books (for now!)
