Great service from James! Never had such a good window cleaner, spends time on first visit cleaning windows back to new! Would recommend to anyone.

Was recommended to me by someone. When I contacted via Facebook, he was quick to respond and really informative and helpful about frequency, services, pricing etc. Also, after the first clean, he took the time to contact me and advise on a potential issue regards our new windows that had just been fitted, namely brick dust pouring out of edges, potentially pointing to poor seal/mastic. Keeps you up to date with when visiting, and does a good job, something not always easy to take for granted when it comes to cleaning windows. 😊

James has done an outstanding job on my windows. He is very professional, and communicates accurately. He’s also reasonably priced, I highly recommend his cleaning services.

James was efficient, quiet and tidy when deep cleaning our windows, soffits and fascia. I will use him again in future.

Very quick to reply to initial enquiry and stayed in contact throughout. We shall certainly continue to use this service 😊

Great traditional window cleaning at a reasonable price - only thing I could fault is that James did not bring the sunny weather with him, to show off how clean the windows actually are! ☀️✨

Great window cleaning service, arrived on time and kept me up to date. I have now signed up for window cleaning every two months. Thanks James!

James messaged me the day before my appointment to let me know when he would be arriving. He arrived on time and cleaned both the inside and outside windows, frames & doors. I'm delighted with the standard of his work & would not hesitate to recommend James to anyone looking for a good old-fashioned window cleaner. I'm looking forward to seeing him again in 8 weeks.

James has been our window cleaner for 2 years now. He does a great job, great price, very thorough, polite and friendly. He offers various services which I didn’t know existed like pvc restoration. Our windows were fairly new installed so didn’t need this but opted for the deep clean service to start with as they hadn’t been clean in a while and was much needed, they were back to looking brand new. During covid-19 he has adhered to contactless cleans/payment to ensure safe distancing. Thanks again.

James did a brilliant job of cleaning my windows. Much better than the last bloke! He was on time, friendly and very responsive to messages too. Going to book in for regular cleans :) definitely reccomend him as a window cleaner

Mr Stretch was easy to contact and was able to squeeze us in as new customers really quickly which was great. Our windows have been neglected for ages and our house feels so much lighter and brighter now. He even put up with my 3 year old following him to different windows to watch and wave 😆

Fantastic job done. Will be using again. Highly recommend. Thanks

Amazing! Very friendly, easy to organise and arrange and messaged prior to arriving so I could insure dog was inside and seen to. Windows are cleanest they have have been. Definitely recommend ⭐

What I really like about Mr Stretch is that the service is old school. All windows thoroughly cleaned by hand, including the upper windows. None of the brush on a stick type cleaning. If can't see what you're cleaning, how can you be sure that it is? He was on time this morning, provided great value for money and when he realised he had missed a spot, got his kit back out to finish up. I found his honesty and professionalism in that moment to be fantastic. Would definitely use Mr Stretch again and recommend him to others.

Very quick to respond, great communication. Very good job on the windows and door!

Brilliant reliable service, done the the old fashioned way.. 👍🏻

This guy is an absolute genius, I've had previous window cleaners (I will not leave names) but they've had all these new telescopic equipment and never have I seen my windows and frames look "new," this guy uses water and a squeegee and his own elbow grease....... The results are A MAZ ING... you'll not be disappointed with James, at all. THANK YOU SO MUCH JAMES, myself and my daughter are blown away by our fresh eyes of our buildings 11 out of 10 I have recommended and will continue to do so.I have recommended, and will continue to do so.

Contacted through a recommendation from my sister he was here within a day to give me a quote and has been everytime he said he would ever since always gives you a txt with enough notice to let you know he’s coming and always does a 5 star job best window cleaner I’ve ever used and the most reliable very friendly too

A great job done every time, it is nice to have a traditional old school window cleaner. Mr. Stretch Windows Cleaning also has great communication, to let you know when and what time the job will be done. I would highly recommend Mr. stretch to get the job done properly. First time.

James is super friendly, reliable and does an excellent job, I would recommend him to anyone. I also love the fact that James can get round some of the harder to access properties as he uses traditional ladders and a bucket.

James has been cleaning our windows for over a year now, he’s always arrived in the day he says he will, has always done a great job and the windows are spotlessly clean! Super happy with the service, professional throughout and genuinely a nice guy. Absolutely recommend him.

Very good service all round from James. Communication was clear and he was reasonably priced. Asked him to do a full PVC restoration and he did a great job, wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

After using a window cleaner who uses poles for many years and being disappointed for many years too I couldn’t believe it when I saw James recommended on Facebook. My windows haven’t looked so clean in years. No more water marks like what comes with pole cleaning. And I could even tell from the road that the pvc gleamed. Super impressed!

Really impressed with deep clean I live near a lot of trees so sap and moss were awful on the white my windows look brand new again really happy and punctual too thankyou.

Would highly recommend. Does exactly what he says he's going to and the results at A+++

James provides a very friendly service, I had the windows cleaned on my new house which will have been the first in many many years and he did it to a great quality, including PVC and even cleaned my front door and windows on the door too. Very pleased and would recommend.

Excellent service from James. Fast response to emails and fast response to scheduling us into his work program. Turned up on time and did a great job. Highly recommend

If you’re looking for a traditional window cleaner this is your guy. Communication is excellent, he tells you when he’s coming (doesn’t just show up like a lot of other companies) if for some reason he can’t make it he will let you know. Not only does he tell you what day he will also give you a time he’s coming. He accepts payment by bank transfer also which is a lot easier than other window cleaners preferred cash method. Windows are always gleaming after he’s been, he doesn’t leave any water marks and does a thorough job for a fair price.

I have been using Mr Stretch Window Cleaning Services since moving into a new property over a year ago. James provides an excellent cleaning service and nothing is too much trouble. He reminds me when he is due to arrive and I am more than happy to leave keys so he can access the back of the house when Iam not at home. He locks all gates securely and returns the keys when finished.

Very reasonable price Always on time and never been let down. Would highly recommend to anyone
