Reviews

Reviewers of Midlands Mighty Cleaning often praise Paul and his team as friendly, polite and professional across jobs including carpet and upholstery cleaning, deep cleans, window and gutter cleaning, driveways, patios, roofs and a flat clearance. Several reviewers say carpets, windows, drives and patios were left looking new again, and some describe a thorough and tidy job with furniture moved and areas cleaned up afterwards. One reviewer said Paul talked through the options without pushy sales, and another reported being helped when they mixed up the dates. One reviewer said timekeeping and updates for customers needed to improve, though they were happy with a carpet clean that tackled stubborn stains. Another review gave only a brief negative comment without details.

Paul and his team did an amazing job. I needed a quick turnaround and Paul did all he could to make it happen. Shout out to Amanda and Florence, I really appreciate your hard work. The deep clean was out of this world. The carpets have been made brand new again. Hats off to you Paul and thank you for a first class service. Look out, you're a permanent in my contact list now.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service! The Best Window Cleaners I’ve Ever Used! I’ve had various window cleaners over the years, but I can honestly say that Paul and Keishi from Midlands Mighty Cleaning are in a league of their own. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and work ethic were absolutely exceptional. They didn’t just give the windows a quick clean and move on, they took real pride in their work. They got the ladders out, carefully inspected everything, went back over the windows, and ensured every pane was spotless. It’s rare these days to find tradespeople who are so thorough and genuinely committed to delivering a first-class service. While Paul’s prices may be slightly higher than some others, after seeing the amount of time, effort, and care that goes into the job, it’s easy to understand why. You’re not just paying for a window clean, you’re paying for quality workmanship, attention to detail, and a service that genuinely exceeds expectations. The difference in the finish compared to previous window cleaners I’ve used is clear to see. Paul and Keishi went above and beyond, and it was refreshing to deal with a company that takes such pride in customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Midlands Mighty Cleaning to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and thorough window cleaning services. They’ve certainly gained a regular customer in me, and I look forward to using their services for many years to come. Thank you, Paul and Keishi, for a fantastic job – five stars aren’t enough!
