Brilliant service bought my mum a bracelet for mother's day had it measured to her wrist and handmade but it came up tiny bit small so took it to shepherd's and they sorted it with extra link for 75p and it now fits her perfectly 👌 so thankyou MK Shepherds so good that independent businesses like this are still going
Very friendly atmosphere, got my childrens ears pierced today and they were over the moon with being able to pick their own colours. All look beautiful and they cannot stop smiling!
Pierced my 7 year old daughter’s ears wonky with no parental consent. 2 months later and cannot get an earring back in her ear as the hole was pierced so wonky.
Great shop and prices are good aswel, it’s like stepping back in time as nothing has changed in this shop but it’s always clean and stuff are friendly

Excellent value for money, we went for ear piercing and it has to be the cheapest and best value in Dover (or anywhere to be honest) The proprietor is a really nice man and we will continue going there for piercings and earrings which are also really well priced! Lovely couple who always do a great job at repairing broken jewellery, at a reasonable price and quick turnaround. The lady is lovely, really helpful and always makes time for a chat.
Absolutely fantastic jeweller's, would recommend anyone take their jewellery there, I took my broken ring in and was no problem for them to do, it didn't take long for them to do and it looks like it's a brand new ring
The owner is a great guy and his wife is really nice too. They do ear piecing but no matter how much I ask he won't use the crossbow.
