Herberts Cleaning Ltd

I’m very happy with the service! The cleaner was friendly and professional, and did a great job. He showed me the before and after photos, which was really helpful. The cleaning was completed efficiently in around 45 minutes, and I was very pleased with the results. Fiona was also lovely and helpful with the arrangements. I would definitely recommend Herberts Cleaning Ltd and would happily use their service again. Thank you! 😊

Haydn cleared my gutters and downpipes today. He was very polite and showed me on his phone how full one part was in particular. I would definitely recommend Herbert's Gutters and will use them again many thanks Linda Carter

Fantastic experience from Herbert’s Cleaning Ltd,really professional from booking the appointment to having the work done through Fiona & Hayden. He cleaned out everything that was in mom’s guttering and then showed us on camera the end results. First time using the company and would definitely recommend to any people out there wanting this type of work done.

Couldn't have been happier with Herbert's Cleaning. Great communication and exceptional work.

Couldn't ask for a better service. I can not fault Herberts cleaning. Very thorough.

Fantastically clean windows. Extremely professional people - excellent custom service. Delighted to have found Herberts Cleaning.

This was my first time using Herberts Cleaning definitely won't be the last. Guttering cleaned out today excellent job. Communication was great really courteous friendly people would definitely recommend.

The service was great and reasonably priced. Very professional and prompt. Was very apprehensive as first time using the service but I definitely will be using them again.

Herbert's cleaned our house and conservatory guttering, which, by the look of the photos he took, hadn't been cleaned out for decades! Some of the guttering was difficult to access but nothing seemed too difficult for them. Excellent job!

Whenever I try to get jobs done on my house it usually ends up with me being disappointed and let down. I leave a message on an answering machine, get no reply or book appointments for someone to visit my home and they don't turn up. Thankfully, this was not the case with Herberts. I phoned on Monday 27th July and spoke to Fiona, who was polite, friendly and efficient. Haydn turned up on Wednesday 29th as arranged. He cleared the gutters, cleaned windows and frames, leaving everything sparkling clean. I am really happy with the service from start to finish and will definitely use Herberts again and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Fiona and Haydn! Mary Collins Stirchley

Absolutely brilliant job, Hayden worked really hard.....so pleased with the results. Would highly recommend.

HCL squeezed us in before a house move and we really appreciated it. Professional, punctual and did a fantastic job. Can't recommend enough.

Excellent service from start to finish. Hayden and Fiona did an outstanding job cleaning our driveway and patio, and the results exceeded our expectations. They were professional, punctual, hardworking, and paid great attention to detail. Everything was left spotless, and the whole area looks like new again. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality drive cleaning service. Thank you for fantastic work.

Great job done on cleaning our gutters that hadn't been cleaned in over ten years. First class and friendly. Will definitely use again.

This is the second time I've used services of Herberts , and once again they provided excellent service. I had my windows, gutters, fascias, and soffits cleaned, and everything was left spotless. Haydn did a fantastic job. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to give me helpful feedback about the condition of my gutters and advice on ongoing maintenance, which I really appreciated. Fiona made the booking process easy and efficient. She was friendly, helpful, and kept everything running smoothly. I'm very happy with the service from start to finish and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I'll definitely be using them again in the future!

Totally recommend them to always do a first class job. Round of applause !!

Update: 2026 Drive and Patio cleaned, Fiona and Haydn were absolutely brilliant. Contacted HCL for a quote, immediate response, really helpful, provided a really good quote. Haydn arrived as advised, once again excellent comms, I honestly can't believe how good the patio and drive looks, much better than I expected. Real clean job, cleaned up all the mess and just go on with the job. HCL are highly recommended, even if you have to wait do so as it will be worth it. Just make sure you book in advance. There is a reason why HCL are busy. Thank you again HCL was visiting my neighbour when I saw the van, I'm so glad I did. I needed my gutters cleaning. Excellent service, brilliant comms from Fiona and quick turnaround. When attending property, professional service, polite. Highly recommend the service and will be using again for all my jobs Thanks again

Amazing job done by Herberts cleaning! Fiona was the point of contact and she was quick and straightforward and a detailed quote. Haydn arrived today to vacuum my guttering. He explained the procedure and when finished showed me pictures to verify the cleaning process. All rubbish was taken away. I cannot fault this company from the initial booking to completion I was 100% satisfied. Thank you Haydn for a job well done. Yes I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Came out and vacuumed out blocked guttering front and back of my property - great communications beforehand too - and went over and above the call of duty fixing a leaking detached guttering join above my conservatory. Will definitely use again and recommend!

Highly recommend Herbert’s Cleaning Ltd. I had my decking and front drive jet washed on the same day alongside my neighbour and Fiona’s communication was excellent leading up to the day and Hayden did a fantastic job on the day. We are thrilled with the outcome and have already recommended Herberts to neighbours who were impressed with the work. I have no hesitation recommending this company and will be using them again.

Absolutely highly recommend me and my neighbour approached the company, they was responsive both ahead of the service as well as on the day of the driveway clean. Looks absolutely unreal! Haydn was great!! Will deffo use again! The pics do not do it justice!!

Excellent service, from booking appointment to attendance on site. Have used this company previously albeit many years ago and will continue to do so. Reasonable priced too.

I have been using HCL cleaning annually for 7 years now and I am always impressed with their standards, care and attention to detail. Fiona remembers me every year I message and her / Hayden are so polite. I would always recommend HCL to anyone ☺️

Brilliant service - excellent communication via Fiona for the booking and squeezed us in on a requested day. Haydn worked exceptionally hard to clean our semi conservatory, gutters and fascia’s - which hadn’t been touched in years. Results exceeded expectations! Would definitely use again in the future.

Used Herberts cleaning a few times for cleaning/fixing our gutter and cleaning our windows and conservatory and Hayden has been amazing every time. We’ve never had any issues and the job has always been done well.

Professional service with really good communication from Fiona and a great job on my guttering by Hayden.

Superb service as always. Both booking in and on the day. Friendly, approachable and very reasonable. Have used for full guttering and fascia clean and also window clean. Always spotless. Hayden takes time to ensure a proper job - windows are now gleaming! Have recommended to friends and family who have also been very happy. Thank you!

Great service at a reasonable cost. Very friendly and did a great job. Happy to recommend. It always seems a gamble when you use services of someone you don't know personally, but I was very happy with my choice

Excellent service from start to finish. Fiona was incredibly quick with a detailed quote and a booking date, so I didn't hesitate to go with them. Haydn did a brilliant job on the day, cleaning the gutters, fascia, conservatory, and windows as part of the booking. It was a very awkward job to complete, but he handled it perfectly and everything looks fantastic. I’m very impressed and will be using Herbert's again.

Most AMAZING company ever✨️ it felt like I had friends over doing me a favour, they are so down to earth, caring and kind people that go the extra mile. They will always be my go to people.

Excellent service. Prompt, friendly, thorough and professional.

Great experience with Herbert’s Cleaning Co. Fiona the secretary is prompt, friendly and communicative. The windows, frames and sills were very dirty ( ex-rental) the price was very competitive and Haydn did a brilliant job. He made sure I was happy and offered to come back if I noticed a mark afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company.

Haydn also provided valuable suggestions for issues with our roof and gutters and was happy to assist. Very reasonable charge and the professionalism was of the highest standard. Thank you very much.

This firm was recommended by our neighbour. Haydn came to clean the gutters of our house in Harborne and repair one area that was sagging and pooling. He was incredibly helpful. A friendly guy, and did an excellent job and reaching some very high and tricky areas. And before and after photos of inside the gutter. And all for a reasonable price. I'd highly recommend them.

Guttering repaired and cleaned effectively at a very reasonable price. Overall, l have had positive experiences dealing with this small, family firm over the past three years. The telephone is always answered when l call. Fixed quotes are provided quickly by Fiona. Attendance is always reliable, Haydn works extremely hard and is cheerful in all weathers. We had used HCL previously at our old house and I must say the service again today was high quality. We may have moved house but HCL are still so efficient, professional and thorough and they talked us through every step before and after they did the work. We were really impressed and would always highly recommend

OUTSTANDING SERVICE is rare but I've never been disappointed with this company. Punctual, knowledgeable, pleasant in their communication and they go the extra mile if they notice something isn't right. Today, even in freezing and icy weather, "H" got up ladders and worked solidly on my leaf-filled gutters. To top it, he even gritted my icy footpaths....thank you! Herbert's Cleaning Ltd.... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Tidy, careful, courteous. Good service, lovely people

Herberts is a company I will now trust to do my guttering every year. They did a great job clearing & cleaning my guttering of debris. They are efficient and came on time & on schedule. They even had a camera to show how clear the gutterings are after they did the work.Lastly & most importantly, they are great but cheaper than any other competitors.I will recommend this firm. Thanks Herberts.

This was our first experience of using Herbert's Cleaning and we were very impressed. We needed our gutters cleaned and an appointment was arranged very efficiently by Fiona. Haydyn arrived at the agreed time and spent a good amount of time on the work using impressive equipment. He found a gutter that I was not aware of and included this in the job. He was friendly and cheerful throughout. We will be using Herberts for the next gutter clean and intend to arrange for them to clean windows as the charges are very reasonable and they are clearly a reliable firm.

Auden, Herbert’s Cleaning Co, cleared my gutters yesterday. He did a really good job, he arrived at the agreed time and was courteous and approachable throughout. The whole procedure was pleasurable: from making the appointment with an actual person answering the phone to bring kept informed about ‘what would happen’ stage by stage. Thank you Her set’s.

Was having issue's with blocked guttering so called Herberts Cleaning, Fiona took the call and message me back with a price to clean out my house and conservatory guttering. Managed to rush fit me in the following week. Haydon's turned up professional and polite, showed me the photo's he took and explained everything, also told me any issue to call and he'd come straight over. Well happy top bloke, will be using you in the future.

Outstanding service from the booking to the gutter and driveway cleaning and to the sanding of the driveway. The high-power pressure cleaning equipment cleared deep-seated dirt, grime and weeds, restoring the driveway to a pristine condition. This was achieved in an impressively eco-friendly way without harmful chemicals. The cleaning of the gutters was of the same high standard. Professional, efficient, and courteous, the team ensured that everything was left clean and tidy. In every respect, Herbert’s Cleaning service is first class. Highly recommended.

Herbert’s cleaning provided an excellent service from start to finish. They did an amazing job cleaning windows and surrounds, garage door and porch area. They squeezed us in as they knew we needed the job done quickly for a very good price. Fiona kept me updated throughout, I would highly recommend.

I’ve used Herbert’s Cleaning twice for gutter and window cleaning - always on time, great communication, and a top-quality job. Highly recommend!

Wonderful service, from the clear communication right through to the job. Prompt arrival, on time, friendly folks who I'll definitely use again.

This was my second time using Herbert’s Cleaning Limited, and once again, the service was nothing short of exceptional. From the initial enquiry to job completion, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism. Fiona was outstanding in coordinating the appointment—her communication was prompt, courteous, and clear, making everything effortless from the start. On the day, Haydn arrived on time and worked with impressive efficiency and attention to detail. He not only carried out a thorough gutter and window cleaning service, but also repaired damage caused by a previous company. To my surprise and appreciation, Haydn even went above and beyond by fixing an additional section of guttering at no extra cost. His workmanship, attitude, and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. The window cleaning was completed to a pristine standard, and the gutters are now fully functional. Haydn also made it clear that if I experienced any issues, I could contact the team and they’d be happy to assist—reaffirming the company’s excellent aftercare and reliability. It’s rare to find a service provider that combines genuine care, skill, and professionalism so consistently. I will absolutely continue to use Herbert’s Cleaning Limited and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and high-quality cleaning service.

Haydn did a really thorough cleaning job on our windows, sofitts, barge boards, conservatory and lean to along the side of the house. Everything looks new!

Fantastic work by these guys, this is why I keep using them....if I could give more then 5 🌟 I would.

I’ve used Herberts cleaning a couple of times now, mainly for their guttering cleaning services but this time I needed a drive and patio cleaned as well. Honestly I couldn’t have got a better service. The drive and patio at the rental house hadn’t been touched since it was laid 12 years before hand, so was in a desperate need of a clean. Not only are they a well run family business with great customer service and communication, they can do their job extremely well and are competitively priced! I would definitely recommend them and will certainly use again!

Absolutely amazing services provided by Fiona and Haydn. Had the patio and driveway done and they book look great, I couldnt be more thankful they are both friendly and dedicated and do the jobs better than anyone else at reasonable prices. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Herberts Cleaning provide an excellent service. Haydn has cleaned our fascias, soffits, gutters, drainpipes, driveway & patio to a very high standard so that they look like new. He is thorough, friendly & takes pride in his work. Fiona deals with bookings in a very professional manner and also very neatly applied the sand to the driveway after Haydn had cleaned it. I have been impressed with every aspect of their service.

First rate service. We had years of grime to clear and Haydn worked at it until it sparkled. Gutters emptied and cleaned, conservatory including paintwork, and the firm (Fiona) was easy to deal with, simple quote, no hassle. Now they’re our window cleaners!

I booked HCL based on the reviews and I was not disappointed. They possess a work ethic which is sadly hard to find these days. I had requested my drive, patio, conservatory, windows, guttering , fascias et al to be cleaned. Haydn arrived on time (actually slightly early) and cracked on straight away ..He was very respectful of our house as his equipment had to be brought through the hall/lounge/conservatory to the back and it was large and heavy. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he did a 1st class job. Fiona came later to sand the drive and it is now looking almost good as new. They are most definitely a power couple in this field and now I would not consider going anywhere else. Long may they continue.

We had absolutely filthy white guttering hadn’t been cleaned for over 15 years also we couldn’t clean the front bedroom window because it was so high up. Also had all the other windows cleaned and blockage cleared. Haydn did a fantastic job he was outside in the rain for three hours almost really impressed with the standard of work

Arrived on time, excellent work, pleasant person. Would recommend.

Fantastic efficient service. Really pleased with the cleaning of my gutters, facias and windows. Will definitely use again.

Brilliant service! Haydn did a thorough job jet washing our driveway, patio, and cleaning the windows. Everything looks amazing. Fiona was lovely and professional with the booking. Highly recommend!

Absolutely superb service from booking in to the very end. 100% fully recommend these guys and i will be using no-one else. Cheers guys

We have used the services of this company twice now & can only say that it’s a pleasure dealing with Fiona & Haydn. From initial contact to job done they are nothing but helpful & professional. Work is completed to a very high standard. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending them for work.

Very efficient booking process, great quality of work!

I had our gutters cleaned by Herberts Cleaning. Contact and communication was super fast and easy after my initial request on their website. Haydn, who done the job was lovely to talk to, very considerate with the property and even fixed a piece of the vertical pipe that seemed to have dislocated a bit. Easy recommendation. I will book them again. Thanks Fiona and Haydn

Good communication done a great job Definitely recommend.

Great job in clearing some very full gutters. Very well priced and job completed just a few days after booking. Will definitely use again.

I highly recommend Herbert’s Cleaning company, It’s not just a job, to them, more like a passion, for perfection. The time, and care they took to clean my drive, and my neighbours, and my sons drive, was exceptional, then to come back and resand after, when they were dry, was also exceptional, didn’t just tip the sand out, and a quick brush , they took their time, carefully brushed the sand in, there wasn’t loads left to blow about, it looked perfect. Can’t thank them enough, and the price they charged, in my opinion, should have been a lot more, but they said, it’s not all about money, it’s also customer satisfaction. Need an excellent job doing, call them, you won’t be disappointed.👍

Haydn and Fiona delivered a fast and affordable service, communication was clear and prompt. Couldn't be happier with the process from start to finish. Will be using again!

Have used a few times now to clean our drives there’s me and my 2 neighbours very large space they have to tackle, very hard work but they do not stop, the drive comes out spotless, the people are so loverly so helpful and I would never use any other company I trust them completely

Will definitely use HCL again. Quote was quick and reasonable. Our gutters had not been cleaned for a couple of years but Haydn got on with the job with no complaints.

Did my window & gutter cleaning and they did a great job. Super friendly service, will definitely be using you guys in the future, thank you!! ☺️

Have used HCL for a number of years now and they always do a great job!

Amazing service. Had my gutters and windows cleaned. Left them perfect. Arrived on time. Left no mess. Great customer service. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Booked to have house gutters cleared. Fantastic service and job completed to excellent standard and quick with no fuss. Would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

Great service - highly recommend

I've used Herberts Cleaning ltd a number of times to clean guttering, fascias and windows and found them to be exceptional. Polite, no fuss, excellent service and reasonable costs. Would recommend.

Very happy with the service.

Really great company - excellent communication via Fiona from initial enquiry through to day of booking. Had to rearrange initial booking due to extreme frozen weather but they came out anyway to double check and couldn't have been more apologetic (obviously not their fault at all). Cleaning was carried out of gutters, all windows and a lean-to conservatory which took some effort on the roof but Haydn was determined to get it as spotless as possible and the results are excellent - very happy and will be using them for regular cleans going forward! Thanks both very much!!

Came exactly on time, cleaned gutters with hi tech hoover that reaches right up into roof gutters, hoover also cleared the blocked downpipe which had caused a flood previously, saw the photos of the clean gutters, great price, great service, all very quick, really pleased.

After being let down by a couple of companies and individuals we came across HCL and hoped for the best. We were not disappointed. From start to finish we could not be more thrilled and thankful for Fiona and Haydn. Communication with Fiona has been superb and Haydn's thoroughness in his work and advice has been top notch! He was able to sort out a "garden" in my parents' gutter where others have failed before. Would highly recommend. We're now planning on using them every year! Happy Christmas to you both and thank you.

Great service from start to finish. Communications and quoting process were easy, friendly and really efficient. The clean was also very thorough and he checked areas thoroughly where we'd found gutters overflowing in heavy rain. He worked really hard and was no trouble at all - would definitely recommend and use again.

Highly recommend this company who cleaned our gutters today . High spec equipment and professional . Can pay be bank transfer or cash .,

Had my gutters, sofits and windows cleaned. The service was excellent and the man who came was polite and friendly and really worked hard to get it as clean as possible.

Great service from start to finish. Easy to get booked in, punctual, polite, and did an excellent job on my windows and gutter clean. Also made suggestions on what might be causing damp when he found it wasn't the gutters. Would definitely recommend!

This is the first time using this company and would recommend them to friends and family very professional and friendly I will be using them in the future very happy with the out come

Brilliant service! Speedy response when I got in touch with an urgent guttering cleaning required due to the heavy rain we were experiencing. They were really busy but Fiona managed to squeeze us in after a cancellation at short notice. Haydn did a really great job and was super friendly. Can’t recommend them enough and we will certainly use them for our next guttering clean! Thanks both!

What a good company, communication is excellent, staff friendly and knowledgeable, turn up when they say and best of all genuine and not a rip off company. Would recommend

Fantastic service. Professional and efficient. I have used this company for the last 3 years to clean my gutters and highly recommend. I live beside large trees so they get blocked easily. They have the latest technology and vacuum them with ease and leave zero mess. They make it seem so easy and leave spotless gutters.

Used HCL after a neighbour had done so. Was really impressed with speed of response to initial inquiry and getting the booking sorted - hassle free. HCL turned up in time (a little early in fact) and got the job done in no time at all. We had a 3 storey house and I was definitely impressed with the efficiency ease that the gutters were cleaned. Customer service is excellent. Fast friendly efficient. Have booked next years clean already.

Really professional and thorough service. Super friendly response to my initial enquiry and excellent quality of workmanship.

Fast service Excellent job highly recommended

Herberts Cleaning LTD came and did ours and our neighbours gutters today. From the initial contact to completion the company were flawless. Efficient, polite, super respectful and good value they did an amazing job and offered us some great advice regarding our guttering and downpipe. Our neighbours are delighted too and we both will be recommending and re-using their company next time we get them cleaned. They come recommended to us from a roofer whom we know well and that recommendation did not let us down. Thank you for your help. We will see you again next July!

Great service from Herberts Cleaning. Fiona, managed to fit me in after a cancellation. Haydon was brilliant went over and above to clean all the gutters as well to resolve one problematic gutter, very professional. Definitely use them again.

What an amazing team Hayden and Fiona are. Approachable, friendly and informative. Fiona replied quickly to intital inquiry and the same with all further messages. Hayden did a wonderful job on our gutters and fachias , evening repairing a small area. He also explained about other small areas of concern which my husband and myself were both pleased to be informed of. He also cleaned my husband's daughters gutters and fachias and she was delighted with the end result. Great value for money Thank you so much. Would highly recommend.

Conservatory, patio & guttering all cleaned to the highest standard. Very friendly service, thank you Fiona and team

Very prompt and thorough communications, arrived bang on time and spent 2 whole hours cleaning my filthy patio and decking with patience and care.

Brilliant. Will definitely be using again and recommending.

Excellent service provided by Herbert's cleaning today. Haydn was extremely thorough and professional and the price for gutter clearing was very competitive .

Booked due to the consistent 5 star reviews and was not disappointed. Excellent communication and the quote and service confirmed was exactly what was delivered. These people are clearly the best at what they do. Professional and thorough deep clean of my fascia; gutters; surrounds, conservatory and all windows. Highly recommended and would book again without hesitation. Genuine, friendly and professional service from Hayden. Thank you!

I would absolutely recommend Herbert’s Cleaning Ltd to anyone. Haydn did a thorough job cleaning my gutters. He also went out of his way to repair a gutter that needed immediate attention. Fiona was very prompt in her communication to me. All in all, an excellent service.

Super efficient, super friendly and really competitive charges. Highly recommended.

I would absolutely recommend Herbert’s Cleaning Ltd to anyone. A flawless process from original query right through to the job being completed. Very high standard of work and professionalism, and excellent communication throughout. Excellent value too.

A truly exceptional level of service. I’m very impressed with the outcome and would definitely recommend

Excellent and very thorough job. Highly recommended. Thank you Haydn and Fiona.

Really good, came on time and did what they said. My facia boards need replacing but managed to sort a temporary repair

Really great company to deal with. Friendly and professional and high standard of work, went above and beyond. There were weather related problems which required a reschedule (can't clean windows with frozen water) which was handled smoothly and with good commincation. Will use again and happily recommend. Work carried out - windows, gutters and fascia cleaning.

Very pleased with the service overall. Fiona was very helpful in getting me booked in, and Haydn did a great job and provided some recommendations and tips in maintaining the gutter, especially as it was an awkward one to get to. Professional service and competitive pricing. Would use again

Haydn did an exceptional job on cleaning our conservatory especially on the inside which proved to be more difficult than was initially thought. After spending about five to six hours he finished cleaning, which was really hard and tiring work. So we would give him six stars without a doubt.

Gutters cleaned, Excellent all round service @ a reasonable price. Highly recommend

Haydn did an excellent job this morning cleaning the gutters of my 3-storey Victorian property. It was a challenging job but he went the extra mile to execute the clean up. I was very pleased and would recommend him and his company to anybody requiring a similar service. Thank you!

We can not thank Hayden and Fiona enough for the cost effective, professional, trustworthy, and committed way you carried out the work that needed to be done. Hayden and Fiona, we thank you for the friendly and caring way we were treated and the icing on the cake was you could not of pleased us enough. The work carried out was excellent, you can not fault it. Well done to the both of you and may your business thrive in leaps and bounds because you both deserve it. 👏

Very happy with the thorough gutter and downpipe clean that Haydn carried out this morning. Fiona was very responsive to all communications.

Had a blocked downpipe and trouble finding someone to fix. HCL came on appointed day/time. Hayden was professional, helpful and courteous. Will use again for other gutter related matters.

The most friendly, professional and reasonably priced service around. In fact I spoke to Hyden and said I thought he was undercutting himself as quotes I had received were twice as much as he charged. He said he could match those but felt he was providing a fair price and could still make a living! And I thought trades people like thst were a thing of the past. I will definitely be using them from now on and would highly recommend them. My gutters are squeaky clean and ready for the winter. Aalnd believe me they hadn't been touched for decades by the look of the plant life I could see.

Excellent service very reasonably priced. In August 2023 I had gutters/downpipe cleared, exterior including fascia/soffits cleaned, and windows cleaned too. Friendly, professional service, very easy to liaise with, very thorough job done, and everything now looks great.

This is a top class business, highly recommended. Great service, smooth communication, very professional. My conservatory has not looked this clean since it was new 20 years ago. Thank you Fiona and Hayden!

Amazing, friendly, professional and efficient company. These guys are my go to people for any cleaning job they have done two properties of ours and I am very impressed by the quality of the job and the kindness of these people ! I will choose these guys over any other cleaning company they are the best I've ever come across ! The prices are affordable too ! Thank you Fiona & Hayden

I made an initial enquiry on HCL’s website which was responded to quickly by text. We sorted a date and a time and that’s EXACTLY when Hadyn arrived. He did an excellent job of sorting our gutters even though they were a bit more of a mess that I had suspected. He gave me some well needed advice on what work needs doing on them next. Thank you - we’ll not fear the next biblical downpour any more.

Great company from booking to completing the work. We had our guttering, facias, soffit and windows cleaned. Top quality work completed by Haydn, who was both professional and friendly, I felt very comfortable having him work on our home. Fiona was efficient on communication. I'd 110% recommend them and will be using them again when needed.

I booked HCL to clean my conservatory on 12th July after reading their reviews online. Haydn arrived mid afternoon and started working on the inside of the roof which was quite dirty and took some time and effort before moving onto the outside to tackle the windows, guttering, roof and pvc frames. I cannot recommend Haydn enough, my conservatory looks brand new. Haydn was professional, courteous, unbelievably thorough and did an amazing job. Also not to forget Fiona who provided me with the quote, making the booking and keeping me informed of his expected arrival after his previous jobs were running late. Thanks Haydn and Fiona.

Fantastic job; highly recommend them. Fast, friendly service. Itemised quote and great value. Haydn worked so hard, much appreciated.

Thoroughly professional, timely, driveway and regular window clean, always top service, from highly knowledgeable, courteous professionals. Did a brilliant job with our very weed infested drive and very satisfied with general work ethic, and attitude on the job. Highly recommended.

Great service and lovely people, couldn't do enough for us and managed to fit us in last minute. Would highly recommend, thanks guys!

Excellent all round service . Thank you Haden . Recommend HCL . Cleaned my gutters out proffesionally. Very polite cutious and value for monies.

Really impressed with the service from this business. Hadyn and Fiona are a great team. Excellent communication, professional service. I've used them for gutter cleaning and driveway jet washing. Can't believe the transformation, really went the extra mile for a fantastic finish.

I contacted a few companies in the area to get a few exterior jobs done and Fiona was the only person to respond - she was so helpful and efficient. When Hayden showed up on the day he talked me through everything before carrying out the work and he did an amazing job cleaning my driveway, patio, gutters and windows. He even went the extra mile and cleared some blocked drains I wasn’t aware of and was very respectful of my neighbours throughout the whole the process. They are both so professional and I can't recommend this company enough!

I absolutely recommend HCL Cleaning. I spoke with Fiona in the office who was polite and efficient in arranging for the gutters to be cleaned at both my house and my mother's. Haydn arrived on time and was professional and courteous in the agreed work that he undertook and went a step further in securing my gutter as well as unblocking drains at my mother's property. I will definitely be using their services again and will recommend them to anyone that requires their services.

From start to finish, it was flawless. Fiona does an amazing job of keeping you informed, and Haydon has done an amazing job on my windows, guttering, and block paving. I am very happy with the work that has been done, and my drive looks as good as new again. It is very reasonably priced, and Haydon is a very conscientious worker. Cleaning up as he goes, no mess at all was left. I will be using HCL Cleaning for all my future exterior cleaning. Thanks guys, it's great to find someone you can trust to do a good job.

Could not fault the service received

Used HCL to clean my guttering, they were amazing would use them again for sure!

Having enquired with several companies, and most not even replying, HCL was the only one that responded immediately. All communication was with Fiona, who was very efficient with a quotation which was clearly detailed. Once all agreed, a convenient date was arranged. Haydn arrived on time and the work was carried out over two days as stated. Throughout the whole time, professionalism and politeness was shown, and the work carried out exceeded expectation. I would highly recommend. Great work guys

Excellent service from start to finish from the first phone call to costings an actual job. Can’t thank Hayden and Fiona enough for their professionalism from start to finish which is rare today. We will certainly be using you again.

Used HCL to complete my gutter cleaning. Wasn't the easiest of jobs due to the nature of how my gutters were positioned. But have to say the service from start to end was courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

I don’t very often leave a customer review however this company delivered an outstanding service. From the first phone call to Fiona in the office and the work carried out by Haydn. Both were very efficient in their job roles, and Haydn in particular was punctual arriving on time ready to complete the job in hand of cleaning our gutters. Service received with politeness and respect. Highly recommend this company! Thank you once again Fiona and Haydn

From first phone call to job completion an excellent experience. Fiona took the order, kept me informed, Haydn arrived on time, straight to the job, great work and even sorted a lower level gutter which wasn’t included in the price. Happy customer all round. Thank you.

Very professional service . Gutters and lean-to roof cleaned. I was also made aware of gutters to keep an eye on due to age. Would recommend.

I've used the company twice so far for clearing the gutters and cleaning the windows, and I will continue to do so in the future. Quality service without any fuss. Recommended

Excellent communication from Fiona, brilliant work done by Haydn, have used the company multiple times now & their service is the best! Top quality work for a good price. Very happy 😊

I'm very pleased with the quality of work Haydn did, he cleaned all the guttering and repaired a couple of areas where the guttering had come apart. He also cleaned the roof, scraping all the tiles, that took up a lot of his time. He had to come back another day to complete the job. I would highly recommend this company. Haydn was very friendly, efficient and very professional in his work. He made sure the area was left clean and tidy. Also, a thank you to Fiona, who was friendly and prompt in replying to my emails about arranging the work to be done. Good value for money. In the future, I will be enquiring about having all the windows cleaned.

Very professional. Haydn arrived on time, asked what my concerns were and found solutions to them. He went above and beyond the scheduled workload and nothing was too much trouble. I can highly recommend HCL and will use them again.

Good professional and friendly service

Haydn turned up 07:00 on the dot as booked. Was friendly and got in with the job straight away. Spent 50 minutes working on top and bottom guttering, and even did some extra little work like pushing roof tiles back up and fixing a down pipe. Would highly recommend.

Can’t say enough about the service I received. Quick to call back with a quote I was happy with. Came out at the time agreed and was so professional and friendly. Even did a minor repair at no extra cost. If like me you did a google search and reading this review don’t hesitate to give them a call.

Blocked gutters and downpipe causing water to flow down the brickwork. HCL were able to clean the gutter and downpipe, including a minor repair to the guttering within 3 working days of my call. Would recommend and will use again.

We needed our guttering cleaned in an emergency - very, very heavy rainfall caused water to come into our kitchen through the ceiling over night because the guttering was blocked. Thank you so much HCL Cleaning Ltd for the extremely quick response! Anyone reading this should know that this problem was solved in just a very few short hours from my panicked phone call to them on the same day - just in time for an even heavier down pour the next evening. Very polite, very prompt, very reasonable price and very, very professional service. I can't recommend them enough and it is a pleasure to give HCL Cleaning Ltd a maximum rating. In a word....EXCELLENT!

Great service. Quick and efficient, great customer service. Will definitely use again

Great driveway, window and gutter cleaning from HCL. Incredibly quick and thorough responses from Fiona, even outside of business hours and the attention to detail from Haydn during the cleaning was second to none. Would happily recommend and use again.

So happy with the service and results, couldn't have asked for better, highly recommended to anyone who needs their gutters, windows and /or fascias cleaning. Haydn did a fab job, the customer service was excellent! Very reliable. Thanks Haydn and Fiona 🙂

Was looking to do my gutters that needed cleaning after few years of negligence, found HCL cleaning online and gave them a quick call. Fiona was really helpful and gave me a quick quote which I think was very reasonable. Haydn came to do the gutters two days later, very polite and professional. Job was bang on and will definitely use their services in the future.

Arrived earlier than expected, which suited me. Quick, efficient, great service.

Great service, would definitely use HCL again! It was super easy to book with Fiona via phone/text and she was happy to reply over the weekend. Got gutters and windows cleaned and photos were taken so I could see how much rubbish was cleared. Windows are sparkly clean and the work was completed within an hour. Haydn arrived early, was really friendly and did a thorough job with the cleaning.

Done an excellent job and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend

I can fully recommend hcl cleaning as I have had two different jobs completed on my property in the last two weeks. First I contacted them to clean my guttering as I had an unsightly blockage of leaves and debris and grass was starting to seed. This became problematic with heavy rainfall overflowing onto my garden patio. The problem was dealt with swiftly and effectively and Hayden arrived at the agreed time with the needed equipment and no ladder needed. The price was very reasonable and I discussed about getting my rear garden patio and driveway pressure washed as they was both looking a bit worse for wear. I was glad I did as they both look back to new. My driveway was pressure washed and all the hard to get at weeds was gone. Hayden then returned a few days later when a dry day was needed to re sand and coat the brickwork and finally resurface the Tarmac with a sealer that took it back to looking like it had just been laid a few years ago. I'm very glad I bit the bullet and paid a professional to get these jobs done. Can highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Thanks again HCL. MR N LINTERN, BILLESLEY,BIRMINGHAM.

First time using HCL, booking with Fiona was easy with great communication, Hayden arrived on time and did an amazing job, he didn't stop working, one of our issues was the facia and window at the back of the house was covered in tree sap staining, not anymore it all came off, the window and facia look new new again, it's great not having moss being thrown out of the gutting onto the car and drive. Thank you again. I will be contacting you again soon for you to do your magic on my mom's bungalow.

First Class experience. From beginning to end, I would absolutely recommend this company. The final result was more than we expected. Customer service was A1. Will definitely use again.

We have recently bought a new house and the fascia's and gutters desperately needed cleaning as there were weeds growing out of them. We booked HCL for today after looking for a suitable company on the internet and Haydn arrived promptly and on time. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and Haydn was really pleasant and friendly. The final result was fantastic and has massively improved the look of the house from the front and back. In fact it has put next door which is for sale to shame! We highly recommend Haydn and have already passed his details onto our friends.

My parents have asked me to leave a review on their behalf. They recently used the services of Haydn@HCL who cleaned their windows, gutters and PVC both on the front and back of their house. My parents are very fussy so if they are happy with service then rest assured its good! 😊They found Haydn to be really friendly and accommodating and will definitely request his services in the future. All round excellent from booking through to job completion.

Really happy with the cleaning of the driveway, fascia, drains and windows. Excellent customer service and good value. On time and quick. Would definitely recommend.

H.C.L. are definitely top of the list for customer service and quality work. I recently had them do my gutters , which looked as if they’d never been unblocked! Very happy with that. Also, my gutters downpipe was detached by drunken vandals from the top. A quick call to H.C.L. and now it’s re-attatched, and no charge. Amazing compan and customer service. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with the service from HCL Cleaning Ltd. Recent heavy rainfall had caused waterfalls from my gutters. I spoke to the team and they explained what their service entailed and booked me in straightaway. On the day I was kept updated before they arrived. They were punctual and friendly. The job was completed quickly and stress free. I would highly recommend this company if you want a first class service A*****

Fantastic cleaning service. Had windows, gutters, fascias, doors, garage doors, drive and paths cleaned. The difference now they are clean is amazing. Professional and friendly service.

It’s the first time that I have used HCL Cleaning, and I was really happy with the lovely friendly customer service over the phone when I spoke to Fiona to book my appointment. Hadyn arrived on time to clean my gutters, and did an excellent job, as my gutters were really badly blocked. He was a lovely man , and just got on with the job in hand . I would definitely recommend this company, as they give a 5 star service at very reasonable prices

HCL cleaning are fantastic. Fiona is really friendly and helpful and booked in my guttering and fascia cleaning in with no problem and kept me up to date. Haydn arrived and did a fantastic job of the guttering and am really happy. Great rates and will definitely be using their services again.

We are thrilled with the results. We will be having HCL back in the spring to clean the outside. A thoughorly great service. Highly recommend this company.

Fiona responded to my queries quickly and professionally and made booking the gutter cleaning and repair easy. Haydn arrived on time and carried out a thorough job of cleaning all of the guttering on our three storey Victorian semi-detached, explaining what he would do and showing me the work once completed to ensure I was satisfied. Haydn was polite and friendly and advised on some repairs which needed to be done. He also returned to fix a corner piece of the guttering which continued to leak and did so at no additional cost which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely use HCL Cleaning Ltd again and would recommend them for their prompt service, professional approach and care.

Quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. We had not had our conservatory deep cleaned inside and out for a couple of years. So before we added new blinds we decided to use HCL Cleaning Birmingham. Haydn arrived bang on time and was very polite, caring about keeping the surrounding areas clean. He worked extremely hard for over 4 hours and the result at the end was amazing.i would have no hesitation in recommending HCL cleaning services to anyone who requires a professional caring hardworking, value for money trustworthy company.. Had my gutters cleared out a few times by HCL my house is a mid terrace connected to flats with willow trees nearby. Friendly & polite as a business over the phone and in person, arrives in the time booked. Ensures the down pipes are clear. Does a sterling job! Thank you HCL Chris B

Haydn cleans out windows and guttering and recently replaced some guttering and a downpipe for us, which we are really pleased with. The whole team is always very friendly and professional. Would recommend 😁

I have used HCL Cleaning now for the past year, for my own home windows and also for my clients. I have never had a problem with the service provided. My clients are always very happy with the standard of clean and I’m always very happy to recommend HCL Cleaning. Top service, definitely a 5star service!

Booked HCL to clean my windows based on reviews here and they lived up to my 5 star expectations. Excellent service all round and very happy to use again and recommend.

Absolutely Thrilled, Awesome Brilliant Thorough Job Done by Hayden !!!

Excellent service from HCL Cleaning. From the initial phone call to completion of the job we were provided with a quick and convenient service at times to suit our difficult working patterns. Though the job was bigger than we expected initially, they were back within days to carry out the work; the price was good value and the job was completed to a high standard. I would highly recommend HCL for both customer service and quality.

HCL Cleaning It has been a pleasure and delight dealing with Fiona in the Office, who is extremely helpful and Haydn on site, where nothing is too much trouble for him to do. We had our gutters cleaned and the patio jet washed. The gutters were like a roof garden, but Haydn expertly cleared them without fuss and removed all the mess. The results to the patio have to be seen to be believed, the patio now looks incredible, we've paid to have it cleaned in the past, but Haydn has got it looking like new. If you are looking for a company that is customer focused, reliable, honest, trustworthy and works hard on your behalf at very competitive prices, then look no further than HCL Cleaning. I would highly recommend them and have no hesitation in doing so. Thank you Fiona and Haydn

A great friendly service from start to finish, from making the initial booking with the office through to the actual work being done, all the staff are very helpful and friendly. Not only did HCL give me the most competitive quote, unlike other similar Companies HCL were happy for me to just use them whenever i needed instead of getting tied into some regular deal.

We have a three story Victorian house and had a couple of blocked gutters, much too high for us to reach. Haydn cleared them with no fuss and also cleaned our external windows, including those on the top floor. His initial visit had to be rescheduled because the drains were frozen, but his partner kept us updated by phone, and rearranged for the following day. The work was carried out really neatly, and Haydn was a pleasure to do business with. The price was very reasonable and I’d happily recommend the services of HCL.

Excellent service from Haydn, got my gutters cleared and at the same time, fascia boards, downpipes, frames, sills and windows were cleaned. Most of the sills got cleaned with a few outstanding spots which still have some dirt left on the top floor but due to the age of the windows I believe Haydn did a great job. The gutters and fascia boards are like new and Haydn did spend a lot effort and time getting them to a good state. Highly recommend this company, friendly, polite and punctual.

Haydn took on my conservatory (inside and out) after 15 years of no treatment due to my disability. Having received a quotation of close to £1,500 from Thomas Sanderson (almost incredible cost), I contacted HCL and they agreed to do the same job for just £200, which included all of the oputside windows of my large semi-detached. I am extremely pleased with Haydn's work and would recommend his services to anyone. Don't pay almost 9 times the cost with a National company when a local accountable trades-person will do it just as well, for I do not see how Haydn's competence can be bettered.

Excellent and very professional, they did an amazing job. Keep up the great work.

Very good window cleaning service, great job on the conservatory guttering. Will definitely use again.
